Good service! I was panic due to my tooth was broken, and this is my first time coming in to a clinic in London. The doctor- Edina, assistant and reception were so nice to me and make my appointment efficiently. Highly recommend!

I've been to this dental practice twice. Both times I have opted to have the Smileright Pamper Package (Airflow) treatment. Both the receptionist and the lady who did my clean (Maria) were polite and friendly. Maria was very professional. She helped me to feel relaxed before the treatment commenced on my first visit, which really helped me as I always get anxious when I am visiting a new dental practice. The treatment itself can feel a little uncomfortable at times, when the particles are hitting the skin on the inside of your mouth, but they will offer to apply a numbing ointment to help take the edge off that and any discomfort from the scaling, if you need it. My teeth are so much whiter and cleaner after each visit. I now refuse to go to my NHS dentist and I always come here to have my teeth look clean and a natural pearly white. Thank you for making a difference to my smile! :) P.S It's great that they are also open on Saturdays as this is usually the most convenient time for me to have an appointment.

My Dentist is extremely knowledgeable, genuinely cares about his patients and the finished product. The whole team provide a completely bespoke treatment plan, tailored made to the individual. It's very difficult to find this level of professionalism in today's world. I personally recommend this clinic to all.

Attended for a broken tooth. The practice has a very slick and thorough Covid secure process in place. Staff are very helpful and polite as always. More treatment required but, I imagine that my next visit will be equally ok and smooth until the end.

I was lucky to be treated by Dr Edina. She explained to me what results I can get after the UK laser zoom whitening, which is now by law limited in what percentage of peroxide can be used.
She tried her best to make me satisfied and I have to say that the result is still visible after few months for what I am really grateful. Thank you for great service and care.

I've been going to Smileright barbican for over 3 years now, since my dad retired from dentistry. Struggled to find somewhere I liked until I found Smileright. Do not have a bad thing to say about the practice. I have always used Dr Simmi - who is the most gentle hygienist, I used to dread going for a check up until now. She is a little ray of sunshine, keep hold of her.

Shocking. Booked a Groupon voucher for teeth whitening. Tried 3 times to get an appointment but they refused to book it. Then after lockdown tried again. Refused. "I'll have a colleague call you back". Completeley incompetent and unprofessional. Avoid.

I first visited Smileright due to a voucher I had for teeth whitening. The staff, atmosphere and all around service was that good, I have not returned to my own dentist for general treatment! To date I have had general dentistry including fillings and treatments by the hygienist, which were all good (well as good as a dentist visit can be).
They say ‘behind every successful man is a good woman’ in this case it’s the receptionist Sara. From the moment you enter, her warm personality puts you at ease, whilst managing to be efficient and professional at the same time. Keep up the good work Smileright - Barbican and thank you for looking after my smile. ????

We made the appointment for the same day and he was extremely happy with the care, professionalism and prices here. He has been to the same dentist in NY for years and has never been willing to try a new person, but is now sold on this place after having such a remarkable visit. Recommend!

I received exemplary service from the lovely receptionist and throughout. They were quick to see me, they explained all procedures beforehand and discussed any options available to me. All of the work done was painless and quick, they even corrected bad work I had had done elsewhere in London. From consultation to the final clean up I felt I was in trustworthy hands, which is especially important when not knowing where to go and relying on internet searches. Highly recommended, I will be recommending them to my friends in London.

I visited this dentist a couple of years ago. I was very disappointed with the service - I was told that every one of my fillings needed replacing and all my wisdom teeth needed removing. Having always done regular check ups and never having been told I needed any fillings replaced before, I went for a second opinion and was told the fillings were fine and so were the wisdom teeth. Two years later I have just been to another dentist and still my fillings are fine. I also had a bad experience with the hygiene appointment which was very painful and my gums were bleeding most of the day. I also didn't like the bedside manner of the dentist - she was visibly annoyed at me when I tried to refuse an expensive hygiene add on and argued with me and pushed me to have it. I felt that this dentist tried to con me into having unnecessary treatment and am now very wary when choosing a dentist. Also, they keep sending me marketing materials and have no unsubscribe button - I have emailed before and told them to stop but they continue - that's what just reminded me to post the review finally!

Generally attending the dentist, is something I trying avoiding at all cost.
I am usually very nervous.
Since being a member, from the Receptionist (Sara) to my Dentist (Simmi), they have made me feel comfortable and at ease with everything virtually taking away my fears. I no longer have the anxiety when making an appointment or turning up.
Well done Smileright for having the combination of a staff. You will always have great reviews, new and returning clients/customers, for the foreseeable future with this pair.

I visited this clinic a few years ago and at the time was very happy with the service. So recently I decided to book and appointment for teeth whitening as it was reasonably priced comparing to the competition. I got there, met with a dentist and before I even sat on the chair and opened my mouth I was told I need to do straight away on a spot airflow (which will be extra £85), polish (which will be extra £85) and preferably buy home whitening home kit (over £200). This is all before I managed to sit on that chair. What kind of approach is this? Aggressive upselling from a doctor (!) thinking people will be intimidated and agree on everything. Pricing whitening low and then pushing everything else so you end up with the hefty bill. If it was from a sales person I would have more understanding for it but from a doctor who hardly examined my teeth. Shame. I am gobsmacked by the approach. Also, when I was there I have been given a form that required a lot of my personal data to be filed in. Note - When you hand out something like that you are required to explain why do you need it and for what purpose specially if you deal with exciting customers. It is a law.

Had a tooth whitening procedure here and it didn't make a bit of difference. They also make their money off of saying you need a clean just before the whitening. I needed one anyway but just be aware. £59 (cost of Groupon deal) down the drain :( My dentist and the assistant were nice though

Horrible place,they cancelled my appointment because i refused to give em by phone my bank details,16 digit card nr,expiry date,security code to pay for my appointment,wich is not safe at all,banks doesn't reccomend that,i told them that i can pay that via bank transfer,but they were insisting for my bank details,absolute piss take,be careful,don't give you're bank details to NOBODY

I came across Smileright online and had mixed thoughts on how suited they would be to what I wanted (as with visiting any new dentistry). I initially only came in for a laser teeth whitening session, however once I met Dr Simmi, she was immediately able to explain the benefits of the other services she had to maximise the hygiene, cleanliness and whitening of my teeth and incorporated this to my overall session. She was also extremely friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does which gave me a lot more comfort throughout the whole process. I was very very happy with the end result and would recommend to anyone else looking for some help with their teeth. The fact I could also book an appointment for after work 2 days in advance and not have to wait weeks/months like local dentists was just an extra bonus! Thanks again.

I went for an emergency. I had only two hours between work appointments. I had popped in in a couple of surgeries but everyone could see me only at the end of the day or the following day.
I was a bit wary of this place as it seemed bit posh and I didn't want to be dragged into lengthy / expensive consultations, but my doctor (I don't remember her surname, but her first name is Corina) offered to take a look for free on the spot and quoted me a price about 30% less than the surgeries I had visited earlier. She was extremely accurate and went to painstaking lengths to accomplish what to me seemed only a quick job. She was also very delicate and kind and the whole process was painless. The tooth looks new. I couldn't be happier and I will certainly go back (I wouldn't bother with a review if my expectations hadn't been exceeded).
All in all, probably the most positive experience I've ever had to a dentist's surgery. If I could change anything, I'd only advise to tone down the ads for cosmetic dentistry showed on the big screen in the waiting room. They are only animations so no fainting risk but they alternate between relatively graphic and overwhelmingly cheesy, and had become quite grating after those little five minutes I spent there. Minor gripe in an excellent experience.

The staff in friendly but I went there to get my teeth whitened and after the treatment was done the doctor told me the quality of my tooth enamel was very high and so the whitening effect would not show... thanks for letting me know after I paid 100£ and wasted an hour of my time.

Awful experience. Water was going up my nose as she cleaned my teeth, I had to keep asking to stop so I could wipe the water off my face and breathe properly. It made me feel like I was going to choke and was a pretty horrible experience. I asked why this was happening, maybe my head was tilted properly, she claimed it was normal. I've had my teeth cleaned lots of times and I've never had water up my nose. She then left me with pink paste all over my teeth and told me to brush it off at home. I relayed this to the receptionist who said she'd pass it on to management but no-one contacted me to follow up with my concerns. Find somewhere else to have your teeth cleaned, waterboarding and self-cleaning at home are not a usual part of a visit to the hygienist.

Amazing team and amazing doctors. They’re so helpful and my teeth have never looked any better. I went in for fillings and hygiene for stain removal as it was recommended by the receptionist ! Dr Edina paid so much attention to me , took intra-oral pictures and made sure she told me everything step-by-step. Best experience I’ve had at the dentist in years.
