One of the best solicitors I have come across, and I've dealt with many. Prompt, proactive, precise and easy to communicate with. Moni came highly recommended by so many, they were not wrong! Very professional and proactive. Everything you want in a solicitor, especially given the current climate with the pandemic. I would definitely recommend this solicitor and not worry too much about fees, whether it is higher or lower compared to other places. Moni must have broken a record to complete within the short time! Great work, will be using them going forward.

I have engaged Mr Wakil Ahmed for both straight forward residential conveyancing as well as more complex commercial matters with bridging finance. Mr Ahmed is responsive and professional. He manages expectations and will keep you updated. He is knowledgeable and has worked very well with the other side solicitors too, making the transaction smooth. My advice to anyone using a solicitor would be: don't use the cheapest. Use one that has experience and a well established reputation like Mr Ahmed.

I have been using this law firm for over 15 years but now they've become too big for their own boots.
The way the receptionist represents this firm has let me down severely. They say once in a while it's best to move on. That is what I intend to do find myself another law firm for another 15 years.
Moni Rahman is absolutely amazing!! Hence the reason I've not given this firm one star. if this person ever opens her own law firm, I'd will be her first client. I wouldn't recommend the firm but I would recommend Moni. She is a superstar!

As a director of an ethical property investments company (New Vision Housing ltd) we were in search of good solicitors farm. Al Rayyan bank recommended Kuddus Solicitors and rightly so we have received very good professional conveyancing services and guidelines from Moiriong Rahman (Moni)in three different conveyancing so far. Agreed to take on property purchase. Kept delaying as couldn't complete purchase, later found out they weren't even on the banks approval list. They then tried to get another legal firm involved to complete purchase. To which I'd have to pay. Didn't quite understand what I was paying Kuddus solicitors for. I later decided to to to leave. They handed over my docs but did charge me quite A bit for the work that they did do. Bad experience.

Unfortunately I had an extremely bad experience with this office, they like you if you don't ask too many questions, but once you start investigating and get to bottom of things, they turn the table on you and they start to panic, rather you expect them to be professional, they have not shown it at all. Moreover, Mr. Kuddus shared his ugly side and expressed his feelings towards Saudi Arabia, the GCC countries, and its people by insulting them, the entire nation. WOW... I got a kick out of that! So I'll think twice on dealing with him, especially for the GCC customers. Good Luck!
