I have been a patient of this practice for more years than I care to remember. Although the practice has changed hands, it remains the professional and caring practice it has always been. The standards are very high and up-to-date and if specialist treatment is needed it is arranged without any fuss. They are aware that few, if any, people like going to the dentist and do everything they can to make the experience as relaxed and pain free as possible. Sadly I will have to leave the practice as I can no longer travel into central London, but I do send them all good wishes for the future.

Excellent dental practice with exceptional service. All the staff are looking after you from first moment you enter until the moment you leave like you are a family member rather than a patient. The dentists and dental hygienists will explain everything in a way you can understand and provide you with valuable recommendations how to look after your teeth. Sadly I moved my home but it was a pleasure to be part of this family.

I haven’t had the best experiences with dentists so am usually a bit apprehensive about dentist visits. I have been here twice now and felt completely at ease (dare I say pleasant!) with Vaida for hygienist appointments. She’s very professional, thorough and supportive. She’s changed my relationship with dentists, and this would be the only dentist I would consider in London.

Really excellent practice. Responsive- I was given an emergency appointment on the day and booking my normal appointments have been easy.
Professional- it’s an extremely well run practice and the dentists are very good (I saw Neha). Welcoming- genuinely lovely team of people (reception team, practice nurses and the dentists).
Safe- I’ve had a couple of appointments recently and they’ve really thought of absolutely everything to make sure patients and staff are as safe as possible with the current pandemic. It’s impressive.
I would highly recommend them.

I was recommended Amit and the wider Sardinia team by a close friend. I had been self conscious about my teeth for a number of years and knowing what a tough critic my friend was, I thought Amit and the team must be good.
I went for an initial consultation, which was very informative. I must admit, I thought invisalign and the related process was too good to be true and I verbally announced this to Amit at the time. My friends had amazing results and that was the main thing that induced me into proceeding with the invisalign process.
Having just had my last appointment, I can honestly say Amit and the team were nothing short of exemplary. The results were better than I could have expected and I can confirm, they were not too good to be true.
The professionalism, but also the kindness and warmth of all staff was the finest thing about Sardinia. During the COVID pandemic, I did not see many people and this further highlighted to me what a great bunch of people Sardinia has.
I would recommend Sardinia to anyone and am now going to use it as my full time dentist.
Thanks to Amit, Lauren and the team. I feel very blessed to have been the recipient of such a good standard of care and service.

As a new patient, I had a great experience with the Sardinia House dental practice. The initial booking process via the website was straightforward to navigate, supported helpfully, with a clear list of treatment prices. In the pre-appointment emails, and on arrival, it was reassuring to see robust precautions had been implemented to ensure the maintenance of a covid secure environment. The dentist I saw was brilliant - thorough in her examination, reassuring, and comprehensive in explaining identified issues, and likely causative factors. I needed two follow up appointments - one for a scale and polish and the other to get two fillings. I was able to get both booked in within three weeks of my initial appointment. The excellent approach to patient care was consistent across each of my appointments.

John leech my dentist of 30 years sadly died and I was cared for by his colleagues .
During lockdown I even received care by a remote Consultation putting my mind at rest.

I’ve been having Invisalign treatment with Sardinia House for the past few months and throughout the process the entire practice has been the most kind and friendly to me the whole way through, I’m super happy with my treatment and if you’d like to ask me anything about it I’m happy to tell you more @shellytamara!
Not sure why there are any bad reviews because I cant for a second believe my dentist Dr Patel (at least) does anything less than the best for his patients because whenever I go in for an appointment it’s timely, a comfortable atmosphere and they always answer any questions I have fully. I do think sometimes it’s all too easy for someone with a bone to pick to leave a bad review BUT personally in my experience I think it’s in complete stark contrast to the service I’ve received AND when I did my research on them I’ve heard nothing but good.
But as I say, I found it super helpful when people were happy to speak to me about their experience before I started treatment and so I’m more than happy to do the same - you can find/message me on IG @shellytamara

Have just recently had my first appointment with Sardinia with hygienist after been refer by a work colleague, I must say I'm very please with the work and procedure that was done, my teeth never felt so clear, it actually puts my local hygienist to shame. The clinic is also super clear and staff very friendly which always help. Thank you Sardinia team, will be back very soon.

Very sloppy practice. They made a big mistake in my treatment, and the dentist denied all responsibility claiming that he made a mistake because it was hard for him to read x-rays (since they are 2-dimensional projections of 3-dimensional objects... -- aren't they trained to do that and what a ridiculous excuse for a professional)! After their wrong treatment I required an urgent treatment to fix what they have done (Sardinia house dental practice refused to fix their mistake for free and I chose to go somewhere else). Shame of a practice and shame to LSE to be even affiliated with this practice somehow.

I used to hate going to the dentist, but since joining Sardinia 18 months ago, I’ve loved it! (believe it or not, it’s true).
The whole experience has been superb, from the amazing receptionist team who never get flustered and are always polite, to the fact I’ve never had a late appointment.
Jurgita Sybaite has been my dentist and she is AMAZING! She’s incredibly talented and has never caused me any discomfort but best of all, Jurgita is extremely personable and immediately makes you feel at ease.
I’ve had lots of different treatments including Invisalign and Jurgita has completely transformed my teeth, giving me a lot more confidence in my smile. Theresa is also an excellent dental assistant and the two of them have a great partnership which makes you feel more at home.
Thanks to all of you, I’ll be back before long!

Very poor experience - I think they are just after people’s £ ! This whole google profile is fake - the 4/5 stars are not real. You can tell because there are no 2 or 3 star reviews - only 4/5 curated reviews and 1 star reviews. Think carefully before registering. I was initially wowed by their sales / marketing before being let down with simple appointments that are low profit for them.
In my most recent experience, I was shouted at by a senior practice dentist / management for raising a complaint because I had not been able to get an appointment in 9 months. Yes - COVID-19 has affected things but having appointments cancelled and only offering appointments 4 weeks in the future isn’t ok after 9 months. There is no compassion or thought put into their interactions with patients unless there is £ to be made from them.
Just a quick update - more fake reviews since I posted this to try and bury this review. Amazingly Amit Patel and practice even have the audacity to enter a review where a patient got seen extremely quickly to attempt to counter my claims.
Because of Amit Patel and Sardinia’s failure to see me in over a year despite multiple attempts to do so, I now have considerable dental bills and work required. I was not seen because the check-up I needed was not profitable for them or high enough £. Everyone needs to avoid their marketing and sales tactics before you are caught in their net. I am now stuck with them while the fix the damage they caused after failing to see me because I was after simple check-ups and cleans.

I recommend to stay away from then, it is not a good practice. Immediately after the visit it looks like they did a good job, but problems start very soon later. i had to have the dental work from them redone somewhere else. Would never go back there again. Shame it is affiliated with such a good school as LSE

This practice is reasonably priced and the location is convenient. They do not provide good customer service.
I had to wait more than 30 minutes past my appointment time on one occasion. On another occasion, I called to say I was running 20 minutes late. When I arrived 12 minutes late they told me they had cancelled my appointment and they would need to rebook it for another day.

Five stars for good customer service and affordable dental service! I really appreciate the effort of the reception staff to know my concern. One of my metal brackets of my braces fell off and I was having a hard time looking for a dental clinic to help me fix my problem. The staff patiently accommodated me and quickly scheduled me the next day. I am really happy and impressed with the dentist (Dr. Amit Patel) for fixing my problem quickly! Being an LSE student, the clinic (which is located within the LSE campus) gave a discount for me, which is really a big deal. Thank you so much.

The girls on reception are just lovely and always bend over backward to accommodate you. On your arrival you are immediately put at ease with the easy, friendly manner. Mr John Leach has been my dentist throughout my 25 years and I cannot praise him highly enough. He has worked miracles with my teeth. He is a gentleman and a gentle man. I got the Sardinia house dental practice recommended to me by a colleague. So to check it out, I first went for a regular check up and I was positively surprised. Please DO NOT go that clinic. I had to put 5 stars so you can read it. I never had a dental problem in my life and I left with severe gum issues that have lasted throughout the year. I came in for a dental cleaning and left with an unnecessary and expensive dental plan. I believe I had a mild gum issue problem but the recommendations given by doctors to clean my gums were incorrect. They suggested to use dental cleaners (in between teeth) which eventually lead to several holes in my gums and then more recession. At some point they said my teeth could fall out! so I became really paranoid about it. I later checked with other dentist about my problem and although they said my teeth are overall ok, now I seem to have a mild periodontists. I never had this in my life. So please, reconsider twice before going there.

I was recommended Sardinia Dental Practice from colleagues, as I was looking to change dentists. From the first consultation with Dr Pete Niesolowski they were friendly, professional and addressed any questions/concerns I had. The work I have had (including fillings and a dental implant) was painless and they took their time to ensure I was comfortable!
In the past I've not had the best experience with dentists and simply put off going because of the fear, but it's safe to say I'll be sticking with them for regular visits. Thanks again to the team!
