Bob was extremely helpful and a huge asset to Currys! Just popped into store as we were struggling to find a cartridge for our printer anywhere.. but Bob saved the day - he was extremely knowledgeable and managed to find us the last cartridge in the store! Did click and collect and the process was very quick and easy to use. The 'I'm here' button is a great idea and took no time at all for them to bring the item out. Was a very safe process with no need to be within 2m of the employee.

We had been looking online to upgrade our TV for months.Finally one appealed to us,but it wasn't easy to put the gift card through that we had. So,we decided to visit the store in Fosse Park,Leicester. Not only were we given the chance to buy the TV we saw online,we also had our gift card accepted and free delivery included too ! The deal was sealed after closing time,but we were never pressured to leave at all.

I had faulty keyboard that needed replacing as it was an essential part of my daily tasks. I have met a chap called Alan in between the door, who served me. The main store was closed due to Covid. I couldn't have asked for a nicer guy to serve me. Genuinely nice and extremely helpful. Superb customer service. Thanks Alan!

I usually do not write any complaints and I am a very patient person. However, recent experience in this store in Fosse Park (Leicester), did not leave a nice impression. I really do hope that this somehow will reach store manager to sort out or at least improve "face" of the shop. 1. I have been in that shop twice (during last weekend) and today (11/12/2020). Both times in the laptop section there was sitting a young girl, which is clearly someone's from the employee's daughter or sister. Sitting by the exposition laptop and using it for her own purposes. I do not know policy of your company, but I really doubt this acceptable. I do not think it is good for shop to have staff and their friends (family members) hanging out in the place, where you try to sell products. 2. Gaming section was dirty in general. Especially in this time, you could clearly see fingerprints on the surfaces. I think products should be cleaned more often as they are now. 3. Staff lacks representative looks. Guys in shop are wearing too baggy pants (you can see their underwear even). 4. Staff is lacking technical knowledge. I can read labels of the product myself. But if I need technical advice, staff is unable to help more than it is written on your website about the products. 5. You can see that many employees are on their tablets for the personal use. If they are allowed to do that, this shouldn't be done publicly where shoppers are browsing. 6. Can someone please sort out cables under the work stations in this shop? Store, in which you are selling technology, hanging and twisted cables just look too wrong. Positive note - good range of products, a lot of parking space...

We had a great buy with our new TV. Getting it tomorrow Wednesday 14th. Looking forward to seeing it. The young man called Aaron was very helpful & friendly. Very understanding & we got a great deal with our 5 year insurance. Would definitely recommend going to currys fosse park 1st class & we shall be back again soon. It's like toys r us for adults! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, not to pushy, they know when to leave you alone when your just browsing. We were looking for a Bluetooth speaker, the guy who served us told us about a better one (which was cheaper) ????

I bought a Nintendo Switch controller set from Leicester Fosse Park store. There are no controllers in the box. Your staff are thieves. This only ever happens at that store. It didn’t even come in an envelope on the click and collect. Obviously been tampered with. I didn’t check as my kid was with me and didn’t check until Xmas day. They need to monitor all staff including management. No one can be trusted. Cannot even report till after Xmas and no doubt they will deny everything. Frauds!

Click and collect service used, arrived at the stores carpark and pulled in to a click and collect bay of my choice. Followed the instructions that are listed at the side of each bay which ultimately tells you which number in the queue you are (nice feature to stop you guessing), luckily I was the only one there at that moment. A little bit longer of a wait than I was expecting before a staff member appeared with my item, overall not a bad experience at all.

After an awful experience with the online service, I visited the Fosse Park store and by coincidence the person who greeted us was who I believe to be the manager. I explained the issues that my mother and I had both encountered trying to purchase a Surface Pro 7 for my son and without hesitation he was happy to make good. He asked his colleague to put the sale through at a discounted rate and she also gave us further discount as the tablet would need to posted from Leicester to London. I wish I hadn't spent so much time trying to resolve this over the phone and had visited the branch earlier. Both people I dealt with were brilliant.

Not the stores fault but St George's retail park is a nightmare. Way to busy and few wearing masks. I only did a click and collect and never left the car. Currys staff were following the rules but very few others.

Very bad.I buy a coffee mashine is broken in guarantee and I must wait 1 month to fix it.Don't recomand it.I also buy a new fridge for 500 (new) I pay for deliver next day but they don't want to bring it in the house .For that money they should bring it in to the house.

Collection and delivery to your boot is so fast. The staff very helpful and kind. Guy helped bring TV to the car is very polite. Just I couldn't see marker collection bays or the collection point in store is not marked clearly.

Quick efficient service when taking your money for appliances. Any problems with goods purchased thereafter are dealt with appallingly in store. contradictory statements given by staff and manager until you make your knowledge of statutory consumer rights very clear. An Excellent curry's, spacious and covid safe, staff are friendly and don't croud you but there are plenty if you need help. An amazing choice of products that you wouldn't know about if you shop online !, who would know that the sell cordless irons!! Exactly like a kettle but in a iron!! Love this store here

I came in earlier on as my mum wanted a new hoover and as she struggles with mobility issues and can't do lifts, we asked someone for assistance. With no trouble at all this young woman helped us out by bringing a couple of the Shark hoovers down from the mezzanine for mum to try out. We managed to find an ideal one in the end, and we found the assistance spot on, couldn't fault them one bit. We even managed to set up an account for paying after so many months which would really help my credit rating so I'm grateful for that. Would highly recommend the store.

Had a few weeks of problems trying to use a one for all card. Which they swiped and mysteriously the money vanished was going to put back in a couple of days they said. Eventually we gave up and settled for goods instead of our money back as we couldn't stand anymore annoying broken promises. we popped in Argos used the one for all card that had been given to my other daughter no problem and a shiny new laptop was purchased.

Had lots of help from a lovely lady named Jess when looking for a washing machine and fridge freezer. She was very polite and helpful, she also sorted us with some discount after we had spent well over an hour searching for items then realising they where out of stock when going to purchase. We ended up purchasing some lovely products but if it wasn’t for Jess we would have left empty handed. Excellent customer service even in trying times when people would much rather be at home with family.

Currys PC Know Nothing. There 7 day repair, which they still claim on there website, has been extended. We reported our washing machine breakdown 1/8/20. Were told, originally, no engineer visits as in Leicester. Engineer did visit, but had to order parts. After many phone calls, finally wrote off our 2year old Samsung 4/9/20, Then had to chase for egiftcard to buy replacement; arrived 11/9/20. Buyer beware!

We are still in lockdown. I ordered a small radio and went to collect today. This system for collections is poor, by any standards. Wait outside to be informed by the email, that my car number was invalid ? Then, after some investigation, that the item I came to collect and paid for, was not in stock. Come on Currys, get you act together, if that's possible !

Very large well stocked site. Covid restrictions are in place but generally the site is so large there are few issues. From white goods for the home to telescopes, laptops, televisions, printers and desktops and more. Always staff on hand to assist.
