Very friendly staff and good dentists who make patients part of the treatment :)

I've been using this place for years and years. It was a lovely family run practice. Some years ago a company bought the place and since then the prices have been going up and the quality of service going down. The place is filthy and unhygienic. The old staff all gone now and the place normally employs trainees and new graduated practitioners. Sadly there isn't much of a choice in the area. Shame on the owners.

Had an appointment with them and told them their is a problem with my wisdom teeth and they said it is all fine but turned out to be impacted tooth. Came back and was told by the receptionist the check up is free if I see the same dentist but got their and was told it was a lie. Unprofessional dentist and useless receptionist. Never coming back

Recently came here for the first time all the staff were very friendly and professional.

One of the worst dentist experience i ever had. The person was rude and didn't listen in regards of my gum pain. Not worth the money

Visited this surgery today and the roof was leaking so badly it was spread over 3 floors, there were buckets catching rain water everywhere the already tilting stairs were completely covered in rain water and I slipped down them, I think they should close until the repairs are carried out

I had called up the clinic regarding an emergency appointment due to severe tooth pain due to inflammation. The receptionist named Maddy Grace was so inhumane and treated me as if I am someone calling to enquire for fun. She said there no appointments available for a week. I started looking for 2nd options & suddenly realised every hospital/clinic should have a daily emergency appointment slot & so I call back and when I enquired thrice with her the same, she managed to slip out the information that an emergency appointment can be made via calls everyday at 9AM in the morning. I mean how could people be so rude & inconsiderate especially at a clinic where utmost patience & care is required to deal with patients in pain. Only because of the receptionist's nasty & inefficient behaviour, I had to take an appointment elsewhere. To be honest I am surprised, how are these ruthless people employed at a reputed firm. I am a male working in international business sector travelling around the globe for business & I have never ever experienced this kind of an attitude. I truly hope the clinic takes a appropriate decision on matters like these. Thank You

It's the worse dental clinic ever. Staff it's not friendly, they are rude... never gonna come back there...

I've been going to this denist for over 25yrs. I saw a new dentist & I had THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I have been in excruciating pain with a severe headache for over 6hrs after a filling in my wisdom tooth. I took painkillers right away & took more but still the pain won't subside! Iam terrified of needless & the last visit the needle wasn't used for the same tooth & I was fine plus the last dentist used numbing gel. This new dentist didn't use anything numbing gel at all & didn't even mention it. I assumed he should know that Smh! I have to call 111 tp get some advice as I cannot even sleep! I have been laying down since 8pm & my gum is.seriously throbbing with PAIN! Oh the said....I should have requested the numbing gel? wth! I I'm writing a full complaint tomorrow!!!

Had to wait 2 weeks for appt then on the eve of my appt was called to be told appt cancelled had to wait an other 2 weeks. Now been callingfor 3 days either voicemail or no answer

Been there many times and I must say that they are average. I had a crown done and it fall off 4 months after and I am not talking about fillings that fall off after a week or two.

Me encanta todos los dentistas son muy amables y sus tratamientos son muy profesionales Todo es genial le doy 5 estrellas xk cuando e tenido emergencias siempre an atendido a mis hijos en el mismo día lo mejor de todo es k para la gente k no hable inglés ahí personas k hablan español y todo es más fácil Genial todo .....????
