I did extensive research before I found Mr Harris and decided that he was the best person to perform the capsulectomy that I needed. He is highly skilled and experienced in this area and very much at the forefront of the latest cosmetic and reconstructive techniques.
Being an anxious person, I was very nervous about the procedure and had many questions. Mr Harris gave me all the time I needed to discuss things in detail and feel comfortable. I would say that his personal approach and the consultation time he gives each patient are where Mr Harris goes above and beyond. His nursing team working alongside him were also amazing and made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time.
I am really happy with my results. They feel and look natural, and I am much more confident and healthier. I can't thank Mr Harris enough for his great work! :o)

I decided after many years that I needed a breast reduction as my bust size was impacting on my health and mental well-being, but at the age of 59 I was extremely nervous and ambivalent about going ahead and it wasn't a decision I was taking lightly.
From the first zoom meeting and in all subsequent face to face appointments, Paul Harris and his team put me at ease and made me feel looked after. His calm, reassuring manner enable me to feel confident of a good outcome and of my safety, even in the midst of a pandemic.
The whole experience, including after care, was excellent and not nearly as painful as I had expected. It was a bit of a shock seeing the scars straight after surgery but I've been amazed at how quickly they have already faded. I had allowed a realistic block of time for recovery but again have been surprised how quickly things have returned to normal
Three months after surgery, I'm extremely happy with the results and it's made a very real difference to me physically and mentally - I now smile at the mirror instead of avoiding it.
I would very much recommend Paul Harris to anyone considering this surgery, he's clearly a very skilled man and in my experience you'll be in very safe hands

I had breast implant removal and breast lift surgery by Mr Harris.
I really can’t praise Mr Harris and his team enough. He has such a great energy about him & is clearly passionate about his job & what’s best for his patients. From the moment I met him I knew to look no further. I’m very passionate about health and fitness and I was pleased to find a surgeon that was like minded. I came away from my initial consultation so well informed and not in the least confused & felt like I had been listened to and understood. He really is a gentleman with integrity! I’m pleased to say his team follow suit. Everyone from the person that took my MRSA swab to the ward nurses & my post surgery nurse Ellie were amazing. I was looked after completely by Mr Harris & his team until I had finished healing with regular follow ups and all the post surgical advice I needed. This included but wasn’t limited to: nutritional advice: wound care instructions and contact telephone numbers should I have any concerns. Oh and the most amazing post surgery bras!
The outcome is that I have the two most perfect treasures, they have far exceeded my expectations! Mr Harris is so talented. I’m 9 weeks back to training and I’m doing movements that I haven’t been able to manage for years. I have no pain, my scars are flat & so neat. I’m more symmetrical than I have ever been. I could go on and on with praise but wouldn’t know where to stop. I really couldn’t be more happy!

The whole process from start to finish was a breeze and I am thrilled with the results - the results are better than I could ever have imagined and above all, better than all the ''before and after'' pictures I found online! The operation was immaculately done, with now barely any scarring. After a year of research Dr Paul Harris’s name kept popping on my radar, after consultation I knew he was the man for me! Dr Paul Harris is the most loveliest man I’ve ever met, so informative and does not lead you down the garden path. He was very honest from the beginning with what kind of outcome I was going to receive and I was far from disappointed. My main concern was shape rather than size and I am overjoyed with how natural I look now.
The staff are amazing at the clinic and if I had any concerns the nurses are just at the other end of the phone, this made me feel so much more comfortable knowing day or night I was able to speak to someone if need be. Even weekends! The aftercare I received from all involved was second to none.
I would like to say again thank you so much Dr Paul Harris and staff, you have made my experience amazing!

Due to complications from a previous surgery I have had many consultations with several well known surgeons in central London and Mr Harris is by far one of the most caring surgeons I have met. He is simply a wonderful man. Patient, very knowledgeable, clearly very skilled at what he does and refreshingly honest. During my consultation, Mr Harris took the time to really listen to my concerns and answer my countless questions. At the end or our long consultation he actually advised me against having surgery and said he would not be prepared to operate on me right now. I was quite taken aback by this as having now seen six other surgeons this was the first time a surgeon had said that to me. He explained in his calm way why he thought it was best for me not to have surgery and to wait and perhaps come back and see him in a year. I was initially very disappointed that Mr Harris felt this way but I am now incredibly grateful for his honesty, kindness and care. So although, unfortunately, I was not able to have surgery with Mr Harris I could not recommend him and his team more highly.

Writing a review about a surgeon is a very personal and sometimes private experience. However when I was extensively researching for the best breast reconstruction surgeon I could find, Mr Harris’s name continually came up. I was drawn to his reviews from both patients and peers, hence why I am sharing my experience in this review.
After meeting in November 2019, to then DIEP flap reconstruction in February, I can honestly say I was not disappointed.
Choosing a surgeon is much more than their technical skill. For me it was about trust, rapport and confidence. From the moment I met Mr Harris I felt confident he would be able to help me achieve the results I was looking for. I have since gone ahead with a bilateral breast augmentation in July 2020 and I am ecstatic with the results.
Through trust, honesty and skill, Mr Harris has given me results I could only have dreamed of. My confidence has been restored, I’m looking forward to my future and can only say my personal experience could not have been any better. I’d say meet him and see if he’s right for you – he was 100% right for me.

I have had Mr. Paul Harris as my breast surgeon for two breast operations and both times I was impressed with his professionalism as well as with the outcomes of the surgery. He is highly experienced and knowledgable in his field and from the start one feels that his advice comes from a deep background in dealing with the most difficult problems concerning the breast. I was extremely distressed with the severely rippled, saggy outcome of my subglandular 280cc breast implants exchange to 275cc submuscular with Paul Harris which involved a capsulectomy leaving my breast tissue thin and damaged. I had no choice but to have a revision by a well known cosmetic breast surgeon 10 months later once my breast tissue had settled. Unfortunately the insurance company did not see the post op photos taken by myself and my revision surgeon. My revision surgeon who was very experienced placed less wide anatomical implants (which I wanted initially) in a slightly larger size of 300cc to fill out my breast pockets properly and they are now perky with no rippling and the correct width for my slim back.

I had been thinking about having surgery to remove my excess skin for a number of years and after doing lots of research I came across Mr Harris. Within the first few minutes of the consultation I knew that he was the right surgeon for me. Aside from his experience, Mr Harris has a very kind, gentle and reassuring nature about him, which instantly put me at ease. I met with him a few times before the procedure and each time he answered any questions I had.
After meeting the anaesthetist and Mr Harris on the day of the surgery, I went into the theatre with absolutely no doubts or fears and complete trust in him, which was an amazing thing. I had a 2 night stay at the London Clinic, which was amazing and I saw Mr Harris on numerous occasions before my discharge. The recovery has been great and due to his amazing pain management I have only been in mild discomfort.
I am now 2 weeks post op and the results of the surgery have been beyond anything I could have imagined and he has definitely surpassed all expectations! It has truly been a life changing experience for me and could not have wished for a better surgeon.
He is a perfectionist who goes beyond what is expected to give you the best result possible and genuinely cares about his patients. I don't believe I could have been in better hands than his. Thank you very much Mr Harris.

Mr Harris and his team were brilliant throughout the treatment process. I had liposuction on the inner and outer thigh areas and also on my lower back/side fat. My expectations were greatly exceeded and I'm absolutely thrilled with the result.

In August 2019, I underwent a very complicated breast augmentation/up lift with Mr Paul Harris, and knowing it was a tricky procedure, I was hesitant I wouldnt get my desired results. However, now in December a few months on, I am over the moon with my results and more importantly the scars! I finally decided to take the plunge and book a consultation.... he exceeded my expectations! he made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions and was honest about what was right for me. Having thought about a breast reduction for many, many years, Mr Harris was recommended to me by an acquaintance. My experience from initial consultation until my final appointment has been absolutely excellent. Mr Harris and his team have not only been exceptionally professional in dealing with the actual medical procedure, but are also carefully attuned to the wider aspects of this type of surgery and I have felt genuine warmth in how they have dealt with me. At no stage did I feel anxious or apprehensive and any questions I had (some of them probably really daft) were answered clearly and honestly.
Am I pleased with the results? Oh Boy! I am absolutely delighted.

Mr Harris was very clear from the beginning that this was not a small operation and I would probably be in theatre for 4-5 hours ! I was 5 hours !
My whole experience was amazing from start to finish I have 3 kids all c section and I managed to be back on my feet after about 10 days I can not recommend this mans talet enough my scar is amazing and I feel amazing !
I feel it’s completely changed my life I can now exercise to my full ability and am enjoying every minute of my new body !
Mr Harris and his team were faultless his advise of the length of my scar after the op to how to cope when I got home was all great !
All my follow up appointments were always with him and have had such a personal service from Mr Harris I couldn’t recommend him enough . I had wanted this surgery for so many years and just kick myself that I didn’t do it sooner xx

I had breast augmentation on NHS 20+ years ago with a top surgeon at that time in UCH, London. I had had an excellent experience so how was I going to find that again?!
First saw Mr Harris on TV, was very impressed so did more research. Met him in person not long after that to get advice initially on how my implants were doing & whether I needed them replaced as a matter of urgency! Was expecting him to book me straight in, but he examined me & said to come back in a couple years, & that’s what I did because I felt I could really trust him.
He will ‘tell you straight’ and put you at ease, his knowledge & experience is huge. And he makes me laugh!
So he removed the old implants & replaced the new ones to sit in a much more natural position - I couldn’t be happier. The whole experience was definitely 5 star!!!

I went to see Mr Harris who was higly recommended by a doctor from Dublin.
The reason was because I wanted to change my implants of 10 years old.
One of my implants was unshaped and I was very disappointed.
It took me less than one day to decide when I was going to be able to have this surgery done, and this was because MR. Harris was so clear and it was so obvoius that he knew what he was talking about that wasn't even a doubt in my head that I wanted to go ahead ASAP!
After surgery I couldn't be more happy about how NATURAL they look!!!! A beautiful shape also.
From the first beginning until today, 4 months after my surgery, I've felt very much looked after, from his helpers to the nurses at the hospital where I had to spend one night after surgery and of course Mr. Harris, who was super profesional in every second.
Also the price is very reasonable too and more than anything because he saw me at least 4 times after my surgery without any charge.
DEFINITELY if I have to recommend someone for breast surgery would be him, there's no doubt about it.

I’m 1 week post-op from having a full body lift with some lipo to my thighs from Mr Harris and I cannot be happier with my results thus far . This is my 2nd Operation in his care (Breast augmention in 2017) and again I’m very pleased with the results and the level of care I received from him and his team . He’s a surgeon that is up front and honest, listens to your concerns and will always advise to the best of his knowledge the best results for you and your body .I will always highly recommend him .

Highly recommended...Paul Harris has been my cosmetic surgeon since 2013. I’ve had 2 breast augmentations, a tummy tuck & only 6 months ago Paul completed my journey with a full facelift. I am overwhelmed with the results. Paul has a caring & genuine nature, he understood my concerns with genuine empathy & I felt completely at ease with every consultation. The after care I received from Paul & his secretary has also been amazing. I’ve recently needed a succession of emergency surgery on the NHS due to boarderline ovarian tumours, this finally ended in a hysterectomy for me. I can honestly say that all the consultants I’ve seen for the NHS surgery at st. Heliers spoke extremely highly of Paul, even commenting on the fantastic barley visible scar lines from the tummy tuck.
