Trisha is a passionate teacher with extensive knowledge and a fun and welcoming attitude. The course is full of interesting content and the structure is clear. I finished my CIBTAC course March 2018 and want to say warm thank you to LSBM. Apart from meeting lovely friendly people literally everywhere from cleaning lady to ladies in the office, fellow students and teachers, general manager, clients and examiner , I gained an increadible amount of knowledge and practical skills. I was lucky to be taught by two teachers Trisha and Juanita, both extremely knowledgable professionals ,caring and great teachers. Thanks to all of you again and you will always be in my heart!

I have just successfully completed the masa 10 week course and I can safely say it was well worth every penny! From natural beauty make up to pop art and special effects, I have learnt so many new skills that I will be taking with me into my future career. One of the elements I've loved is having different teachers from the industry come and share their knowledge and talent with us. Thanks to my fabulous tutor jolanta I've enjoyed every minute of this course and can't wait to explore what the make up world has to offer!

I just completed my makeup course summer this year (June 2019).I feel blessed to be able to enroll into the makeup course. Lecturers were amazing and kind. Right after I've completed my course, I've found a few makeup jobs in fashion shows. To be honest, there is no regret choosing this school. I highly recommended the makeup courses. I really enjoy being their alumni as this school also provides after graduate job opportunities. 5 stars rating!

Great teaching! I had Alison Haynes as my tutor on my 6 week intense course and she was brilliant. I feel confident in my field and extremely happy I decided to study here. The only thing that lets the school down a bit is the lack of resources when doing beauty treatments, I expected there would be moreover a variety of products to choose from and more quantities of them. This did not hinder my learning though, would definitely recommend!

I absolutely loved this course and am so sad it’s over! I felt like I have learnt more than I thought I would in such a short amount of time. I left with so much knowledge and really good friends! Not only did I learn so much but I also had the most amazing time and had so much fun during the 12 weeks! The teachers are also so lovely! I recently completed the VTCT Level 2 Beauty Therapy course at LSBM and am already eagerly waiting to return in September for the level 3 course. My tutors, Alison and Jane, are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They invest so much of their time in preparing the theory and practical aspects of the course and do an amazing job at teaching a huge amount of information over an intense course. Alison and Jane teach with the highest standards and expectations in mind and ensure that only quality treatments take place in the classroom and salon. Not only have they shaped me as a Beauty Therapist through their role as tutors, they’ve shared an abundance of advice, support and industry experience to help me to acquire a job a week out of training with a leading spa company! Lauren in the office is also super friendly and supportive getting to know each student on a first name basis and always happy to help. The ladies on the ground make this school an absolute success and I would recommend to anyone, even if just for the pleasure of being taught by such superb women!

This is the best beauty school ever!
Teachers and all who works in there are very humble, knowledgeable and supportive. They work very hard to make sure that every student gets sufficient support for their studying.
In the school the teachers were helping every single one of the students to make sure that they understood everything was taught in the class, both in theory and practical

Absolutely loved my time there and have already signed up to Level 3 to continue my studies there! Thank you Jane & Alison for being great teachers and advisors over the past 3 months. They both provided a great course structure, thorough preparation for theory and practical assessments and excellent industry knowledge and advice, whilst always being on hand to answer questions myself and my peers had.
I have just completed Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and have already signed up to Level 3 at the college based on my experience and the expert knowledge received from the teachers. I would highly recommend to others (and already have)!

I did the MASA 8 makeup course from LSBM. Coming to London was an experience in itself but, studying at this school made it all the more worth it. This school has everything for makeup enthusiasts , they have makeup products from almost every brand they teach you with such love and care. Specially my tutor Jolanta was one of the best teachers there. She is one the most talented and best people I came across. They also have in freelancers and experts coming in the school from the makeup industry to teach us makeup as well. I would recommend this school to everyone who wants to be a makeup artist! I took my friend here for some pampering and I must say we were not disappointed! The Scrub and Wrap treatment was very relaxing and the products smelt amazing. The therapist did a good job and she was very friendly. We afterwards enjoyed the spa area before having our facials.
The spa is small and not all the saunas were working which was disappointed.
The facial was very relaxing and the therapist was so nice.
I am happy that they are now open on Saturday and I will definitely go back soon.

Started a course almost a year ago still haven't completed the course. the school ignored me and my cousin who was also on the course when we wanted to do our assessments for months, they refused to give us a refund when we asked. i emailed in march they got back to me in July saying we have to do our assessment in December. The manager said she will bring the models but we should bring one and if we need to bring more she will let us know. She failed to bring us two models and this is still an on going issue.
if you want a beauty school go to Revival Academy, they actually take pride in what they do and go the extra mile for their students. There isn't too many students in the class compared to The London School of Beauty & Make-up, its easier to learn there. they genuinely want you to do well and they love what they do.
If i didn't keep emailing The London School of Beauty & Make-up they would have took my money but to be honest i haven't even got my qualification yet still haven't got a refund.
Everything i have stated is Facts and i have the emails to proof this, i emailed before Christmas you haven't got back to me. The Communication has been beyond poor.

I've studied my level 2 at the London School of Beauty and make up about 9 years ago and came back in January to do my level 3. I ABSOLUTELY loved it. I thought it would be hard for me specially because I never practiced anything or worked in those 9 years but my tutor Jane was so lovely, very supportive and very encouraging, she helped me all the way. I did full time level 3 and she was my tutor for all the modules except for anatomy and physiology, she is amazing!! All the staff from the office are very lovely and helpful too. Lauren and Courtney were always there If I needed any information or guidance about school stuff and always had a lovely smile on. Im still in touch with the other girls who I was studying with, We were like a little family. I really enjoyed my time there.. I finished my level 3 last Friday and got a job already in a very prestigious hotel! Thank you so much to everyone who helped me. This college is a little pearl!!!!! ❤

I took the MASA 12 week course from 2nd September to 22nd November and it was undoubtedly the Best days of my LIFE !!! Everyday was different and everyday was a challenge but enjoyed every second of it. I not just learned a lot but my confidence level increased tremendously and I also did things which I never thought I could do. It was all possible because of the wonderful teachers we had, who guided us all way long. Extremely friendly atmosphere and very helpful faculty. Hygiene was of utmost importance. Highly recommended.

I'd give no stars if I could. Avoid at all costs.
This school is a shambles. The teacher was quite possibly drunk. 5 hours of learning (if you can call it that) lost over two days due to her incompetence. Then wanted to teach the 8 week course in 6 due to their error. School don't want to take responsibility and give a refund. They promised me another course in Feb (stupidly didn't record that conversation with Jo Harris) They now deny all knowledge of this. I can not attend a week day course as I'm a single parent and business owner. A student was cut. No H&S. Discriminatory behaviour towards students. Kit was absolutely pants, marked as £140 with roughly £50 of poor quality products. They will ignore your email as long as possible and try and get out of giving you your money back. Go and train with a brand who know what they're talking about, teach you up to date info, not give you booked from 2007. I had a bad gut feeling about this when booking as I knew it wouldn't be top to my usual expectation and standard. I should never have paid them my money. I am a manicurist and know what I'm talking about.

I had a lovely experience and 1 hour facial treatment performed by Christela. She was very kind and informative asking me what I wanted to achieve . I had exfoliation, hot towel treatment to open my pores , then whiteheads removed. Followed by an amazing massage , so relaxing , with the most lovely smelling products . And then a face mask. Wonderful experience , I didn't want to leave . I was advised on hydration and exfoliation and my oily skin . I will be back soon and I have recommended to family and friends .

Indian Head Massage- the student providing the service was sweet but I did not find this treatment beneficial for me as it triggered neck and head pain. The treatment itself I found was not that great as it felt that I was primarily just having oil applied with light pressure even thought I had requested firm pressure. I did appreciate management's prompt response after I expressed concern the following day and I would be keen on revisiting for other treatments. I don't think I would return for a head massage, but I would willing to try other services before making up my mind

This is the most amazing place ever! I have had a number of treatments with the CIBTAC group all of them perfect which cannot be faulted in any way at all. The receptionists are friendly and can't do enough for you. You are made welcome from the moment you walk through the door to the second you leave. All the therapists take time to personalise your treatment, they really care about what they are doing and I always walk out walking on cloud 9. If this was heaven I couldn't be happier! And no, I don't know anyone here and I am not being paid for this review! Can't wait until my next visit! Wonderful relaxing place that I can't recommend more!!!!!

I completed my advanced Diploma in MASA make up and hair in March this year after three months and cannot recommend this school highly enough. It is forward thinking, creative & fun and once qualified very supportive in your journey as you venture out into scary world of being an MUA. Lots of opportunities to apply to be an assistant and they have recently launched masterclasses specialising in areas of make up that maybe you need more time on eg Halloween.
The course offers training in most aspects of make up with highly qualified and inspiring teachers who are also make up artists. I did all three modules and wish there were more I could do!

Completed the CIBTAC, CIDESCO and Spa Diploma at the London School of Beauty with Trisha Causon and Elitsa Toneva, who were both highly knowledgeable in their fields. Trisha is also a CIDESCO examiner and former salon owner so is highly experienced to prepare students for their exams, she dedicates all her time, energy and care to this.
Course was wonderfully international during my time (with students from Sweden, Morocco, Colombia and the United States) and incredibly intensive (one year full-time). Management changed since the start of my course with some staff departures so make sure any qualification, price, pace, class size or curriculum changes are right for you.
