Absolutely shocking customer service, slow delivery. Refuse to help you on social media say contact customer services yet they ignore you on there, read messages and then don’t reply. STAY AWAY. Buy from Jeffree star or james Charles instead shipping will be faster too!!!

i have been wanting to try out their base because every makeup guru has them and their eyeshadow looks are bomb. i ordered the gift set which came with a brush and base because i needed the cute brush from them too. it came on time and i am so excited to try this eye base out and wish i got to try out the pigments. the packaging is stunning by the way!!!

I ordered from Plouise in April , ever seen I have been trying to get contact regarding a missing item to my order which I have not yet received up to this day . I do not normally leave reviews however the customer service and experience was so horrible . I can’t believe this is how they would treat a regular customer . I would never be ordering from plouise again .

This company is not like any others. I have pretty recently have gotten into makeup and quickly realized how different this one is. Paige actually interacts with her fans and supporters. It’s very cool to me able to be noticed by the company and not just feel a buyer. They have beautiful creations and offer so much advice and tips all over. Not to mention Paige’s products are THE BOMB !!!

Most incredible experience training here in January. The staff are so talented and my sister and I were so glad we travelled over to do it, we even messaged Paige to tell her we were going and she made sure to see us on the day. The palette and bases are a must in a makeup artists kit and every time I reorder its such a speedy delivery which is great! Cant thank Paige and all the staff enough! Loved every minute of it :)

The base is one of my MUST HAVE products! Haven’t used anything like it. It makes colours 10x more pigmented and blend 10x easier!!
The palette hasn’t been put down since I got it if I’m honest, the colours are amazing and the shimmers are blinding!
Still need to order the pigments but need to wait till I’m not broke ???? but I highly recommend the bases and palette!

I have completed 2 online courses and subsequently some online tutorials (TRY THEM!), Paige and the girls are motivating, talented and simply wonderful :) They are normal, down to earth girls who offer no judgement just the best advice and guidance sharing all their secrets, tips and personal experiences to give anyone the chance to take on their dreams.....quite literally any age, any sex, any race! It’s like an online family and everyone is really supportive and positive....rare in the make up world! With a “fake it until you make it” attitude I have grown in confidence and started working on some clients with the hopeful long term view of leaving my current job and perusing make up as my only profession. From simple and soft to full blown out glam, all techniques are covered step by step including brushes and products. Nothing is too much (the extra mile is always covered) and she does her best to support all ages and sexes in becoming who they want to be. If you’re contemplating your dreams or you simply want to improve your skill then this is the place for you! If you think you can’t learn online then you are WRONG, my make up game has been changed forever....

This company is so amazing & so different. The prices are almost unbelievably inexpensive for the quality that you get with every single product you receive. Shipping from the UK to San Antonio, Tx did not take long at all considering the distance, so I really appreciated that. Plouise and her products are literally to DIE for us. She is one of the most inspiring artists, she is always giving and deserves so much for what she does. She gives out opportunities no one else does.
Her products cannot be faulted! The palette is a dream, so soft and so pigmented, so easy to blend. There online courses are so helpful and she is forever uploading free content on social media to help us all. The pigments are blinded and the base is PERFECT. It goes on so smoothly, doesn’t crack or go dry/flaky. Customer services is amazing.

I was a model today at the academy & really enjoyed it. I was made to feel so welcome and comfortable by all the staff and makeup artists. Not only do they use the best of products but their own brand palette is amazing, I can’t wait to buy the new one. The PLouise Base is flawless too, like nothing I’ve ever used. I first used the P.Louise eyeshadow palette when I’d borrowed them from a friend, I had to order it immediately! It was delivered super quick and the shadows are really pigmented. The colours work absolutely perfect together and it’s definitely a favourite of mine already.

Ordered the Rumour base and I love it! Best one about. They also sent me a complimentary one as they got broken into and had to wait to re-stock. I told them it was fine they don't have to do it but they still sent me a complimentary one, I love this as it shows they actually care for there customers. I have recently done the 5day Asian bridal course at the new academy. The best experience of my life. Paige and her staff left no stone unturned in making sure i was confident with my work. THE lovely staff made sure the wealth of knowledge I was given from products to teqnique. Highly recommend the courses and I think Paige deserves an award for contribution to the makeup world.
