I've been coming to Cap City Dental for over ten years now - first to get some veneers done, and then for all my regular checkups and cleanings. I can honestly say that, in all that time, I've never considered going anywhere else.
To be honest, until my first visit back in 2003, I'd never been too interested in the health of my teeth. They were in a pretty poor state - uneven and discoloured and with some fairly dodgy NHS fillings. Thanks to the George and his team, they're transformed - it feels so good to have nice-looking teeth and to know that they're clean and healthy. It's one of the best things I ever did for myself. And I can't deny, I love getting occasional compliments about how nice they look.
There's a lovely atmosphere at the practice - there's always a warm welcome, the people are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
George and his team are excellent. He trained in the US, and it really shows. He is very knowledgeable, highly skilled, and takes great pride in his work - he does a fantastic job and always goes the extra mile to get the best result. But he's never pushy - he lays out the options, is perfectly upfront about the costs etc. I've never felt pressured into any treatment I didn't want.
Oh, their "happy gas" is highly recommended, I'm actually not at all nervous about checkups but I do like having a little nap in the middle of the day !

Wonderful! I am not a patient of the practice however they still agreed to see me, literally moments before they closed, to sort out a crown that had suddenly fallen out. The whole team were so friendly, professional and incredibly patient (I am very nervous about anything to do with my teeth). Despite the timing, I was not made to feel rushed and everything was explained to me in great detail. Would highly recommend this team - one of the best dental practices I have ever been to.

I visited Cap City Dental for veneers and teeth whitening, and was very impressed with the results. Having never had any work done on my teeth before, I was apprehensive about going through this process, but I was put at ease by Dr George who was clearly incredibly experienced.
I'm really pleased with how my new teeth look, I can notice a huge difference from before, yet they still look completely natural.

I know it sounds strange but I had great experience seeing dentist. After having serious tooth extraction I was a bit worried - surprising no painkillers were needed and everything has healed within a week.
Great feedback and well explained all my options I had for treatment. Keep in mind it is private but well worth the money!

Good location , very friendly and helpful staff.
My first time visit was this March. I had fractured one of my porcelain crown. I was very nervous going to dentist but Dr. George explained well and helped me to make better decision . I was so happy when I left the dentist , he repaired my porcelain crown and still now i have no worries about this tooth.
Today, I visited for another one . Going to dentist is never easy thing. Dr George understood how I felt and tried to make me feeling comfortable.

My experience of my cleaning treatment was excellent, especially after years of not seeing a Dentist. Dr Druttman, took photos of my teeth and showed me on a monitor of the current state and gave clear explanations to the condition. When going through the cleaning process I was provided with music which helped me relax. After the cleaning process I had my photos taken again to show the huge difference of from the ‘before and after’. I also had some excellent advice from the dental nurse about caring for my teeth. The location is excellent and easy to find with friendly staff at reception. Would highly recommend!

I had a treatment that saved me about a year of orthodontic work and am extremely happy with the results. When one of the “bonded” fillings came out, Dr Druttman immediately repaired it for free without question. He has a very calm manner and knows how to handle nervous patients like me. All of the staff are lovely. I could not recommend the practice highly enough.

I first visited George at the end of 2017. I had a very strong fear of the dentist chair which George was quick to talk about and assure me he could change my mind. Since that visit I have been back numerous occasions for a variety of cosmetic procedures. I couldn't be happier with how my teeth now look. The change is remarkable. My fear of the chair has all but gone now - This has been made a lot easier by the use of "relaxing" gas!

Highly recommended: I walked in for an inflamed gum and Dr Druttman managed to visit me on the same day. I got a wisdom tooth removed and Dr Tan extracted it without making me feel any pain. Last but not least, Raya, the practice manager, was very kind and caring during all the interactions I had with CAP City Dental.

From start to finish i felt looked after at Cap City, George did a thorough medical history and made me feel at ease immediately. The treatment we exceptionally well, no discomfort or pain. I was given Ja-Relaxing Gas and noise canceling head phones, i almost forgot i was in the dentist chair. I would highly recommend George and the team to my friends and family.

I have always had terrible anxiety about going to the dentist but since being a patient of George's over the past 6 months I have had numerous treatments and now have a smile that I am true my proud of. George makes you feel at ease and really listens to not only your fears but what you want and expect from any treatment. Excellent! Dr George Druttman saw me at short notice on a one day round trip to London and went out of his way to accommodate my treatment before making my flight home. George had previously treated my husband when we lived in London and recommended that I see George when I cracked a tooth. I am so happy that I did, George saved my tooth which two other dentists I consulted with wanted to remove and replace with an implant. It is so refreshing to get thorough explanations and great treatment. Will make that trip again to get excellent dental treatment. Thank you Cap City Dental.

What can I say - I came in with teeth that I had shortened and flat from grinding and a couple of bridges that looked out of place as their colour no longer matched my other teeth. George discussed my options and referred me to an orthodontist so I could see if braces followed by reconstruction or reconstruction alone would be best. Having weighed up the options I went for the reconstruction and for the fist time since I was in my early 20's (and I am now in my 50's) I feel confident enough to smile. The procedure not only left me with a smile that looks natural but has also made my face look younger and my jaw no longer ache.
I was confident in George's ability to sort my teeth the first time I met him and he and his excellent team did not let me down.
My only regret is not meeting George earlier so I could have enjoyed smiling long ago!

I’ve seen Dr Druttman twice now and I’m extremely impressed with the treatment and service that I’ve received. I’ve never been particularly fond of going to the Dentist but he made me feel very comfortable and explained all the different treatment options that I could have. He was honest about the pros and cons of each as well as down time and cost. There was even an option that he doesn’t perform and he still mentioned it to me so I could make the best option for me. In my experience it’s rare to find such honesty and professionalism in private Dentistry these days and was one of the options I’d put off seeing a Dentist for so long. All in all I couldn’t be happier with the results and service.

I have been a patient of Dr George Druttman for around a year and have just completed a series of complex treatments and restorative work "to put right" years of negligent dentistry. I cannot recommend George highly enough - at last I have a dentist who is professional and extremely good at what he does. I trust him fully and feel that he (and his team) really care about his patients. My treatments include, tooth removal, dental implants, multiple crowns, bite alignment and gap fill. I am most pleased with my improved bite and filled gap as it was a really simple procedure and it has created the smile I have always wanted without having to undergo the inconvenience and expense of braces. Going to the dentist is now something I look forward to rather than dreading.

Dr. George and his team are very friendly, considerate and professional. I had a root canal done, and at all times, I was given clear information about the knowns and unknowns regarding my case. Since i had a long standing abcess, they also followed up post the procedure to check if i was doing okay, and made sure i could contact them over the weekends should the need arise. Fortunately there were no complications and the two part procedure went smoothly.

Having been to several other dentists before coming to see George, I found his approach to be very open and honest and he was able to advise the best course of action for me personally rather than a set standard 'fix' (as I had encountered with other dentists). Dr Druttman saw me at really short notice, in an emergency, when no one else would. I had one of the best dental experiences I have ever had; everything was explained in detail, and I was offered different cost options for the issues I was experiencing. At no stage did I feel pressured to take treatment. I sometimes get the feeling with some private dentists that they are trying to make more out of you than they should - but not with Cap City - they were just very down to earth, matter of fact, and gentle. Would highly recommend CAP City for any kind of dental work! Everyone there is so nice and friendly and willing to help any situation! When I went there for the first time after my manager recommended it, I was unhappy with my teeth due to them being slightly darker. I had never done anything about it because of how expensive it can be, but Dr Truttman made it easier for me to afford by allowing me to pay in instalments which was brilliant. The treatment it's self went smoothly and they were all so informative and helpful and now I'm so happy with my teeth I can actually smile in photos! Would HIGHLY recommend this dentist if you're looking for any sort of help with your teeth!

Capcity really is the best dental clinic in terms of service and satisfaction. I have known Dr. Druttman for years and he is always attentive and really puts in the time to make sure all concerns have been addressed. There is never a sense of being rushed and always a genuine interest in providing the best treatment for his patients. There is a high-level of attention to detail and every procedure is explained clearly prior to treatment. Emergency cases are treated as such and you can expect to be seen as soon as possible. The staff are really friendly and the practice has an excellent location. By far the best practice I have visited and I plan to continue seeing Dr. Druttman in the oncoming years.

I can highly recommend Dr George Druttman and CAP City Dental. George has been my dentist now for over a decade and his work is always excellent. I originally visited him to do some cosmetic work on my front teeth, replacing an old crown and a veneer. He did an excellent job and today they still look as good as when they were first done! Over the years George has replaced all my old fillings as they have needed work, with much better and neater ones that cannot be seen. He has also helped me with techniques for proper dental care and keeping your teeth and gums healthy. George is a dentist you will not mind going to, always taking care to ensure you are comfortable and relaxed.

I hadn’t been to a dentist for many years, I’ve never liked going and kept avoiding it, but knew in the back of my mind that I really should get a check-up. When I got an email from my H.R Dept. saying that CAP City Dental are offering employees and their families 20% discount on any dental work – I decided now was the time to go.
Dr. Druttman and his team were very welcoming and quickly put me at ease. I had a thorough check-up and clean, and one filling replaced. All was done quickly and with little fuss in the space of two easily arranged visits. I also got lots of useful advice. Of course, like all dentists everywhere, they do try to sell you extra products and services, but there is no hard-sell - they are honest with you about what you really need, and advise you which products are also available elsewhere.
Luckily, after such a long break I got away without needing too much done. In future I will be visiting CAP City for regular check-ups to ensure I maintain my good oral health.
