I have recently completed 2 courses with Gateway Workshop and absolutely loved both! I returned to Gateway as a few years ago I did the baby massage course and was so impressed with the booking procedure, information and tutors. So... when looking to train further in Indian Head Massage and Thai Foot Massage I went straight to Gateway Workshops. So easy to book, and the tutor Sue Cross was great! She is so knowledgable and she made the course really enjoyable with a mixture of humour and professionalism. The booklets are great and the course is followed up with a link to a video of the sequences to the massages which are so helpful. I would definitely recommend Gateway Workshops. Verna Adderley

I have been studying with Gateway workshops for many years and have completed a number of courses with Sital & Rhian - Both are such great mentors and educators. They deliver their courses in a easily digestible way and are very professional. They have a lot of knowledge within the hair, beauty and Holistic industry. I left their classes feeling confident and happy with what I had been taught.

I've attended a number of Gateway Workshops, all with Suzanne Cromie in Belfast - each course was delivered superbly; every one was an enriching, enjoyable and inspiring experience. Suzanne is passionate, intelligent, sensitive and tactful and her classes all had a wonderful atmosphere of calm, serenity and fun. Perfectly paced and really interesting, I'd recommend Suzanne's classes to anyone, whether they're doing a course for professional reasons, personal enrichment or pleasure (a mixture of all in my case!) and I hope to do several more in the future

I have recently completed the crystal healing course which was run by Sue Cross.
Excellent communication prior to the course date.
On the day, the course went so quickly. Sue was knowledgeable and attentive to all students. The structure of the day was enjoyable and it felt safe to practice in relation to COVID.
I have gained so much more confidence in crystal healing since attending this course and I will definitely attend another gateway course in the future.

Excellent training today despite me getting lost and arriving late!! Diane was supportive and understanding and gave an excellent professional, fun and relaxed training session. She made sure we all got our techniques right and helped us when we were not getting it quite right. Diane is a fantastic trahiner and I’ll be back next year to up-skill again on something new! To anyone thinking of booking a ‘spiritual course’ note that there is nothing spiritual about these courses. They are based only on physic energy. ‘Spirituality’ in its essence deals with the spirit which is non material and thus transcends all energy which belongs to the material realm. Thus true spirituality is showing and guiding one to transcend the material aspect and move towards the divine. These courses are pseudo-spiritual ‘new age’ teachings that are basically plagiarised techniques from traditional religions, modified and mixed up with the occult. In these courses there are teachers claiming to be shamans, when in fact anyone outside of a native tribe and environment is NOT a shaman. Many of these courses are taught by openly practising witches who instruct students in the techniques of witchcraft. Witchcraft is not spirituality but these courses rarely advertise that they are based on witchcraft but advertise themselves as spiritual. Why do they hide their true orientation? It is because they are recruitment campaigns to initiate the innocent into their covens and way of life. They even summon demons in their classes, giving them the titles of “saint”, “angel” and other plagiarised titles from the same religions that they despise. Not only is this outside of the original ancient teachings but this is a violation of people who do not have divine protection against these kinds of immoral practises. One way to know that they are on the dark side is to look and see if they teach or practise morality at all. Do they show personal integrity like humility, honesty, virtue, and God awareness? I know one witch psychic who had some insight into students’ personal secrets and would do readings and expose their personal and sensitive secrets to all in class just to impress. They are imposing fake power. They have no regards for personal integrity or absolute spiritual morality. They have alliances with spirit guides which are demons or so called beings of light, who assist in their psychic readings on their students. Organisations like Gateway has zero concept of what spiritual is by its essence- so these course are Not spiritual but new age, occult and purely psychic technics. Please think twice before enrolling in these so-called ‘spiritual’ courses and understand what you will be getting involved with. Please note any pictures of yourself you give them will be in their hands to cast spells on you. Do not give your mother’s name to anyone and pay special attention to teachers who say ‘they don’t love money’ or ‘they don’t love gifts’ these are all forms of psychic manipulation. Peace

Today I completed the Lomi Lomi massage course in London with Diane. I’m finding it difficult to put into words how happy I am with today’s course. The content was in depth and consisted of hands on learning. The style of massage itself is fantastic for me as I prefer a more holistic approach. Diane was friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease and confident. I will definitely use the technique and can’t wait to put it into practise I will definitely return for further courses in the future.

I would highly recommend Gateway workshops to anyone looking to study one of their courses. The quality of the courses are first class, well paced and informative and with small group numbers meaning you are getting good 1:1 teaching. The tutors are excellent, very supportive and helpful and you are able to contact them afterwards if you need to. I have really enjoyed all of the courses I have done with them.

Deep Tissue Massage is the first course that I studied with Sue Cross. She taught us with great passion. I've learnt more than massage in Sue's class---I am not just a massager, but a therapist.
I've booked another course with Sue: Lomi Lomi Massage, which sounds exotic. Unfortunately we couldn't go on with it due to the second lockdown which starts today. Hopefully the school will be allowed to open in 4 weeks' time. Sunny

I took Diane Tan's Warm Bamboo Massage class in London on October 19th. It was Fantastic!! I've been a massage therapist since 2001 and have done extensive continuing education over the years and Diane's class blew me away!! She is a born teacher and loves her work and it shows. This was my first time taking a Gateway class and I will definitely take another class from Diane. The course material was very organized and the class location was very professional. Having access to the refresher video online is another bonus! I should note, I am from Seattle WA USA, and would definitely cross the "Pond" again to take another class from Diane!! If you haven't taken Diane's class before I'd highly recommend you get onto her class schedule ASAP! She's Awesome!

I also completed the Warm bamboo Massage course a couple of months ago with Diane. I was so impressed with the course too and with Diane's teaching. I’ve done 3 courses with Gateway now and they’ve all been very good. The tuition is excellent. I’ve had the same tutor each time and she teaches calmly and clearly so as to put everyone at ease and make the learning easier and enjoyable. I’d recommend Gateway as a course provider, there are many courses available at reasonable cost. Plus, as a recognised provider, you know your qualifications with Gateway will be accepted widely.

I came for Natural Lifting Facial massage course on 16/02/20 with Lovely, friendly and professional trainer Diane Tan. I would definitely recommend to have a courses here at the Gateway Workshop. I enjoyed learning so much, I would go back again. It was my second time there, previously I have learnt Deep Tissue Massage, which was delightful as well.

Diane was open to all questions, took time to explain, demonstrate and ensure correct techniques were employed throughout the whole training session. Im very unhappy to work with this company!
I booked the cours for July 4th. Unfortunately, It got cancelled because of the quarantine and new dates don’t suit me.
It’s not nice situation to be in, but the course was cancelled is not my fault. I followed the rules and paid for the course on time. Looking at the uncertainty I would like to take a refund, also not planning to pursue this path as well.
But my course Tutor refuses to cooperate, claiming that this is not her duty, this is the responsibility of the company. Each time promising to call back, but does not call back. Every time looking for new reasons to refuse me!
I am very upset by this situation! I did not expect that you would deceive your clients in a well-known company, I thought that your reputation is important to you!

Just completed a Thai Foot Massage course with Diane Tan and it was a great experience. I am very satisfied with this course for different reasons: first of all, Diane was a great teacher and I was very happy with the quality of the teaching. Also, 90% (or more) of this course was based on practicals (which I personally believe it's what you really need to do in the hours you spend at the course). Lastly, the video received at the end of the course is just perfect and completes definitively your learning. It's something that I really appreciated, not many other schools would do that and it's nice to see they care about your future. All the emails and communications with Gateway have been professional and thanks Diane for replying emails so quickly. Marco

Fantastic value for money & excellent training!
I have attended a few courses with Gateway over the past year (Pregnancy Massage, Hot & Cold Stone Massage, Myofascial Release and Seated Acupressure).
The tutors (Diane Tan & Di Wilson) are both knowledgeable and personable. Class sizes are small, which means you get great feedback, training and practice.
Would thoroughly recommend - currently planning my CPD for next year and Gateway will be on the list again.

I attended the Traditional Thai Foot Massage course today with Diane Tan. The venue was ideally located and really easy to get to. The class size was nice and small and made for a much nicer learning environment. Diane was great. Her class was relaxed but highly informative and she really took the time to help the students learn the techniques. The pace of the day was just right and I did not feel like it was rushed or too slow. The class had a real range of massage experience in it but Diane kept the flow just right so that we all benefitted from it. As a complete massage novice, I really felt comfortable in the class and Diane answered all my questions professionally but comprehensively. The best part of the day was not only getting the opportunity to practice but also having a wonderful foot massage which made the day even more relaxed. Highly recommended and I would definitely seek courses where Diane is the tutor.

I have now done 2 courses with Gateway and have really enjoyed both! Yesterday, I completed the advanced deep tissue massage course with Diane Tan - she was brilliant and really helpful. There was only 6 students including myself on the course which was nice as Diane was able to give us tips individually to help better our technique. Would highly recommend Gateway Workshops!

Very good course- I'll definitely recommend to anyone who wants to learn more advance techniques as well as good posture for us therapists whilst carrying out treatments.It was well worth the money. Diane was great in how she conducted the class. She was really helpful and really took time in assessing each one of us until we felt comfortable with the techniques.
