Absolute top draw service! Had to make a call out on Friday afternoon over in North London to replace a flat tyre. Gave me a quote first and said they have someone over to me between 1.5 to 2 hours. Got a call shortly after to say they managed to get a Mechanic on their way in 10 minutes! Sure enough, Nick arrives super punctual and friendly, gets the Tyre swapped and replaced in no time. All in the space of 30 Minutes. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Absolute life savers!

Mac came out to us on the M11 (way out of the 50 mile radius) at 0530 on new years day even though he should have left work at 4am. What an absolute star! No company closer to where we had a blow out was answering their phones. I cannot thank Mac enough. Really nice man and extremely helpful. Would recommend to all.

Jake delivered a phenomenal service with an extremely high level of customer service and professionalism. Was able to change the tyre effectively and quickly without hesitation and made sure us as customer were set to go. Subsequently the battery of our vehicle had died, Jake went out of his way to assist and help us, until we were on the move again. Couldn’t of asked for anything more of him, absolutely stellar service.

Rear tyre popped on a drive from Brighton to Liverpool.
They were great on the phone. I was given a clear price and they had the correct tyre size in stock (a size I usually have to order in advance). They also arrived within the time-frame given.
Upon arriving, Kam the fitter had me back on the road within 20 minutes. Considering the circumstances I found myself in, it was a brilliant, no fuss service.

1 a.m. and stranded in a Kent service station with a burst tyre, and an hour away from home and an AA estimate of 3 hours wait before anything can be done. Then a call from Kam (or Cam) of Fasttrack Tyres – not only had be got the right tyre, he was also shaving an hour and a half off the AA’s time estimate. He rang three times providing updates, hope and solidarity through the dark hours. When the mechanic arrived he was friendly, helpful and efficient, although he was working beyond his shift time. He replaced the tyre and we were on our way. Fasttrack Tyres was a life saver. Five stars is just not enough.

Life savers!!! Turned up exactly on time as well! We had 2 wheels that were absolutely destroyed, dented and squared off along one side, we thought they were far from repairable but Diego being the true wheel magician that he is managed to get them perfectly round again and holding air... 45 minutes, 2 repaired wheels and 2 new tyres later we were back on our way.
Excellent service, I would recommend it to anyone in need!

Had a callout to replace a flat tire very late at night. James arrived on time pleasant and helpful, and got the job done in no time. I was very impressed by his professionalism and how well equipped he was. The entire experience was really positive. Wish I had heard of Fastrack before but now I know I will definitely recommend to friends and use Fastrack again in future.

I was a lady travelling alone and on a motorway slip road with no hard shoulder when I had the misfortune to burst an offside front tyre at 4.45am on a wet December morning. Fastrack driver, MAC, had just finished his night shift but said he would be with me in 40 minutes because he didn't want me stuck there on my own. MAC got to me within about 30 minutes, changed the tyre in pouring rain with lorries and cars hurtling past and had me back on the road in no time at all. I am so grateful that I received such good, friendly and efficient service and highly recommend Fastrack!
