I had been waiting for the store to re open and when it finally opened i wished i had not gone there the staff have no clue walking around with i pads and i waited to be acknowledged. I found some chap i needed help with the hoover he told me he didn't know anything about them i could see he was struggling he looking for information on i pad then i asked him if there was anyone who knows more he went of didn't come back. So I approached another chap to ask for manager a lady came as i am explaining to her she rudely kept on taking over me. She told me that they have expert on each department so she found a guy nearest to her told him to help me this chap even struggled to demonstrate and then i realised he was no expert. I suggest you shut the store down and sack all of them including the so call acting Manger you will save money on bills. Cost of Staff and Management. They demonstrate same as what i can do on my laptop in fact i could get more information on there. I went in the store so i could see what exactly i was purchasing, this is what the world is coming to no wonder business are struggling. LAZY AND IDLE DON'T DESERVE ONE STAR ST GEORGE RETAIL PARK STORE.

Very helpful staff in this store, Although tv was purchased last year. I was very happy with the service provided in store. Staff were very knowledgeable which helps in me making the right decision for what I require. I am very happy with my samsung curved tv. I was a bit skeptical on how a curved tv looks but its not actually fully curved which is good enough for me. You can still easily view it from every angle! Thanks

I brought the wrong size of pressure king pro cooker today from this store and try to exchange the large size. The unfriendly Manager Imran refused to exchange and told his staff not even make a refund to me cause the box was resealed . What a terrible experience ! Never been such bad experience in my life UK always protect consumers and why let this immoral seller to abuse customers? Poor service! Never recommend to any buyers!

Tried to return a product brought same day from another store got served by a nice chap but then someone called Imran refused a refund because the seal was cut and he didnt want to budge even though we were misadvised on it. If he was nice it would have been ok but the fact he was so rude to me this situation was enough for me to avoid currys forever now and just shop on amazon who have a better returns policy! Shame i cannot give this store zero stars for Imrans rude attitude!

He should be taken off his job. I would never recommend family and friends. Warehouse team send me the wrong item and don’t want to accept the fault. So annoying I would never buy any item. The store should be close.

If you want to spend a lot of money on some high quality head phones, wireless in particular, it's important in my opinion to have the opportunity to try them out first. This is almost impossible at Currys. The staff no next to nothing about them, or anything else for that matter. Happy to spend over £300 for a good pair, but not without listening first. Whether it's because the wireless ones aren't charged or what, it's not good enough. Even their prices are all over the place. Display models show different prices to the ones in a box on a different shelf. Labels don't always relate to the item it's attached to. Flipping useless store.

Organised click and collect, pop your boot open and they drop your order in and close the boot. The arrival notification system is a bit unnecessarily long winded, after all they sent you the confirmation email in the first place but it obviously works as a data farm for them.

Absolutely disgraceful service from the manager (Sharfaa) and team. No refund offered for faulty product fully boxed with receipt. Instead we were rudely told to take up the issue with the manufacturer. Do NOT believe the claims on the website that Currys are there to help the customer. Disgusting, scummy group of thieves. AVOID.

Don't even bother trying to buy from these thieves... Payed over £300 for a switch last week for it to be delivered to store last Saturday. Still haven't received notice of it being delivered to store. Call customer service to be kept on hold for over an hour and then they say they can't find the order... Well my email and bank statement says I made the order. Just been on the phone to you again for over an hour to be put on hold while you call the store then 15 minutes later you put the phone Down. Absolute thieves.

My first visit to this store and it was a pleasure much better than I anticipated, having just visited the other store in Leicester which was a very different experience. The welcoming and friendliness of the staff was excellent and having entered the store i was very pleased with the cleanliness and the size of the place and the overall experience was great, we myself and my wife are looking forward to returning to this place in the future. ????????????????????????????????????????????????

Disgraceful. Pathetic repair service. Absolutely shambolic. I recieved a text to say my laptop is ready for collection. I spent 35mins in traffic and 40 mins in the queue for the 'know how' team only to be told my laptop hasn't arrived and they don't know why I was sent a text. Do not buy for currys pc world, the aftersales is shocking. I have left my house and put myself in a vulnerable position suseptable to exposure to the virus for absolutely no reason. Further more no apologies. I was told to ring the number what takes over 50mins to connect to, to file a complaint. Non acceptable customer services

Great staff and helpful.
I brought a ex display laptop. They spent 4 hours trying to see what is taking up space so they could do a factory reset. I decided I would sort it myself as 4 hours was a bit too long. Upon exmaining myself, I discovered over 40gb on screen capture videos. About 8gb of stacked windows updates. I did in 20 minutes they spent 4 hours doing.
Still great service and helpful staff, support them to keep their jobs.

My parents ordered a BOSCH washing machine online from Currys and paid extra for next day delivery. It was delivered damaged with an incorrectly fitted / damaged in transit back plate. They called Currys within an hour of delivery for replacement and after holding on the phone for over half an hour were told they (my parents) would have to contact BOSCH first to get it replaced. When reminded of their obligations under consumer rights Curry's still refused to act without contact to BOSCH. Useless customer service suggested it may take 2 - 3 weeks for complaints to be responded to. I have told them they have until tomorrow afternoon In addition no supervisor could be spoken to as she was working from home. Probably put over £1000 through their tills over the last year, won't give them a penny now. If your a customer who wants what they paid for go anywhere other than Currys especially if your a pensioner who wants to exercise their consumer rights.
