Received my order today from the Black Friday sale and feel a bit disappointed. Paige herself has been showing orders being packaged in specific Black Friday boxes yet mine just came in a flimsy envelope? Not too sure why the same packaging wouldn't be used for all orders when it was purchased during the Black Friday sale itself like many others. The lip liner is a little disappointing too, not really sure why the product packaging itself needs to be so big/long when the amount of product you get is so little? Seems like you're paying more for the plastic than the actual lip liner itself. (Picture attached is the lip liner at full capacity)

This brand is absolutely phenomenal! I treated myself to some pastel bases a few weeks ago and have been using them religiously. Since the Black Friday event began I placed two orders and was stunned with the discounts! An amazing brand giving out opportunities such as freebies and even your money back or vouchers is such a rare find!! Can’t wait for my packages to arrive:)

Had to email customer service a couple of times and got responses from the team within 3 minutes (LITERALLY) both times! and they wasn't just standard replies to say they had received my email - they was an actual reply.

I have never had problems getting what i ordered, packaging is insane, as well as the products.
Last time i ordered, my package got lost, and they were so helpful, contacting royal mail and constantly asking if there were any updates and whatnot. They even offered to resend it and add a gift for the long wait.
But my package is now at royal mail and on its way.
Couldnt be more thankful and appreciative for the help and the kind offer to resend and add a gift. Highly recommend P.Louise.

I cannot say enough good things about P.Louise. First time purchase and I am not only extremely satisfied with my product but also, highly impressed by their customer service. I received my order in a timely manner, however, delivery service misplaced 3/4 of the items in my order. The package was damaged, and the product was gone. I sent out an email to P. Louise letting them know about the situation and with proper documentation, they sent me the items lost by the delivery service. So thankful for a fabulous look and for a trouble free resolution to an extraordinary situation. Love, love, love P.Louise! You have a new faithful client here.

I ordered a lot of products from PLouise's Black Friday sale (which had amazing discounts), and I was told that the eyebrow cup I had ordered was out of stock, I was then offered a couple of alternatives (i.e. different shade, refund).
The order was then shipped very quickly, and on arrival, there were a couple of items missing but there were some freebies inside as Paige had packed this - this honestly made my day as there were a LOT of extra items and they were all amazing, full size products!
I contacted the customer service team and they have sent me out the missing items, they resolved my issues quickly and without hesitation. I would like to thank Alex especially as she resolved my last issue I had with a missing item from my reship, she responded so quickly and I cannot thank her enough for her help!
The customer service in the team is amazing and the company as a whole offers speedy delivery, with high quality, affordable products. I would highly recommend

I have loved P louise products ever since my sister introduced me to them with a Christmas present! The quality of their products is absolutely put of this world! Recently I ordered my sister a birthday present and I tore the box trying to get the invoice out...I emailed the customer service team with my dilema on Saturday and they responded Sunday night... the customer service I recieved was by far the best I have ever had! They were so friendly and helpful and everything was so straight forward. They had me a new replacement box sorted within minutes ???? xx

I received a package today, which was delivered by Royal Mail. The whole box was wet through, damp and covered in mud as whoever delivered it just chucked it over my gate. I contacted Plouise even though it was NO fault of their own, and they resolved the issue immediately and are even gifting me some goodies. I have never known a company so generous and caring about their customers. An absolute dream company. ????

The worse company i have ever ordered from !!!!
Ordered the 30th November and after chasing time and time again the order was delivered the 21st December!!
Not once was I told that the order wouldn't be fully complete I was just sent my order with a note saying we will send it out when its in stock. Called the 22nd and was told the eye brow gel would be sent 24hrs tracked to make sure I got it in time for Christmas
Still nothing chased over and over again!!! And kept getting told 24hrs. Then today chased for the final time for them to tell me it was delivered and to speak to royal mail!!
Soooooo unprofessional and will not be using this company again

I got my package today and they sent me the wrong shade, so I sent them an email about it. Literally a few minutes after they told me what to do and so I did it, and told me they'll send the shade right away. Gave me the tracking number and everything. I discover the brand 6 months ago and did a few orders since, now I cant do without it! The rumor Base is a must have I use it in all my makeup looks it make any shadows pop. I also looove the colored bases and have all of them, I love to use them as blush especially "Cute in Coral" and "Pretty in Pink". I also have all the paints and they are the BEST product for waterline, I neither have such a bright result with any other product and they last all day! I also try brow products which are wonderfull and I have 3 palettes, I already tried Wordlie the colours are really pigmented and amazing! I was surprised they apply so easily as blue and green are usually more difficult to work with.
And I also love how Paige Louise the CEO choose to do with her brand, she doesnt forget where she is from and is always helping people growing their business, showing fans gratefulness, helping the employees by working with them, etc. She really deserve the success of her brand ❤

So thankful for such a caring brand I ordered 3 palettes when it got here I only had 1 palette bag was ripped open and taped back with a stamp saying damaged in handling from postal service contacted plouise and they express shipped me a new palette was here the next day after shipping I’m thankful for a understanding and caring company I plan to do buisness again for that reason... I will state the slip it comes with isn’t good at holding the new package came with it ripped open luckily no missing palettes this time need a different method of keeping the boxes of palettes in maybe box instead of a slip packaging or just purchase one palette at a time

I live in Illinois United States and I ordered my P Louise base on June 3, 2020. It is now June 5, 2020 and I have my package. I already know that the base is good because of the reviews from YouTube. But I was not expecting this fast delivery. I didn’t expedited or rush it. I paid my 10 dollar shipping the regular way and receive it within two days. It’s took me three weeks to receive my products from Mac cosmetics and they are in the United States. This ethos that PLouise has worked so hard to create permeates, through to all her staff. I’ve called a few times to ask a question, and they have always been helpful. Not only that, but today I spoke to Jade about one of my products, who solved my issue straight away and emailed me, after my call to apologise and confirm it was rectified. I'd give 10 stars if I could! I'm blown away by how quickly customer service responds! I had some questions and within minutes they all were answered! My shipment got held up for a few days so Plouise refunded my express shipping charge without me even asking! Although it was no fault of their own!! Their customer service is above any I've dealt with here lately!

So I have had past issues with getting packages delivered to my address/ stolen. Not only did this company take months to give me a response to my complaint but they just told me my $80 order was showing as delivered and that was that. When I ordered from Anastasia and only received half of my order I was instantly sent a replacement order that same day !!!! Just because a package says it was delivered doesn’t mean it was received by the customer !!! I have apartments right next to mine and it could’ve been given to them since my APT office had a log for that day and showed me NOTHING was delivered !!!!

I ordered 8 P.Louise bases in mid April when they had their sale on. I spent over €70 on these products and waited 5 weeks for my order to come. I emailed looking for my order late as I believed there was a delay due to covid-19. A sales agent names Jade replied and said my address must have been wrong that they will resend them all again and they did literally come the next morning but one base the pastel purple one was missing. I emailed letting them know I was not happy I waited over 5 weeks and one base was missing the one I really wanted and I got a reply one week later so this was over 6 weeks now! They said the package goes through three different people so it basically couldnt be missing , I sent photos of my order without the delivery docket and they wouldn't help or believe me. Now it's been almost 2 weeks since and they're ignoring my emails I have sent multiple emails of proof of my order including a bank statement with the amount I spent and I have got nothing back. The service of the entire company is shocking and I will never order from that website again! I have no idea how their company is so successful with the worst customer service. Do not trust this site I know I will not get my base or my money back!

Please listen up, I wish I can rate zero, do not buy from this company they are untrustworthy and their customer service socks. If you live in the US or any other country outside of the UK please be cautious, when buying anything from this company. I am highly disappointed in this company, I spent my hard earned money, since December and I still haven’t received my packages, it’s sad because I was hoping to use the products for an event, But sadly they refused to help me and resolve the issue????????????????

Products are amazing I won’t say anything negative on that side but the customer service section is shocking!! Poor communication and poor management of staff when there’s a new launch! Customer service is the most important thing and here they’re really lacking! Staff need to prioritise better with emails and issues sorted faster, people spend a lot of money at plouise and everyone should get the products they pay for! Regardless of COVID-19 and staffing numbers etc it’s no excuse other big companies are managing fine.

I am a very internet review challenged. But i can tell you i am a sinner, because my 1st 15ml base purchased for the 1st time i used it, i felt it wasn't enough, thats how amazed i was.So i went to plouise page and order the 30ml with the BASE'ic set. And for some reason a week later i check my phone super early, ut was around 5:30 am Pacific time. I saw checked plouise on Instagram and were having a 1 time promotion for the bigger base. I couldn't let BIGGER SINNER oportunity pass. On the Base birthday, i had to get the 330ml. Now i have more than a backup, endless opportunities and no worries to run out. Now I totally understand the so hipped product, its totally a game change on my makeup routine. Haven't been a day without using it. From those nonmakeup day to the day i really put more effort to my makeup. Can't stop using it.. ???????????? totally recommend it. This base It's a must even if you are not a makeup artist.

P.louise eye base is a game changer! It really does live up to the hype, my shadows last a million time’s longer and apply so much better when I use this compared to the revolution conceal and define concealer (and that’s saying something as that concealer is my go to for face makeup). The colours just pop so much more I honestly don’t know how to put it into words what a difference it makes. Also paired with my fav bperfect carnival palette it’s a dream duo!!! I usually don’t leave reviews for products but it’s defo worth it and it’s made a staple place in my makeup routine. And even if your a beginner at makeup don’t feel scared to use products like this they are just as straight forward to use as your favourite foundation or mascara if you need any more tips on how to apply it too p.louise always have great videos on IGTV and there’s a million tutorials on YouTube????

I attended a three day course at the academy and it was life changing!The academy itself is supper luxurious and seriously kitted out !! The way the classes are run is so efficient and professional! The level of skill the artists have working at the academy is insane not only that but they are able to pass on they’re skills and knowledge so well !! Each step is broken down and dissected. I was taught by Elenor, Millie and Shan H. they were so amazing and encouraging! They all made me feel so at ease from the moment I arrived ! But to be honest all the girls were wondering including the lady at the front desk !! I’ll definitely be back !! Couldn’t recommend enough !!!

Plouise has the most INCREDIBLE makeup products... I use them all the time in my makeup looks! The Plouise eye base (shade 2) has become such a staple in my makeup transformations and the eyeshadows are to DIE for! They also train some of the most unbelievably talented Makeup Artists out there and I find so much inspiration from them on social media. I one day want to work with them in the academy because they are that much of an inspiration to me! So yes, this is why they deserve 5 stars!

I placed my order on the 26th May, had a shipping email on the 27th. A week later I had no further update so on the 5th June I emailed the customer service team asking where my order was and when it will be delivered, nothing back from them. Then finally on the tracking by Royal Mail they actually sent it on the 9th June and I’ve received it. Being a first time customer it doesn’t inspire confidence and puts me off buying again. The products I purchased are OK, I’ve done a swatch so will see what the hype is. The packaging I received my order in was already open and creased, which I thought was poor.
