I needed a teeth cleaning urgently and needed professional work.
I did the treatment with Dr. Maria who I thank so much.
She was very professional, she gives me a really thorough and painless cleaning.
I felt at ease right away, not all dental offices make you feel at home. A very attentive and very helpful girl who loves her work and does it with a great care.
I highly recommend visiting her to have the best cleaning treatment that a hygienist can offer you.
We will meet again soon for a new cleaning.

I needed a minor emergency treatment.
Receptionists were friendly and spoke great English (unlike what someone else wrote).
Was treated quickly and pleasantly by Dr. Melina and was charged just the NHS fee.

The receptionists are really lovely and always helpful, make you feel comfortable etc hence the 1 star but otherwise wouldn't recommend this dental practice unfortunately. Not had the best experiences with any of the actual dentists. Find that the dentists try and shirk you off elsewhere and can be very curt with you and not very understanding or helpful. The priority seems to be around cosmetic services. Seems like the practice is suited to a more affluent demographic.

I have received the best dental care. My dentist Shahab Mehvaban is excellent, professional and skilful. I also appreciate the reception team and in particular Uma who went out of her way to send me a package from the my dentist during lockdown and went out of her way to assist. I must also say that Maria is a fine hygienist and works carefully and with confidence.
I recommend the team at Borough Dental care wholeheartedly. Just excellent!

I am a patient here at this dentist.
My dentist Dr shahab and the reception are all polite, kind and friendly despite being so busy all of the time.
Never have to wait too long for my appointment.
I also pay for the hygienist here and she is lovely too.

I Azeez DENDE-RAJI, has been completely joyful since I joined the good and lucky people on the list of Borough Dentist for their treatment towards NHS and Private.
Since I started visiting the surgery I felt good in myself with the treatment and good and competent staff I always met.
COVID-19 rule and regulations were completely followed by:
• Testing of temperature
• Social distance maintenance
• Face covering compulsory
• Hand sanitiser compulsory
etc.
Above the management and staff are friendly in all aspects.
I AM BETTER OF THAN BEFORE TOWARDS MY DENTIST CARE.

Doctor was really nice, but the woman at the reception wasn't wearing a mask. When I asked her why she said it's not necessary as there is a plastic covering on the counter. However covering has an opening at the bottom so it is still possible for the virus to get through. When I pointed that out she said ''let's not be silly''. In my point of view this is not very safe.

Having had bad dentists in the past I was very anxious about having a root canal but my dentist Dr Sachin Patel made the whole process as pleasant as it could possibly be. He took the time to talk through my options, making sure I understood and gave me the time to come to my own decisions following his advice. I would recommend him for any procedure you might unfortunately need!

I have been going to this dentist for years and I absolutely love it. Dr Mirzai is a dream, I hated the dentist before him but he totally changed the experience for me. I even travel miles to still attend there - wouldn't change it for anything!

Great service from receptionist, hygienist , dental nurses and Dentist especially Dr Sachin Patel and Dr Melina Visviki. The reception team managed to book my dental and hygienist appointment back to back which is so convenient and saves me from taking two trips and wrote me the referral letters that I needed. My 4 year old daughter is a patient at this practice and I couldn't be happier. She already had two treatments there and Dr. Amol Patel and his nurse have always made sure she is relaxed and comfortable.
Receptionists are just lovely. They welcome us with a smile and answer all my questions.

I know everyone says it but I am absolutely terrified of the dentist! I have avoided it wherever possible and cry every time I go in. However, I have seen Dr Shahab Mehrabam a number of times now and he is so kind! He explains everything, continuously asks if I am ok, is positive, and I am now far less scared to go. He really goes above and beyond to make patients as comfortable as possible and make the experience positive!

In all my 77 years, I have traveled the world and I have never come across a better reception than at this practice! In particular...Nazma, Emma, Uma and Debbie are outstanding and sympathetic. Farydon is my dentist and his reputation precedes him. All in all, a great experience.

I had to shop around for a dentist as I'm not registered as an nhs patient, this dentist quoted me a reasonable amount for the work I needed doing and they were great!
The receptionist was very welcoming and polite and the dentist I saw was very calm and reassuring as the dentist is not my favourite place to be he explained everything before he carried out any work and was so professional I would definitely reccomend this dentist.

Avoid at all costs, if your looking for NHS rates you will be offered the worst services and get the worst results. She will push you into private practices as much as she can, very poor advice and very old approach to dentistry. If you can afford it or have Dental Insurance, save yourself, your teeth and go somewhere better rated.

I have been a patient of Dr Mehraban at Borough Dental Care for around 2 years and can solidly say he is one of the best dentists I have come across. He takes the time to explain things, is super efficient (he completed a checkup and treatment within the same appointment) and doesn't do work just for the sake of it. When I first came to the practice I had had a nightmare filling by another dental practice which was causing me pain. Dr Mehraban referred me to Dr Mirzai (who very kindly fit me in straight away) to assess what the issue could be since there was nothing visible in xray or otherwise. With Dr Mirzai's help, the problem was fixed within 5 mins. Everyone at the practice is SO LOVELY and accommodating, going out of their way to fit you in, send a statement or book an appointment. My boyfriend is a patient of Dr Visviki and we are both super pleased with the service we receive. Having referenced 3 fab dentists from the practice already, I really don't understand where the bad reviews come from.

Would give zero stars but that’s not an option, I tried to make an appointment as I urgently need one, they turned me away because I’m inactive patient and they’re not taking appointments for new or inactive patients, poor service, disappointing, I would understand if this was standard policy but looking at the latest reviews it seems that they pick and choose

I spent six months in pain whilst it was closed due to covid, visited twice for a simple fillings. Twice used various reasons to decline this basic treatment. Denstist seem to be more concerned for me to have my teeth whitening than treating my discomfort. Some of the staff are lovely and accommodating, others lack basic professional communication, unwilling and unable to be accommodating and will use any opportunity to decline you for a treatment. If you a mother, dependent on NHS even for limited time I would not recommend this practice.

Great dentist, I highly recommend Dr Sachin Patel I've had a number of treatments with him for quite tricky teeth and he's always done a great job. I've hade a dental phobia for a long time but feel very relaxed here, receptionists are friendly and always easy to get an appointment. I've had emergency appointments same day or pre-booked appointments the same week or next day.

This is a really good practice. The reception staff are friendly and professional - they remember your name, which is always welcoming. My dentist, Sachin Patel, has ben fantastic over the past three years or more. He offers sound, sensible advice, always taking into account my particular situation. I have had a lot of bridge and denture work over the past two years and he has gone out of his way to ensure I understand the various options and always has time to answer questions. I trust his judgement completely. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Good pricing structure. Other places: £50 for check-in and then we will decide. Here: small fee upfront that will be deducted from the final treatment. Handy when you know exactly what has to be done, without spending extra. My doctor (young and energetic, forgot his name) was super professional, from now on my favourite dentist ⚡️⚡️⚡️

I had an amazing experience in this practice. For 3 months I had disease. But I couldn't treat. So I thought I should go back my country for my gums. I was so confused and sad. I couldn't believe this situation. Money, time... By the way my friend recommend Borough dental care. Immediately I contacted them and booked. When I go there, everyone was very nice and friendly. Specially doctor was so good... personality, skills etc... Because he explain to detail state of my gums even how to way to clean my teeth:D Anyway I want to visit again definitely. This is without a doubt the best dental practice I've ever visited! Dr Mehraban is OUTSTANDING, as is Dr Mirzai (not been seen by other staff but sure they are excellent, too!). The reception staff are warm and helpful. Most of all, the precision and care with which Dr Mehraban treats patients is a lesson to all dentists – he sees dentistry as not just a science but an art! Every appointment I've had, he's been so friendly and really puts the patient first. Thank you for an exceptional service!

I was recommended a procedure by an emergency dental service but this provider simply stated it was not needed unless I paid a large summ for a private procedure. I am seeking another opinion but will not be coming back here. Not recommended for NHS clients.

I have such a horrible fear of the dentist however today I booked a emergency appointment and was seen very quickly. I was able to pick my appointment instead of being a walk in. This is the best dentist iv had even though I had a tooth extraction! The reception staff were very kind and reassuring and comforted me and my nerves. The dentist was a lovely lady I didn't feel a thing and it didn't take as long as I thought. The lady was very caring and through the procedure always making sure that I was OK. Thank you borough my anxiety is still there but a pleasant visit and will def be returning

I have been many times and am always happy with everything. The receptionists are pleasant and organised and friendly, and Dr Patel and the hygienist are both efficient and no-nonsense without making you feel rushed. The clinic are also good about sending reminders and changing bookings.

Do NOT recommend!
Very quick appointment and was told I would need FOUR fillings and a tooth removed!! I got a second opinion and found that this would have caused major damage and only one needed to be filled, the rest were very minor and could be treated with care. Very out-dated approach to dentistry, THEY WOULD HAVE DONE WAY MORE DAMAGE THAN GOOD.
