100% recommend this practice as it was quick, efficient and to the point. I was helped by Annette and she was very knowledgeable which was super helpful as I was unsure of processes. She had all the information to hand. I felt comfortable and confident and speaking with Annette and super happy with her customer service!!!

I visited this dentist a few months ago as it is my local. I had a sharp pain in my teeth. The dentist took an x-ray and said she couldn’t see anything wrong and that it my might down to grinding my teeth and I should just take pain killers. The pain continued, and got worse so I went back recently and saw another dentist. He also took an x-ray and said he couldn’t see anything obvious and that I should get my teeth cleaned and get checked for diabetes, and I should continue with pain killers. I could not sleep all night, so I called back the dentist and he said I should go A&E. A&E do not deal with dental problems so I phoned the urgent dental care line and they referred me to another dentist. The dentist pointed out straight away that I had an infected wisdom tooth that needed to be taken out. It was so obvious, she was surprised it was missed. Once it was taken out, the pain stopped! Just goes to show, there is no consistency in the service that is provided!!

Completely rubbish , don’t go , just look for somewhere else to fix your problem, over here is just not experienced employees, they will take your money for private consultation & never help , if you use NHS , word , very bad experience, that’s a nightmare

Would 100% not recommend this place. I feel like 1 star is me being very generous.Called the receptionist and complained about having unbearable Tooth pain and was told I was booked in for an emergency appointment 2/3 weeks away only to find out that it had been booked as a regular check up and there was not enough time to fix the cause of my pain and I would have to book another appointment that is 4 weeks away. Was then told to by the dentist to take paracetamol and other painkillers even though I had already explained to him that none of them were working and couldn’t sleep at night due to the pain I completely understand that Covid-19 is making things more difficult however this is not the first time this has happened and I feel like they are not very empathic and do a poor job at putting patients well-being first !!!! I do hope in future they do improve as I have been a patient at this dentist for years and know they are capable of greatness however and I am absolutely horrified at my recent experience.

Great customer service. From initial contact over the phone with the front desk, my queries and emergency appointment was handled efficiently. They were very accommodating and allowed me to come in straight away even in this covid situation. The reception team are very friendly and polite.
The dentist Freya provided an excellent service! She was very careful, precise, friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. She showed absolute professionalism in her work explaining procedures and all options available. Her assistant was very helpful as well.
They made me feel comfortable. I felt confident with the service. I would recommend to anyone.
I have been extremely happy with all the care I have received as I am a very nervous patient.
I would highly recommended this practice.

Terrible dental experience and seriously unprofessional clinic. The receptionnist had the wrong name for me. The dentist barely checked my teeth for more than a minute, I had to ask for the standard scale and polish that is normally always included in band 1 check-up, and at first he told me I would have to book another appointment for this as he wouldn't have time (?), then he said he could do only my bottom teeth and not my top ones.
When I got home I could still see plaque build-up on some of my teeth that hadn't even been touched. The dental assistant also didn't give me a protective bib for the scale/polish, I had to remind her, which concerned me about the hygiene regulations and standards there. She was also quite rough with the suction tube during the cleaning. No mouthwash either to rinse my mouth after the half-finished clean, another hygiene standard concern.
This surgery doesn't seem very professional at all, and I felt like it was operated by trainee / dental students rather than fully qualified professionals.
Will not be returning to this dental surgery and would not recommend to others!

I recommend wholeheartedly this clinic and especially dr. Claudia. My girlfriend had veneers done abroad and experienced excruciating pain in her lower teeth. We went to several clinics and doctors over the last 3 weeks and no one wanted to even touch her teeth because she had treatments done elsewhere. Contacted the clinic manager, explained to her the situation and booked us an appointment very quickly. Dr. Claudia was very helpful and solved the issue in a very proffessional manner.

I am absolutely furious after my initial call with the receptionist, after many years (since childhood) attending the practice - calling whilst in agonizing pain requesting an appointment, the first thing they ask me is to pay prior to booking in an appointment over the phone before even being seen!
Happy for policies to taking payments whilst at the practice, how anyone will be in a position to be paying over the phone prior to an appointment being conducted/service being offered is beyond me.

Dentist downstairs carry over 40 year of experience .
Helpful reception staff which will go above and beyond resolve issues.
They got wide array of the skilled and qualified dentists offering NHS and private treatments which are invisalign, veneers, crowns,white fillings.Experienced dentists there also offer implants simple and complicated cases.Especially dentist upstairs
dr Osa with his calm,compassionate and relaxed manner will put all you worries at ease .Hes also able to see emergencies same day .So I highly recommended this dental practice to family and friends.

It's not clear why the most recent reviews of this dental practice have been so low. I found all staff polite, efficient and friendly. I was seen quickly in a professional manner. The hygienist and dentist were both excellent. The clinic is in need of a paint job and a spruce-up, but it was clean.

Very friendly and customer oriented staff.I had a trip to London,in wich i had the bad luck to struggle with a tooth pain.At the recommendation of one of my collegues,i came to this clinic.I'v been treated with the obturation of the root canal.I expected to be not a pleaseant experience,but contrary of my expectation,it was all good.Everything was treated with care and patience and i actually left with a smile,even i couldn't feel half of my face.I totally recommend this clinic for the professionalism.
