While their store assistants are very friendly and helpful their repair team is useless. Few weeks ago my note9 was handed in for a camera module repair. Repair was allegedly carried out to highest standards ensuring that handset remained water resistant. Three weeks later went on holidays, took some photos at the pool and phone got water damaged. Upon return to UK I took it back to store complaining about poor repair standards. I was shown some paperwork claiming that repair was carried out correctly and water test was also completed. I was kindly offered in store repair at my expense of £1200. Absolute joke. Took it to Samsung service and filed a complaint. Device was sent away for second opinion. Week later arrived repaired at no extra cost. So thanks to some rubbish engineer I was nearly 4 weeks without my phone. Not recommended

I have been in the store a few times and have found the staff are very helpful. It's always good to go in store and get a feel for a phone or tv. I recently went in to collect my Samsung Galaxy S10 on launch day after pre ordering it. There was a problem with collection on my pre order as stock hadn't arrived but Nikhil sorted it . Sorry for being a bit short with you Nikhil but I was a bit frustrated. Anyway thanks for sorting it. I am really liking the Samsung Galaxy S10 it's a fantastic upgrade ????. Great service I would definately recommend a visit. I have now also received my free Samsung Galaxy Buds after preorder ????.

recently cracked the rear glass cover that covers the camera, camera and phone is working fine. Took it to the shop and they gave a quote of £350 as the girl said they need to replace the working camera the back cover even though that is not broken and the small glass cover. What nonsence. The glass cover is glued on with an adhesive so it's not one part Will not buy another Samsung as they are specialist in replacing working parts.

Awful rude, patronising useless staff. This is not really a Samsung store but simply called "Samsung Experience" who sell Samsung products. They are clueless and will tell you to call Samsung directly to resolve any problems.

My third trip to this shop with a faulty phone, this time to get a refund Today I was ignored until I stepped into the shop when I was stopped and made to wait outside the shop whilst the 2 members of staff continued their conversation. When approached I was informed I would have to wait 15 minutes. I waited, inside(!) and watched members of staff chatting. Finally I find that Samsung are unable to refund because they work through a ''Peter Jones' company. So Samsung Leicester is not Samsung exactly. Beware if you need service for a Samsung phone......not available here....not exactly Samsung. The number they gave me to organise the refund is also wrong. To date I've been passed for one department to another on the phone to the 'real' Samsung for 93 minutes. And all this on top of the inconvenience of a faulty phone : returning calls which have been cut off, faulty blue tooth, faulty speaker, frozen screen, inability to connect to links... Samsung..never again.

What a terrible company this is? Customer service there is none. They never answer the phone so why have a number ?? I drove nearly 2 hours to have a phone screen fitted at the ridiculous cost of £249 not under warranty only to be told we can't do it without a receipt??? Even though I was paying for it ??? Data protection they said so I drove home angry ! I then sent it to Samsung instead via post , guess what no receipt required !! The worst company either ever dealt with .

Came to collect Note 20 Ultra and Galaxy buds. I was really exited but then one of the staff told me i have to claim the buds from the Samsung Member. Other then that it was great. All the staffs were very polite. ????????

Went into the shop today with 3 faulty tablets one with a broken screen which was caused by the fault on the tablet they then took all 3 tablets upstairs to see someone. About 20 mins later they came back down and suddenly all 3 screens was broken and we definitely know that they was not broken then they said you now have no warranty good bye. So basically you have cracked 2 tablet screens so you don't have to fix the defects on the tablets thanks very much

Came into the store to get my Samsung a70 repaired as the screen is not working with no visible damage. Told that I work in a damp place, got told that it's water damaged as the sensors triped under the screen and the repair would cost around the price of the phone. Opened the phone my self just to inspect, no water damage whatsoever just the one sensor tripped others are fine. Finds out just a faulty screen. My patience is too low to make complaints and wait while sending it off for second opinion. Can't wait that long without a phone. Sort out the engineer at this place and train the saff to know more as all the guys look like they don't know anything about the tech. The only professional I've seen there was a girl. At least she looked like she knew what she was doing, everyone else just running around.

Generally a good store and decent friendly staff. The only issue I have staff are too pushy in the 'can I help you?' Phase. The company itself are a franchise and nothing to do with the operations of Samsung. I pre ordered the s20 ultra in Feb took to June to fulfil. They blamed covid. I say they are nothing to do with Samsung as my friend ordered of Samsung site direct and they got it 2 days after release. So if you want to pre order, go Samsung direct and not these people. In the event of another lock down, you will be sorely disappointed.

Brilliant service, gave in my phone for repair due to the screen not responding, they found a few faults with my handset, even though they could not get intouch with me they went ahead and sorted the issue out. Fantastic and recommend them. Always had a Samsung handset and the service is top notch.

Took my Samsung galaxy fold 9 months after buying it in for repair as the screen had failed spoke to a guy who has soon as he found out I had insurance suddenly realised they could make £115 in the excess charge rather than just fixing it as a warranty issue. When I asked him why he then informed me that it was down to it being a cluster of pixels lol. If it had been one pixel it would have been warranty issue but as it was around 18+ it couldn't be fixed as a warranty repair, I asked him if he could show me that particular policy as it was not on Samsungs terms and conditions on the net ? Strange I thought. No he informed me "this was an in store policy". So he then got his S20 out and took a picture of the screen to show me that actually their was a pressure mark on it and I had damaged it?. So we suddenly went from warranty repair to insurance repair to me damaging the phone, but it was OK I was told that if I paid the £115 for the repair I could retrospectively claim it back from Samsung at a later date. Luckily for me the fire alarms went of and the store was evacuated. I rang Samsung the next day and told them my story to which I was informed that I could not have claimed my excess back ever?. And should not have been told this and by accepting the stores finding I would have voided my warranty " Thanks Highcross". Anyways they had it picked up and sent to an official repair centre where the main screen both batteries and the rear camera was replaced under warranty as it was found their was an issue with the entire phone. So thanks Samsung Highcross after having the decency to buy a phone costing nearly 2 grand you wasn't happy when it needed repairing so you thought you'd go for the extra £115. After a period in time where most folk have been off work and money is money you had to go that one step further. I genuinely hope that your store goes bust and looking at other people's comments im not the only one this stunt has been pulled on. But Karma is awesome and it has a tendance to come back and bite you. You have just lost a client and I will go out of my way to ensure none of my family and friends ever use your store as you genuinely cannot be trusted.

Pre-ordered Samsung Fold 2 last week with the collection date of Monday this week. I asked the staff twice to confirm if it will definitely be Monday during the pre-order and they said "yes, you will receive a phone call on Monday to collect your phone". Yesterday was Monday, no phone call. I had to call Samsung three times, the third time they stated that the collection date has been moved to Thursday. At least have some courtesy to call me and provide an update on the status of my pre-order if I'm spending this much on a phone. Avoid purchasing from this store. All they are interested in is making a sale. Next time, I will order directly from Samsung's website. Update: thanks for your response however the store has not been in contact with me directly. It is Thursday and no phone received.

Hi I bought Samsung S20+ with leicester samsung store and there is some fault in phone and i complained but they did't solve it. so guys please don't trust them once they received your money they behaving they don't care. and also manager was so rude. i waste my nearly 3 months to behind this issue. i send my phone with samsung expert with 5 time and they still said there is nothing wrong with the phone. and said you have to use it. just making excuses and end of the day i lose my £999.so guys please be careful in the future with this cheated company Thanks.

I was there for 2 hours for a phone service. On booking they said it will only take half an hour. I was kept waiting for almost half an hour, the bedside manner was coarse for 3/4 of the time. Most Unpleasant service ive had for many years.

The staff are fairly helpful. I never managed to get what i wanted done, however that wasn't any fault of their own. They were trying to sell me phones there when i simply wasn't interested. That was annoying. But otherwise, its a nice place and very welcoming.

Visited today as my phone would not charge, Jai became my saviour. He was able to get some charge into the old phone and transferred all my data and contacts to a new phone. He was patient answering all my questions and explained everything clearly. He is a credit to the store and an excellent ambassador for the brand Samsung. I cannot thank home enough.

Although I give 4 * it deserved less but I like Samsung, Anyway the guy was ok that assisted us however no offer to check any sensor or drop out issues and I left with my £1,200 plus phone still having issues. He suggested I use vivid mode now all my colours are over saturated despite adapting on the advanced setting. Basically my faults are text is randomly magnifying also my phone is adapting brightness but auto brightness and all checks he could see was off. Not happy at all considering the overall cost of this premium product and it is constantly messing with my eyes.

I'm a Samsung and Note 10 user. I love Samsung products but I went in last week to see if I can buy the 45W charger. I asked this young guy for help and he was useless. He didn't want to help and kept fobbing me off. This goes to all big company's. PLEASE stop taking on people that have no passion for tech. It really kills the experience.

I can’t seem to add another review so I’m adding to to my previous review below. I have been visiting the Leicester Samsung Store for a while now and in my experience proves that my initial couple of visits were not just ‘a one off’. All the staff are knowledgeable and helpful but especially Jay (hope name spelling is correct), who takes whatever time you need to discuss and explain what you need to know. I have found this to be true whether you are actually buying or just looking for product information. The manager is extremely helpful too. Well done all, a refreshing change, great job! Thanks to Jay who spent a lot of valuable time with me today going through various phones, their attributes, taking time to explaine everything in the time I needed. Great service and excellent knowledge. Many thanks for everything. I'm now looking g forward to enjoying my purchases.

Went in store knowing what I wanted to get, I was amazed that they couldn't get a Galaxy s6 tab pen for 10 days. I had ,had a previous bad experience with staff being totally disinterested in me as a customer, don't know if it was an age thing. Check their product problems with item before buying pen broke, unable to get support to replace makes the item useless and slow.

I talked with a seller and another one come there and without saying hello, or wait while I finish what I told, he start to talk to me. When I said to him I talked nice and this was rude, he told me he is the manager. I am so disappointed if Samsung think the manager can do anything. He was not helpful at all, he just want to push out from the store. The store was empty, only we was in the store, so I don't understand why he did this. Only the manager was rude, the seller was helpful, he answered all my questions after the manager went away.
