Dr Cotrufo is an excellent surgeon. Before and after care was and has been excellent. Right from the very beginning he completely put me at ease and I am very pleased with the results. One of those few doctors who goes above and beyond for his patients.

Firstly I would like to thank Dr Cotrufo and his wonderful team for providing such an amazing experience again. Originally, I done a lot of background research into Dr Cotrufo along with a few face to face consultations before I made a decision to go through with my tummy tuck, liposuction and fat transfer / bbl (I done it in two stages). I have not one single regret or complain, since the very first time I met him, I knew he was the surgeon for me. My journey from preparing myself to having the procedure and all the aftercare has been top class, very professional and I have felt at easy the whole way through. Although I am still currently in recovery the results are absolutely amazing, I feel like a new woman. I highly recommend Dr Cotrufo and his team they provide an amazing life changing service. I had a Vaser Liposuction with Dr Cotrufo, and let me start by saying I couldn’t have picked a better surgeon. I initially thought of traveling to get this procedure done but after several consultations I knew Dr C was the best choice for me. I had a surgery when I was young and the scar tissue from that was all over the place which is why no matter how much weight I’d lose or how Fit I’d get I’d never get the flat stomach I wanted but a oddly shaped belly instead. He took into consideration previous scars and deformities and also pointed out any red flags so I could make a well informed decision. On the day of the surgery I was extremely anxious but Dr C really felt like a safety blanket, hey thoroughly explained what was going to happen before and after the surgery. I was sent home the same day but Dr C has contacted me to check up on my recovery almost everyday.. it is really reassuring because this isn’t something I could’ve done had I travelled. It’s only day 11 to my surgery but I’m already really happy with the results. So I want to Say Thank You so much Dr Cotrufo for everything! Including tolerating my repetitive questions.

Honestly there’s not enough good things I can say about Dr Cotrufo and the way he works. I’d highly reccomend PRP and mesotherapy if you’re having any type of hair loss or want to thicken your hair. It’s made such a huge change and I cannot recommend him enough! (Raeesa)

Dr Cotrufo saved my thinning hair. I suffered of severe thinning a year ago and I decided to book a consultation with Dr Cotrufo. He has been always clear, honest and encouraging since the beginning. He didn't try to sell me shampoos/vitamins or lotions, as other doctors I saw in past did (a waste of money with no visible improvement). After a cycle of PRP and mesotherapy, my hair dramatically improved and now I don't have to use any products to cover the worst affected areas and I feel more confident. Had a BBL to correct my square shape and hips dips. I can honestly say I've never been happier with my new shape and sometimes I stare at myself in disbelief. My results are incredibly natural and you'd think I was just genetically blessed shape wise. Patient after care is superb, hospital staff were lovely and his assistant responds back and answers queries incredibly quickly. Cannot recommend him enough and I'll be back next year for other procedures.

After months of researching who and where to get my bbl surgery I chose Dr Cotrufo and I am so glad I did, from the first email I sent to now being 6 weeks post op I can't praise him and his working professional team enough. After years of been unhappy with my weight and shape Dr Cotrufo has gave me my confidence back by giving me Vaser Liposuction and fat transfer to the buttocks to give me my desired look. Not only myself but my husband got Lipo and we both can't thank and recommend him enough :)

I had Vaser Lipo and BBL procedure with Dr Cotrufo. My hips were dipping and from behind I looked square. I can honestly say this surgeon is exceptional. He made me feel so comfortable and understood my concerns from our very first consultation. I cannot believe how I look just a few weeks on since surgery, so natural. The hospital facility is wonderful, the staff there are lovely, and his PA is superb and always on hand. My case was also special because it required some unexpected management by Dr Cotrufo during surgery. I had not ceased to take some vitamins in the weeks leading up, and this is not advised. Therefore, it meant I bled during surgery which he had to manage along with delivering the result. It was a challenge he was not expecting and yet my result has exceeded my expectations, I feel fantastic. Above all Dr Cotrufo is a sculptor!

I approached Dr. Cotrufo for female hair loss, as I couldn't find any all-natural alternative to hair transplants. He approached my case by providing me with all options - but suggested trying PRP & mesotherapy treatments. The results were incredible! I did not need surgery and progressed through all of the treatments (albeit slightly painful). My hair had doubled in thickness and the patchiness was gone. He did miracles for me when I didn't think there were alternative solutions. Highly recommend him and his lovely assistant.

I wanted to do BBL surgery for a long time and was in between of surgeons in London. However, I decided to go along with Dr. Cotrufo as when I went to the consultation he made me feel very much at ease and he is truly an artist not just a surgeon, a true artist! He delivered exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be more happier! His staff was great too, everyone was very helpful not to mention his assistant who was with me in every single step of the way and whatever questions I had she made me feel comfortable! Do not go for hair loss treatments - he was convoluted, didn't really explain things clearly and charged and awful lot. He wants to sell very expensive packages that i know for a fact don't give optimal results. Like PRP and mesotherapy - they need to go hand in hand with medical treatment, if not you are just wasting your money. There are far better and cheaper options in the market for hair loss products that he discarded without providing any real scientific facts or studies - just opinions. I've seen my fair share of hair doctors around the world, was very disappointed by the information he gave me and how he wanted to sell without considering other far better but less expensive options available. He wanted to charge 150 to write a prescription when another dr gave us the information for free. Would not recommend.

I met Stefano Cotrufo after researching his work I knew he would be the perfect surgeon for my long awaited breast lift. Dr Cortrufo is warm and inviting while being completely honest and genuine. He was clear with his surgical plan and ensuring my understanding of it, follow ups were always allocated with clear lines of communication and correspondence. Dr Cortrufo excels with his surgical experience but also on patient aftercare- ensuring that things are going smoothly. Because of my dark skin it was very important for Dr Cortrufo and I that my scars healed as smoothly as possible and his attention to this is unwarranted. I trusted Dr Cotrufo as soon as I had the first consultation we talked about what could be done and we agreed to do it step by step and we proceeded to my Vaser liposuction / arms lift surgery. I met with Dr Cotrufo months prior to going through with a tummy tuck, vaser liposuction and fat transfer. From my very first consultation i was made to feel at ease and we discussed realistic goals for myself and what I expected as an end result. Through out my whole experience his lovely PA Wiesje was there every step of the way, answering any questions and supporting me through my whole journey. 18 days post surgery I feel really well in myself and my scar is healing really nice with minimal swelling. Im extremely pleased with the whole experience, after care in the hospital was great I was surprising pain free after my procedure. My experience has been life changing even though I have not fully healed yet I have seen my body transform dramatically, I highly recommend Dr Cotrufo and i will be going back to him in the near future.

I met Dr Cotrufo in November for consultation as I wanted to have Bbl procedure done , as I have quite a few ongoing health issues Dr Cotrufo suggested to have the surgery in two stages and also I was a heavy smoker and he advised me unless I give up smoking he would not proceed with the surgery and also I have heart condition. Dr Cotrufo is the most caring, skilful and amazing Doctor I have ever had the privilege to meet. I’d like to thank him and his team for helping me get the body I’ve always wanted. What I love the most about Dr Cotrufo Is making me feel confident in myself again. I am a mother with 3 children, all deliveries with Caesarian sections. My confidence level went from 50% to 0% after finding out that my ex husband had been cheating on me, and began finding solace in Jung food and chocolate. He left us after living like lodgers in the same home for about 4 years, and then suddenly gained the awareness to start working on my body and health. I moved houses with my 3 angels and got myself on high protein low starch diet, and really struggled to loose the weight, but I did It...moved from UK size 18 to a 14. Dr Cotrufo really made me understand everything to do with Rhinoplasty from the 1st consultation. I chose him based on past reviews as well as seeing his previous work at the office, but most of all I felt conformtable with him to take care of what I wanted to change on my nose. He is very realistic on what could be achieved and explaining why. I didnt want a designer nose, but a natural one that would suit my face. I am very pleased with the results.

I just had my 1 week post op brazilan butt lift consultation with Dr Cotrufo and I’m extremely happy. I began my consultations with him last year and after seeing several surgeons in the USA; NYC and Miami (one in particular that he had recommended) I decided to come back to him for two reasons; one that he had already performed surgery on 4 of my friends with amazing results and was pleased to see his aftercare was excellent which is truly important to me. Secondly I felt in the 3 consultations I had, he was always consistent and thorough and never rushed through them even if it meant he ran over time. He really wants to deliver what YOU want and not what he wants but still gives you his realistic professional opinion. I was very particular about what I wanted since I had researched for so long and I’m pleased I made the decision to do my surgery with him. I have minimal bruising, minimal and invisible scars which I was afraid I would have a lot of. Its always important to him his patients are under little trauma as possible whilst achieving the desired result and for that he’s a top surgeon in London in my opinion. I’m even considering doing my breast revision with him next year. He has a kind patient manner and put me at ease on my surgery day with his big smile and reassuring me always. I had my Breast Implant Revision Surgery done with Dr Cotrufo and I could not be happier with my outcome! Dr Cotrufo did an amazing job; from my first consultation in Harley Street, I felt extremely comfortable with him. Dr Cotrufo is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, very calm and has a lot of patience. My first breast augmentation surgery was about 5 years ago and I wasn’t happy with the shape of the breast implants anymore. After my first consultation, I knew straight away that I could not find a better plastic surgeon for my procedure then Dr Cotrufo. I would also like to mention that the aftercare was amazing. Dr Cotrufo spend a lot of time and attention on picking the right breast implants for me, which is a very precise job. I asked for a fuller but natural looking result, and this is exactly the aesthetic outcome that I have. I could have not asked for more! Really amazing. I met Dr Cotrufo through a recommendation from a friend. I had several previous experiences with other plastic surgeons in different countries and I was impressed with the level of knowledge and understanding this doctor showed me since our first meeting. As a top model, my image is simply essential and when I was unhappy with previous outcomes, Dr Cotrufo had only very realistic and safe solutions to suggest. I am very grateful for his service and would trust him completely with any body contouring procedure, including breast surgery, VASER liposuction and buttock augmentation. This surgeon is the worse surgeon I’ve ever had to deal with. It is quite strange that someone with so many good reviews have such poor practice- I can only think that those good reviews are paid for /or fake reviews. I will upload my pictures of before and after on another website, but I just thought to write a quick review to help others when deciding regarding a surgery that should enhance their looks and not leave them disfigured. Please don’t let this surgeon lay his unskilled hands on you. I gave him one star because google didn't let me post my review without it otherwise, no stars would be given. Dr Cortrufo was lovely from day one and I had no issues, he was very reassuring and explained everything that I was concerned about clearly. I was always at ease and had nothing to worry about. It’s been 4 weeks after my bbl surgery and I can already see good results!

I have been seeing Stefano for nearly 10 years now, within that time has performed various surgeries and treatments for me. I had lip fillers with Dr Cotrufo to try and correct asymmetry in my lips from being born with a cleft lip and palette. He was really friendly and patient and talked through everything with me and answered all my questions really well. I am so pleased with the results! My lips are much more even and plump but still natural looking. I have had lip fillers 3 times before but Dr Cotrufo has given me the best results so far! Will definitely go back in the future.

I had two consultations with Dr. Cotrufo before my Brazilian butt lift surgery , he welcomed me very well on both of my consultations , he gave me a lot of information about the surgery . The surgery went very well , It was very painful on my first night in the hospital but the nurses where there and they looked after me properly , they gave me everything that I needed and all the nurses looked very joyful . The next day it was time for me to go home , still felt ruff but better than last night , he came and said goodbye to me before I left and told me what to do when I get home . Best decision I made is when I cancel flying to Spain for my BBL procedure and choose to stay here in London. From first consultation, I feel confident and knew I can trust him. Dr . Cotrufo is calm, patient, very friendly and polite. He was brutally honest right from the beginning with regards to risk involved, precautions and outcomes. He clearly explained everything clearly and answer all my questions and concerns . I'm two weeks post operation and healing amazingly so far. I couldn't be more happier with my results . I am a 41 year old male, I had been considering having surgery to remove excess fat from my neck and stomach for a number of years. However much I dieted and exercised I couldn’t shed my double chin or roll of fat around my belly and flanks. In the late autumn of 2019 my partner and I did some research and came across Dr Cotrufo, his Instagram feed showed some excellent results and on the back of that, and other various reviews, I took the plunge and went to a consultation. The initial consultation in Harley St was relaxed and convivial, Dr Cotrufo discussed different options and showed photos of results I could expect. At all times he was very professional and approachable. Dr Cotrufo gave me the confidence to go forward with vaser liposuction and the operation was booked for January 2020. Before the surgery I received plenty of information from the excellent Wiesje, Dr Cotrufo’s Patient Coordinator, and attended a number of pre-op consultations to answer any questions I had. The surgery took place in mid January at a private hospital in Harley St. The staff were excellent, however the facilities weren’t what I would call world leading. Everything was perfectly clean and all of the equipment was state of the art, however my room was pokey and lacked natural light. The operating theatre was completely adequate but also felt more like a converted cellar than something you see on an American medical drama. All this being said, the surgery went smoothly and I when I came around from the anaesthetic I was greeted by a beaming Dr Cotrufo who confirmed that everything had gone well. I stayed one night in the hospital before being discharged. It was one week post surgery before my first checkup, during this time I had daily contact from Dr Cotrufo’s team and regular contact from the doctor to ensure my recovery was on track. I have to be honest, I felt terrible for the first few days, worse than I expected. I was fortunate to choose an excellent masseuse who performed regular lymphatic drainage massages, these really helped remove excess fluid. I am now six weeks post surgery and am really pleased with the results, my stomach has a natural shape, my skin is smooth and the small incisions have healed nicely. My neck also looks nice with a defined jaw I would thoroughly recommend Dr Cotrufo and his team, their work has given me the motivation to change my lifestyle and improve my general health.

Breast implants - Excellent result! From first consultation he made me feel completely at ease. He recommended the correct size for my build and the overall result is amazing. I have has many compliments on how good and natural my breasts look, which is exactly what I wanted. Dr Cotrufo is very professional and is a highly skilled doctor. I never felt rushed during my treatments. His practice provides excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for an honest and a highly skilled surgeon.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I wanted to get Bbl done for a few years now but waited after having a baby. I was so happy to find a surgeon that do Bbl in London because I didn’t want to go abroad. On the first consultation he showed me some pics from his laptop. They looked good but now thinking back he could have copied them from other surgeons. I don’t think they were his work because if they did look that good why are they not on his website or profile? I asked him to take as much fat out of my body as possible but he said I don’t have any fat on my back or waist (which I do) and he quoted me £11.2k to have fat remove from my abdominal wall, flanks and upper arms (which is pointless because they hardly had any fat but I went for it anyway). He didn’t include anything else with the price. You have to pay for your own blood test and other tests, garments, foam pads, overnight stay at the hospital (£500) and Bbl pillow which in total cost me over £12k. It’s a lot of money but after reading all the great Bbl results (which I now believe most of them are fake, the ones without pics I mean) I decided to go ahead and girls, I wish I didn’t!! I actually booked in to get Bbl done beginning of September but I had infection in one of my breast and the implant needed to taken out so I moved my Bbl to end of November. He charged me £4200 just to have ONE implant remove (I know right ! It normally only costs £2000 to have both implants remove). And I had to pay £550 for 2 tests which to this day I don’t even know what they were about. I never received a report/file/email about these 2 tests. But he did a good job removing the implant which made me trust him even more with the Bbl. I remember the first thing came to my head when I first look at my bum in the mirror in the recovery room was “it looks the same”. Few days later when I first took my garment off to change the dressings I could still see the fat around my love handles and the weird dent between my flanks and my hips which weren’t there before. I hated what I could see. Before the surgery my bum measurement is 84cm, 1 week after the surgery with the swelling 93cm and now 88cm!!! £11k for only 4cm different? I’ve had no reports or details of the work I’ve had done, nothing. I expected something as a file for myself, this is very poor for the amount charged, I shouldn’t have to ask for my details post surgery or even a receipt for the surgery !! This should be sent to me surely ?So unprofessional. When I saw him 6 weeks post op for a check up. He didn’t mention one word about my Bbl. I felt like he knew he didn’t do a good job and was trying to avoid talking about it. All he talked and interested about is booking to have my implant put back in and he quoted me £4K just to have ONE side done and I have to pay again for another blood test which would cost me around £500. I emailed him saying I’m not happy. He said come in and he will put it right. But the thing is how do I know he’s not gonna mess it up this time? I already look deformed as it it. This is surgery we’re talking about not like a set of fake nails. I rather go somewhere else than waste my money and risk my health on him who I totally don’t trust and not confident with. I’m so disappointed, angry and depressed. I don’t think he’s done many Bbl or has much experience in this field at all. I feel like I paid him so he could practice on me. After seeing my Bbl result I decided to go somewhere else for my breast. Girls, if you want to get Bbl done, go with surgeon that have good reviews with a gallery. Pictures say more than words. I was stupid and rushing into this too quick. Good luck if you’re planing to have this done and stay away as far as possible from this Doctor. He’s a rip off and a fraud.

Professional, honest and goes above and beyond for the treatment and care. I recently had the smallest amount of Botox, 5 months after a baby, and the results are astonishing ! Considering I’m lacking on sleep, the minuscule amount injected was exactly the “ mama makeover I needed” still me, but better! As It was my first time, so I didn’t want to look over done or extremely lifted- just a little tweak which made a massive improvement in the most natural way possible ! Wish I would of tried it sooner.

Amazing !! I have had services with Doctor Cotrfuo- breast augmentation , lip enhancement and minimal Botox injection ... and he always keeps me looking who I am but just “ better” as I am all for the natural look while enhancing what I have in a very subtle natural way. I chose to do my tummy tuck and vaser lipo with him because I felt reassured. I was really happy with the whole service provided - from initial consultation, the hospital care and post surgery consultations. I had BA done many years ago and ended up with serious capsular contracture in my right breast. I researched for about 3 years for a surgeon to do my revision until I finally found Dr Cotrufo (I had other consultations with top breast surgeons also, including Harley street Drs and Mya). I read many good reviews about Dr Cotrufo and what stood out to me the most was his close attention to detail and excellence in precision work. So I decided to book a consultation with him. He saw me 3 times before I was ready to go under the knife again. This was really important to me and helped me trust him; I didn’t feel rushed in any way or pushed to go ahead quickly which displayed that he’s a caring Doctor and not just after the money! He really took his time to understand what my concerns were and what I wanted. He let me know what was realistically achievable and gave me great advice. He also took his time to explain everything to me clearly with pictures and slide shows and answered all my questions. I trusted Dr Cotrufo as I really appreciated the time he gave to me and his professionalism. I am now 2 weeks’ post op and so far, my breasts look and feel amazing. They are symmetrical and close together. They are much softer than when I first had them done. They felt softer than my capsulated breast before surgery, literally as soon as I woke up from surgery! I was so shocked and happy! They are getting softer by the day. I got 375cc Sientra anatomical implants, moderate profile. I was two hearted about getting anatomical ones as I had round high profile ones before; However, I am so glad that I listened to him and got the tear drops, They look so good and natural. My whole experience was great, I could contact him directly even before the surgery, his patient coordinator Wiesje was so so helpful and nice too. My care in the hospital was great the nurses were always there whenever you needed them to be and cared greatly. I was hardly in any pain. Dr Cotrufo visited me before and after surgery and gave me a lot of reassurance. He even called me the day after I got home just to check on how I was. I saw him regularly after surgery which was great too. I will follow up on this review, but if you’re looking into getting your breasts done Dr Cotrufo is definitely the one! Thanks Dr!

I have been Dr Cotrufo’s patient for nearly 6 years now. Admittedly, yet to have surgery ( although I’m very tempted and will probably have one before long) however I have been seeing him regularly for Botox and dermal fillers. Dr Cotrufo is first and foremost a professional of the highest caliber. He is a great listener and have so far provided me with a solution to each and every one of my concerns without fail. Dr Cotrufo is an exceptional plastic surgeon. His outstanding skills and expertise extend far beyond the specialism of cosmetic surgery, which is why I am now travelling from Scotland to his Harley Street Clinic, London, for treatment. I first met him in 2016 when he worked as a Consultant in plastic surgery at Aberdeen Royal Infirmary (ARI). I was transferred by air ambulance after a very serious road traffic accident in which, as a pedestrian, I had become trapped between 2 cars. I sustained a severe crush injury to my right leg with massive circumferential soft tissue loss and open 3b proximal tibia and fibula fracture. The severity of my injury meant there was a considerable risk of amputation and presented both the Orthopaedic and Plastics teams with significant challenges which culminated in limb salvage surgery in a combined 15 hour operation. The Plastics side of this operation was led by Mr Cotrufo. When my case was presented to him prior to surgery, it had been considered from the Plastics side that my leg could not be saved. However by soft tissue coverage using a local rotational flap (part of my calf muscle), as well as a free flap transfer from my left thigh to my lower right leg, he found a way to restore the vascular supply to enable my leg to be saved. After surgery I remained in hospital for 6 weeks, the first half of this in ARI, and the second half in a hospital nearer my home town when I was placed under the care of Consultants at Glasgow Royal Infirmary (GRI). I initially progressed very well. Unfortunately my recovery was long and protracted due to the internal fixation in my leg progressively failing requiring an external frame to be fitted, almost 1 year after my initial injury. This was another complex operation which again presented significant challenges for Orthopaedic and Plastics teams as it required areas beneath flaps to be accessed to remove broken metalwork. It was explained to me that because I’d had a particularly nasty injury, the ends of my bone had been stripped of blood supply at the outset resulting in them being unable to heal properly. 17 months after my initial injury my fracture had finally healed and the external frame removed. In total I had required more than 22 hours of orthopaedic and plastic surgery and I continued with my extensive physiotherapy sessions which lasted 33 months. My sincere gratitude extends to everyone involved in my recovery through our incredible NHS, particularly at ARI and GRI, without whom I would not be as I am today. Although my free flap has been complimented by medics, I wanted it reduced in volume so I could fit better into everyday clothes and feel better about myself. Debulking was not an option through the NHS. In January 2019, I met with Dr Cotrufo at his London Clinic to discuss what, if anything, my options were. He explained that debulking the free flap may be possible using VASER Liposuction, what the risks involved in this procedure were and how these can be reduced as my vascular supply cannot be compromised. He was also clear on what my outcome could realistically be so as to manage my expectations. Firstly I required a CT scan to determine if a reduction was possible. It was good news, the CT scan showed it could be done. So now, more than 3 years after my initial injury, I am attending Dr Cotrufo’s Clinic to progress matters. My treatment is being done very gradually in a staged approach of VASER Liposuction to reduce risk to my vascular supply, whilst also using Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections 4 to 6 weeks before and after each procedure (the PRP injections are to encourage vascular growth). I have now completed the first session of VASER Liposuction which was undertaken in Harley Health Village hospital. I am very pleased with the results so far. My best chance of a successful outcome is with him, which is why I am travelling from Scotland to London for this treatment. I cannot recommend Dr Cotrufo highly enough.

After 2 botched surgeries abroad, I came to Dr Stefano with a very complex case that involved elements of reconstruction work and delicate scar revision. I highly highly recommend Dr Cotrufo with the talent he has and the before and after care he gives his patients. I had vaser liposuction on my abdomen and flanks, and there was a lot to remove. Dr Cotrufo kindly worked hard to fit me in quickly to enable my body to recover in time for an event of mine. Dr Cotrufo was clear of what everything entailed and gave his professional advice for my body shape, other surgeons I met didn't really do this.
