I’ve been waiting 2 months for my order, I don’t live far away, I’m in Ireland. I reached out and they said they would resend again, that was a month ago. I can’t do an actual review on the product since I never received it. I never got a tracking number. I couldn’t log back into their website to track there. I only have the order number because I saved the email. After paying £10 for shipping alone it’s ridiculous how bad their customer service is.

Ive purchased many things from P Louise however their company is worth mentioning, Paige Louise and her team honestly care about their customers, its more about money and profit, as soon as I contacted them about my order issue they responded asap, where friendly and understanding, where extremely apologetic and where in constant contact with myself to make sure I was updated. I am not anyone of value in the eyes of the media and beauty industry but P. Louise team treated me as if I was, and that customer service in conjunction with the amazing quality and beauty of their products just go to show the amazingness of their work ethic and passion for makeup that the p Louise team value. I don’t even know where to start! Plouise is just another level. They’re products are just my fav, obsessed with the Base of course, the coloured Bases, the two palettes, pigments, They’re packaging just makes me so bloody happy I never want to get rid of the boxes! I just can’t get enough of Plouise products at the moment! They are ahead of there game and I’ve never been let down by any of there products:from me seeing/wanting them on instagram to ordering them to them getting shipped I’ve never had a problem. I’d 110% recommend any of there products to anyone (there even better in real life than they are on the pictures.)

Just had second order of base. 1st shade in rumour which I love to carve out my brows with and just purchased shade 1 for cutting the crease which I also love. The formula is so thick and creamy and a little goes a long way! Arrived 2 days after purchasing also!

Paige and all her ladies are equally as talented and their attention to detail is amazing . They're willing to teach you anything. I've done all of the live online courses and learned so much despite already being a fully qualified makeup artist, her techniques are different to any other I've come across so it was mostly all brand new to me. Not many artists would be able to do a makeup live and get everything absolutely perfect time and time again but they do.

I’ve never received a shipping confirmation and I ordered December 3rd 2018. I have emailed them several times and still no response! I think there reviews are paid because to me this is the worst experience I’ve had! I have asked for a refund and no one has contacted me back. Please send my purchase or just simply refund my money! Thank you. And I will never order from them in the future!

My experience is very different. I am in the U.S. I gave 2 stars because they do have nice products however it took 2 months to receive my items. I had to put UK calling on my service so I could contact the academy as I was not getting a response by email. I only received my items after calling week after week to remind them to send it smh. I also took half of the Pro 20 course. The instructor talked about her personal life and family majority of the time. The sessions were often blurry, camera died, uploads took forever. They mainly use p louise products and a tiny selection of diverse client. Most clients were the same face and it was disappointing because obviously that isn't real life. Everyone is made up to look darker than they really are. No natural faces were completed. Everything was extreme and nothing someone could wear on a day to day. Positivity was promoted heavily making the students think they could not provide objection. When students were tired of the wasted time they finally voiced their honest opinions of the course and was kicked off. When all this happened, P. Louise took to her instagram to slash the students and show that she is just purchasing designer from everyone's money. She also had an issue with racial slurs that she posted about. I do not know the full story. The is ran very unprofessional which is saddening because every great company needs great customer service and professionalism. I hope they get it right soon.

Went there to be a model for a student to give her a favour and I even don't know her just seen post online on facebook. Everybody looked at me as I am an alien as am an asian lady.
Roughly talked to me. When everything was done she barely said thank's to me and left. When I wanted to remove the makeup as was horrible and had to go work after I asked for the toilet and a fat white lady was laughing at me with a funny face. I just left and never came back. Bought some wipes at the shop and cleaned my face in the car. Sooo rude people when u doing something for them for free. Will never do a favour to any human

I am in LOVE with the eye base. I have tried other eyebases like the one from ABH and Makeup Revolution but they are just not as good! The base is sticky without being too sticky and thats what I love about it. I recently ordered the Secret Sinner palette and bundle of pigments and I cannot WAIT to try them!

Worth travelling hours for, the teaching is second to none and the attention to detail and pride that goes into the makeup is worth the price 10 times over. Paige and her team are some of the most talented makeup artists in the entire of the U.K., obviously when they come out with their own line of products you know that they’ll know exactly what they’re doing but they’ve completely outdone my expectations! I have literally every product that has been released so far - the palette is stunning, super pigmented, minimal fall out and the colours are to die for. Because of the range you can go for something super bright and bold or something really natural so it’s such a great palette to have! The pigments are absolutely beautiful and so sparkly, and I’ve never had a product do as well as the rumour Base does, I use it for everything from carving my brows, brightening my undereyes, using as a shadow base and even using as a concealer under foundation every now and again. The consistency makes it great for getting precise lines so it is also the best product I could recommend for cutting the crease too!
Plouise also offer online training for those who can’t make it to the academy which is great for people like me who want to learn but can’t get the time off work. They really go into depth and take their time explaining so you know 100% what you’re doing, this is more than just a video tutorial and so worth the money!
All in all 10000% recommend! Xx

I ordered ‘BASE’IC BRIGHTS and the ‘BASE’IC WINTER EDITION, and let’s just say that if you’re thinking about it. JUST DO IT!!!! These products are beyond and unlike anything I’ve seen or played with. I ordered my products January 18, 2019 I never received a confirmation on my order or a sent confirmation at all. then almost month later they responded with a tracking number but not with who the shipped it with, so I couldn’t track it and then I wrote a few more emails to them asking them what’s going on I cannot track my shipment and then the took a few more weeks to respond and they sent me a emailing with a shipping number and who they shipped it with ......so when I tracked it the barely shipped it a month after my order so they lied about the shipment the first time...and then not only did I have to wait a long time but they shipped it incomplete! I sent an email February 19,2019 when I received my product and told them the shipment was incomplete .... I sent countless emails and it’s about to be March and no response so I sent one last email on feb 27, 2019 to ask them the same question about my missing product if they are going to send it or what’s going on if not I was going to file fraud with my card to recover the remaining balance smh this is a horrible way to run a business and the worse ever customer service I ordered stuff from China and go my product and a response faster this this company I will never ever again order from this company .. don’t believe they will last long anyways since they are stealing from their customers going on 2 months and no response no product!

I had the worst experience ever with this company, in my eyes they are an absolute joke. I ordered two things from this company on Black Friday and 2 months went by and I didn’t receive a tracking number or my package. I then began emailing them and it took forever to hear back, when I finally did hear back they said they would resend my package, I waited ANOTHER month and when my package arrived only half of it was there. I instantly emailed them telling them they forgot half my package and they said they would resend it, another month and a half went by and I never got it, I obviously asked for a refund. I can’t believe the unprofessionalism, they clearly don’t care about their customers. I can’t believe this company is supported by so many people. I don’t care how good their products are (they aren’t anything spectacular) I would never ever give this ridiculous company my money again.

This makeup academy is not like any others. I have always been passionate about makeup and self taught through YouTube. I did a course at an academy in Leeds and it’s not anywhere near as good as the work you seem from plouise. I quickly realized how different this one is. Paige actually interacts with her fans and supporters. It’s good for us to be able to be noticed by the company and not just feel like a buyer or a customer. They have beautiful creations and offer so much advice and tips all over. Not to mention Paige’s products are insane !!!
I’m a very big fan of plouise, the academy and her products and will always be.
