When I travel to London, I always get my teeth checked and cleaned by George. He gives you a choice of music to play in the earphones, usually Leonard Cohen, Willie Nelson, or Johnny Cash (he has excellent taste in music) and begins his process while you tune out to the music. It's been an essential stop in my London travels for the last 5 years and always a pleasant experience.

Dr Druttman provided a very distinguishable experience. During the check up, he identified the root causes of my discomfort, and prescribed different solutions from ones I had grown tired of hearing from all other dentists. He also explained everything in great detail. Days after the treatment, I provided some feedback on how I felt, and the same day he fit me in after working hours to assess & did additional very minor adjustments to make sure I was absolutely comfortable. So definitely raise any concerns because he cares and will address them! The staff are also patient & helpful. I had overall healthy teeth but now feel even better, and I’d definitely trust Dr Druttman with my future dental needs.

Having spent the best part of 10 years avoiding the dentist due to dental anxiety, a root canal forced me to seek emergency treatment and I found George online. Whilst the work he carried was, and continues to be, excellent what is really pleasing is that he manages to prioritise both dental health whilst being cognisant of the atheistics of treatment as well. I'm grateful to have found George, and for the work he has done to fix both my teeth but also my dental anxiety I previously experienced.

You can see what is happening with your teeth by seeing photos of your teeth. This is very powerful, so that you can make choices about what is needed, guided by George's professional judgment. I have been a patient at CAP City Dental since 2012.
Since my childhood I had a terrible dental anxiety that resulted in losing 6 of my teeth at a young age.
Since Dr Druttman became my Dentist he had helped me to overcome my fear of dentistry by using “happy gas” during my treatments . He always thoroughly prepared me for my upcoming dental procedures by explaining in depth what will happen and what results to expect after the treatment by providing me with in depth clear treatment plan.
In his care I have undergone a total smile make-over by having composite veneers placed to fix the gaps between my front teeth. I also had 2 bridges placed that enabled me to chew the food properly.
He had also safely removed and replaced the amalgam fillings that a long time ago have been placed by my previous NHS Dentist and were causing me serious digestive issues. Dr Druttman used the most advanced techniques and modern materials and always did his best to safe my natural teeth. I am truly grateful to Dr Druttman for his excellent care, for always listening to my needs and delivering excellent results.
All the staff at Cap City Dental were always helpful, kind, caring and always held my hand when I was scared.
I can’t thank them all enough for having healthy teeth today and a beautiful smile.

A life changing experice !
I have been a patient of Cap City Dental for over 11 years now! Prior to seeing Dr. George Druttman, I used to have really bad dental anxiety and some poor restoration of my front teeth (which affected my self - confidence quite a bit). I never thought that I could have a brand new smile in such a short period of time, painlessly and for a very reasonable fee. I remeber like yesterday, that as soon as I came out from my last appointment, I called my mum , crying with joy! I could finally smile, without covering my mouth ! After years of braces and visits to the orthodontist, that never resulted in beautiful smile, here I was, with beautiful teeth, just after a few appointments with Dr. Druttman!! If only I heard of him sooner ! I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Druttman to everyone who needs a smile makeover . What was very important to me is that he sat with me and explained all the possible treatment options, what the procedures entailed, materials used, both verbally and in writing like no other dentist has before. He took time to take photos, understand what I needed and wanted and totally involved me in the treatment process. For that and the outcome, I will be forever grateful !

I had the greatest experience in this clinic in November. Dr George Druttman helped me to overcome my dental anxiety, he explained various treatments options in great detail and after having a checkup, a few fillings and a hygiene appointment I decided to have my veneers done. Dr Druttman’s experience and expertise and quality of work is excellent. He is very caring, understanding and gentle and he took plenty of time to address every little detail and ensure that I am totally comfortable and happy with my new smile. Dr Druttman called me a day after the treatment asking how I am feeling and checked if all ok. My friends commented that I look much younger! Thank you Dr George Druttman, for transforming my teeth and giving me a beautiful smile again. I have recently moved to France but I will be happy to travel back to London for my dental appointment at CAP City Dental!

Both of my treatments went smooth and pain free, especially an anaesthetic injection which, surprisingly, I didn't feel at all. I had several fillings done by Druttman. The Dr. Mengele of teeth. Absolute butcher and bully. Save yourself time and money. The quality of is work is so poor that you will need to have it redone. It's unclear whether Dr. Druttman is just incompetent or if it's a ploy to keep you coming back to his office over and over again. Either way, find yourself a competent and gentle dentist. He's simultaneously rough, not up on the latest techniques, and expensive. He pushes you to get more and more expensive treatments...It's hard to believe the positive reviews, which is what lured me into his clutches.
Dr. Druttman preys on patients with dental anxiety. Please note that it's the only search term he ranks for. If you search for 'best dentist" Dr. Druttman doesn't show up. There's a reason...
*Read the positive reviews carefully. Not sure all of them are real. Look for broken English, bad grammar (like they were written in a click for pay shop), and mispellings. Why would so many people talk about their anxiety, unprompted in online reviews? And the reviews that are real, are from Dr. Druttman asking his patients to go online to try and drown out HONEST, bad reviews. You can tell because they're "coming to his defense". What honest, dentist needs to ask his patients to write reviews in his defense?

I was very happy with my initial treatments with Dr. Druttman. Having experienced dental anxiety for a very long time, I found Dr. Druttman very patient in addressing all my concerns. The use of nitrous oxide in this clinic was an extremely big plus in helping me not feel anything during my treatments and making them seamless and much more pleasant that any other dental visit I have had so far. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has dental anxiety!

Many thanks for looking after me the past 7-8 months. It’s been a bit of a roller coaster following the initial consultation and discussions about the possibilities for treatment. I will say that I never felt pressured into taking on something that did not make sense or I was not confident that the team could handle. Despite having to keep mock ups on for 3+ months vs 3 weeks due to lockdown, the team effort was fantastic and flexibility in schedules to get things right was a breath of fresh air. They do appreciate who the customer is. This even extended to getting the locations of the local motorcycle parking bays!
I love my teeth (still working on the smile) and the move to whiten them as well has made a huge difference in my overall look. I cannot stress how the smiles, positive atmosphere, music and attempts to make you feel at home and comfortable played their part. I have cancelled my previous package with another dentist and will be using Cap City for basics as well as any additional work I or my family may require.

During the lockdown, my son had a tooth infection resulting into fever, pain. Whilst NHS 111 would not even talk to us nor sees us (various reasons), George helped, with a video conference, advice on medication and detailled information on the problem. I highly recommend this practice. I have a huge phobia of dentists, drills, injections, extractions etc and, before I came to this practice, was told I was 9.5 out of 10 on the scale of patient anxiety! I have now been coming to this practice for almost 15 years and my level of anxiety has decreased massively in that time. They are attentive, welcoming and very good at putting you at your ease. 3 years ago I had caps put on my front teeth and was very pleased with the results. Not necessarily the cheapest dentist out there but in my book definitely worth it.

Great location in the city. I recently had a lot of work done (teeth shaping, fillings, root canals). I hate going to the dentist and they could see how anxious I was for the check up and had options to deal with that which was very much appreciated. Very thorough and lovely staff. Dr Druttmond did a great job and I am very happy with the results. As much as I didn't like having to visit so many times, seeing lovely Raya each time really did brighten up my day!

I've been visiting Dr Druttman and the practice for ten years and he and the team have transformed my teeth replacing old dental work and fitting crowns. I'm particularly nervous and he always reassures and explains procedures to ensure comfort through any surgery. I should also add if there's any emergency I'm seen literally as soon as possible. The clinic is a short walk from Cannon Street station and easy to get to. Highly recommended and great thanks.

After visiting the surgery last year for an emergency appointment to fix a broken veneer, I had the opportunity to see some of the incredible cosmetic work George has been doing for many years and experience the professionalism of the surgery. Having had my original veneers on for over 20 years I was so apprehensive about changing them. With so many dentists in London claiming to be true experts I was really unsure about finding someone I could trust to complete the work on my two front teeth.
Georges work is a testament to his skills and significant experience, and yes his prices reflect this. I was determined for George to do the work on my teeth so I spent several months saving up for my treatment and wow was it worth it. Absolutely you can find cosmetic dentists that will charge you a fraction of the cost but the results, the treatment and the whole experience ensures complete value for money, and you cannot afford any mistakes when it comes to your two front teeth!
Everyone at the surgery takes so much care of you, your treatment plans are explained carefully and George ensures minimum discomfort during the procedures. My teeth are incredible, George suggested whitening ahead of the veneer work, again I was apprehensive but I am so pleased I chose to go ahead, the result is fantastic and really authentic. Everyone has commented on how natural my smile is, that’s important – I didn’t want it to be obvious that I have had veneers.
I cannot recommend George and the surgery enough, not only for the cosmetic work but also for the general dental care they provide. I will definitely be returning for my routine dental work in the future.

There is a common theme that runs right through CAP City Dental, and it is the consistency of the welcoming and friendly nature of everyone who works there. When visiting CAP City Dental you will always be welcomed warmly putting you at ease from the outset, it isn’t formal, nor is it too casual, it’s a perfect balance.
My personal experience is based upon wanting to ‘in-fill’ the gaps between my teeth, of which there were many. My first consultation with George was very welcoming and open, this included a discussion of options that were available to me varying from traditional orthodontics, to varied composite and porcelain veneer solutions. I decided to go for the composite route, which included a ‘temporary mock-up’. The mock-up is so lifelike and gives you the opportunity to try before you buy, essentially it is a real 3D version built on your teeth – no picture can produce this.
I am overjoyed with the final results. My gappy teeth are a long distant past. What I must add is how natural my teeth look, something that everyone has said to me. Even comments from people who I don’t know have been on how ‘natural’ and ‘wonderful’ my teeth are. In short, they are a huge success and my smile now beams, not hidden away.
If you’re looking for convenience, a warm welcoming team, an incredible end result and a price that is on par with much lesser equivalents, you do not need to look any further than Cap City Dental. I can’t recommend this team and the practice highly enough.

I was referred to George by a friend who had been very pleased with the results of some fairly major dentistry.
Even during the first visit to CAP dental everyone made me feel at ease, the approach was collaborative and non sales focused. George was able to shape and whiten my teeth along with filling some small gaps. I was especially impressed with the speed of the results. Within two visits of 2 hours I have a more aesthetically pleasing smile and far whiter teeth.
I have referred friends already safe in the knowledge they will be pleased with the results too!

He positioned all my options clearly including positives and negatives. I felt confident when making my decision, and felt at uttermost ease whilst he worked his magic on me! I love my new smile, and my experience was pain free. Thank you George for all the care you showed me (even in my follow up meeting which ended up being 1 hr instead of 15 minutes, due to me need some alterations). I was also fitted into the busy diary to accommodate my eagerness to get my teeth sorted asap!All in all, 11/10 experience!
