The platform and templates are clear and easy to use and any queries are quickly resolved by the friendly, professional team. Their webinars on fundraising are very helpful (make sure you speak to someone on their investment team early on) and the entire thing is incredible value compared to using bespoke legal services. Seed Legals provides a clear, simple and low cost route route through the labyrinth capital raising compliance (including SEIS and EIS) and corporate governance. If you get stuck they leap into action and provide direct one on one support and unlike lawyers will not bill you for that. Anybody who is starting out to raise seed capital should use this platform to manage the process - you do not need to spend hard won capital on expensive law and accountancy firms!

This is the best product I've used in ages. Legal documents are scary, typically, and lawyers are ridiculously expensive. I used Seed Legal to produce my Founders Agreements, and the whole process took less than 30 mins, including some time to ask questions. Charlotte was outstanding, and replied within seconds, answered my questions and made me feel in control. The product itself is super easy to use, and far better than all the other products I've used, including Rocket Lawyer (which I thought was the best until now).
I will undoubtedly continue to use this product into the future!

I first used SeedLegals for their SEIS application tool, which was simply fantastic and allowed us to get approval within only a few days. However, I was even more impressed when I recently revisited their services for an up coming investment. I had a few queries about how customisable their options were (it turns out very) and I was directed to their StartUp Sales Manager, AJ.
I just got of a zoom chat with him and it was one of the best quick conference calls I’ve had in a while – I was met with a smile, a fantastic happy attitude, and some great advice. He really brightened my day and was testament to their fantastic customer service and all round service.
