Had a great experience here. Came to pick up Air Tags and was served by Jay. He efficiently gave us what we came for and then continued to answer our questions on other products we were interested in. Also offered his own thoughts. Great service. Not pushy at all. Would recommend this store, our expectations were completely exceeded.

I needed to buy 2 charger plugs. The staff were very helpful. At the moment you need to make an appointment before to go into the queue or one of the staff will ask you questions as to why you are there and what it is that you need if you just turn up. You can't go into the shop. The staff bring the item to you upon request.

Absolutely appaulling customer service. Booked an appoinment but was still kept wating 10 minutes past the time the 15 minute appointment ended. Saw an advisor who knew nothing about the different types of iPhone and was intent on up selling the version he owned himself rather than explaining differences between the different models and which would be best for me. He kept checking his watch as though he was waiting for train to arrive any moment. Went back a day or two later to buy two phones, forgot to make an appointemnt and was told I wasn't allowed in but if I wait a bit I might be able to see someone. Waited an HOUR and then told no appointments would be available and to come back tomorrow. I could see no less than 5 members of staff standing around chatting to each other for the vast majority of the time I was waiting. They served no customers. After pointing this out I was still told they were "busy" and to come back later. Avoid like the plague, can't imagine how much of a nightmare it'll be dealing with them if you have a problem with a product if I struggled this much to even spend money there.

Absolutely disappointed with the service, went in to have a bad customer experience not once but twice. Customer service online and in store have completely different return policies and neither are aware. Misleading information and utter waste of time. Leicester Highcross attendants have a poor regard to customer "SERVICE". Having a busy day is acceptable not being attended to quickly, but having absolutely no much customers, I could not even have the conversation I intended, to resolve my matter as I felt I was rushed.

Since the covid lockdown I’ve been ordering on line, brilliant service and very efficient. The only down fall was I ordered a Iphone 11 and when I received my order and opened it I noticed the item doesn’t come with a plug wasn’t actually stated on there web page, the phone wasn’t cheap and Apple should state this for customers.

Very helpful in getting my iMac repaired using Genius Bar. The repair itself took less than a week and the staff there are A+ in helping you. This is sort of aftercare is exactly how apple has secured me as a repeat buyer. After trying samsung for the last 3 years I cannot wait for my next iPhone as I have seen that apple’s customer service is superior.

Comfortably the worst customer experience I've ever had. Took mac for repair, they said they were going to do one thing, did a different thing and never informed me of that leaving me to believe they'd done as they said initially. What they did didn't solve the problem so they tried what they said they were going to do which didn't fix the problem again. Had to fight to be seen at short notice at the genius bar as I was really fed up with things. Still waiting to see if they can resolve the problem but been without a laptop for 2 weeks which has cost me significantly. At least its under warranty, I feel for people that have to pay to get this service. Also don't bother trying to get through on the phone. I tried phoning them. I tried phoning them 43 times in a 10 day period and only got through once. Or to put it another way I spent over 2 and a half hours dialling to speak to them on the phone for less that 2 minutes. Absolute joke they even bother to have a phone line and leave a voicemail telling you to ring them back.

I visited last week because the touch screen on my iPhone had a fault. I was approached by a member of staff who was friendly and professional, and pointed towards Prit who booked me in for an appointment within an hour. Coming back for my appointment, I was seen by Pedro I think? He was also professional and friendly. He explained my problem in more detail, guided me through the diagnostics he was performing, and booked me in for a repair there and then. My screen was replaced and I was on my way within 2 hours of entering the shop that day. Great service. Very friendly, and professional. Would definitely recommend for repairs, or even just a chat about products. Very knowledgable team. Thanks guys!

Went to see an ipad as wanted to buy one and had some queries. Your staff who was an asian woman was rude and judgemental!! Did not provide customer service at all. Emailed apple, no complaint procedure available. This experience was before lockdown. Around november 2019

This store is always busy and I have visited twice now to ask them to repair my iPhone but was unable to get anyone to speak to - always booked up with online ‘appointments’ - thought that was just for doctors! Apparently Apple can do no wrong, but don’t expect immediate help at this store...

Typical apple store, as usual it's always a pleasure to visit an apple store to test their devices and play with everything. It is a bit crowded due to the small area but it's interesting. The only thing not interesting about it is the customer service
