From inquiry through to follow ups, the entire process was handled by a team of dedicated medical, surgical, and administrative professionals. Dr De Silva is an excellent surgeon with attention to detail and a subtle aesthetic. You would never be able to tell I've had anything done, but the results have made such an improvement, well beyond my expectations. I've healed beautifully and I'm thrilled. Dr Julian De Silva and his team did a fantastic job on my Chin implant. The entire process was an absolute dream from consultation, to surgery all the way to the after care support. I couldn't have asked for a better clinic and result. For someone who has never been admitted into hospital, I was quite nervous about the concept of sedation. However, the clinics technique known was 'twilight sedation' couldn't have been any more seamless - I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone who has doubts. Thank you again to all at the clinic!

I am trained ophthalmologist and GP myself and took a very long time to research the best and famous surgeons available in London. Knowing how many things potentially could go wrong stopped me from having done blepharoplasty earlier, so I opted for eyebrow lift to start with. However it didn’t completely resolved my problems of heavy and Asian eyelids. After keeping a track of Dr De Silva’s reviews for a few years (yes, years - not months!) I was reassured that he is The Surgeon to go to. The whole process was like a dream: safe, very straightforward, very professional, most accommodating- I have little children and busy professional life, and caring. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic in the country there was not a moment that I didn’t feel safe and protected. After meeting Dr De Silva face to face for the first time I knew I made a right choice. His second to none expertise, experience and very pleasant manner gave me confidence and trust I needed to make the final step. The surgery went perfectly smooth as expected of course and results are spectacular. Not only 10 years were wiped of my face, but it looks natural! I guess the best compliment to the doctor is when the happy patient comes back for more and I am definitely coming back.

I had rhinoplasty with Dr Julian De Silva in December 2020, The whole experience from start to finish went smoothly and i had no issues.
The Clinic is immaculate and they provide an excellent service.
The morning of the surgery i was extremely nervous but as soon as i arrived at the clinic and got settled in and met Dr Julian Se Silva / the anaesthetist i was immediately reassured and felt safe. The anaesthetist was great.
the recovery was tough but if i had any questions the nurse at the surgery was there to provide advise.
i am still seeing my results as it has only been 3/4 months since my surgery but so far i am happy with the results and glad i had rhinoplasty with Dr Julian De Silva.

I live in Liverpool and travelled to Dr De Silva for my blepharoplasty after a lot of research. I am so happy I did! I can’t recommend him & his team enough. They are the most professional, caring and reassuring team. The clinic is very clean, organised and welcoming. I was really nervous beforehand but there was absolutely no need to be, as it was the best experience it could have been- I wasn’t aware of anything happening under the sedation, I felt like I just had a nap, woke up and it was done. The sedation doctor was also lovely. The whole thing was (unbelievably) totally pain-free and the aftercare was second to none. I am delighted with the results! 2 months on and there is no scarring at all and the result keeps on getting better and better.
So if you’re considering blepharoplasty - do not go to anyone else. It’s your face!

I don't know where to begin with this review but I will start by saying the entire experience has been amazing. I had an open rhinoplasty just over 12 weeks ago and I have never been happier. Day by day I am noticing my nose taking its final shape and my self confidence has sky rocketed.
I will admit, after dealing with a surgeon prior to Dr De Silva, I was very much put off having the surgery due to a bad consultation. In this case, my first appointment with Dr De Silva was extremely comforting. Immediately I felt super welcome and in safe hands. The way he listens and takes in all you have to say is really comforting for someone who was previously put off before. I really felt like he was listening to understand exactly what my issue was.
The issue with my nose was that is had been traumatised/broken from an accident before. This resulted in my nose having a slanted/crooked shape from the front view and also partially the side left view. I didn't realise that this was also effecting my breathing, not until Dr De Silva showed me my nasal passages were completely different.
My overall aim was too have a symmetrical nose to balance my facial features and also a smaller more appealing profile view.
Everything from the initial consultation, to my second follow up appointment and even then day of surgery was perfect.
I was incredibly nervous going into my first ever surgery as anyone would however, it is really over and done with quickly. One minute I was talking to the nurses, the next I woke up talking about coffee and cupcakes. It is finished in the blink of an eye. The sedation allowed me to wake up with no side effects and get back on my feet within 15 minutes.
After some final checks I was on my way home within an hour of getting up from the surgery table. Completely pain free, a little dazed to say the least but no pain or discomfort at all.

My recovery was interesting, for me I have never had any type of surgery so I didn't know what to expect. Dr De Silva's advise was to do almost nothing in your first week or two, this will allow for the best recovery. I would definitely follow every bit of advise he tells you. It really helps. It is also nice that the nurses do follow up calls to check in on you and see how you are feeling.
After 1 week I got my cast off and that was the first time I saw my new nose, it is very swollen but right away I was happy with the almost perfect symmetry that was achieved.
I sat in bed for around 2 weeks and done minimal moving activity. This really gave me a great kickstart to recovery. The less you can do, the better.
If you are thinking of getting a rhinoplasty, I could not recommend Dr De Silva enough. He and his team are more than perfect and I am extremely happy I decided to go with him.

The decision to have surgery and trust someone with your face is undoubtedly a big one! However, after seeing Dr De Silva’s credentials and meeting him and his staff I was confident I’d made the right decision. The whole experience from initial consultation through to surgery and follow up was flawless - not to mention the results, which were life changing. I had high expectations, but even these were surpassed. He is a true specialist and artist and as a patient, I felt important and cared for the whole way through. In addition, the staff and the service level throughout were impeccable. A hugely positive experience.

I couldn't recommend Dr. De Silva more highly as plastic surgeon. From my first interaction with Dr. De Silva he's been consideration, compassionate, honest and professional. His skills are second to none, I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with my nose. He doesn't sell false hope in what can or can't be achieved safely which was definitely what I wanted. I had consultations with other surgeons but knew upon meeting Dr. De Silva he was the right person for me. I had my initial surgery in April 2016, and a slight revision in March 2019, (for which I only paid the clinic fees and for the anaesthetist which I thought was exceptionally reasonable). Dr. De Silva was extremely committed to giving me the results I wanted throughout the whole process. I am so pleased with the results of my nose which are subtle but have made a huge difference to me and my life. All the team were extremely kind, patient, and responsive. I looked forward to every clinic visit as the team, lead by the lovely Jennifer, are so pleasant.

From the moment I first met Dr Julian De Silva I knew I had chosen the right surgeon for me! I was apprehensive as it had taken me years to pluck up the courage to have rhinoplasty and at 69 it was a big decision! Dr De Silva has the most calming disposition, both in his manner and his speaking voice and he immediately made me feel at ease, answering my questions and explaining the procedure clearly. The day of my surgery arrived and again I really felt confident that I was in very good hands! The surgery went smoothly and I can honestly say I experienced no pain during surgery or in the following weeks of recovery. I really appreciated the phone call to check on me on the evening of my surgery and the fact that I was encouraged to contact the surgery at any time if I needed to ask any questions. They do not tell you at the time that there is a NON REFUNDABLE £25 admin fee if you cancel with plenty of notice and the terms come by email AFTER YOU HAVE PAID. Upon reading further reviews (not on their website) I decided no to go ahead with consultation. I did complain and they refunded the £25

Attended this clinic last week. I went with a lot of hope to be assessed thoroughly on my face as there were good reviews but the doctor was not at all helpful and very indifferent. I wanted to ask more questions but he said he can talk only about one thing at a time. Seriously I wasn’t going to pay a whooping £250 just for assessment for each part of my face! When I was deciding on the treatment , I was told the fillers were going to cost double that day than quoted in the site as they were in short supply. I thought it very unfair to be over charged just because the clinic was short in supply! The doctor kept indicating there was a lot of cost involved doubting if I could afford it which made me feel very uncomfortable. He left me after a while saying the nurse will answer further questions but she was very vague and knew nothing! It was just a waste of time and money and wasn’t just worth it! On the overall a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr.Julian De Silva. After a lot of research I decided that he was the best surgeon to go to for upper and lower eye lid surgery and PRP. I felt totally at ease from the minute I met him at my consultation. He is a perfectionist with a calm and pleasant manner. All the staff were really friendly and I felt totally relaxed throughout the whole procedure. I had twilight sedation which was great, it was like having a really good nights sleep. I had no pain at all and after a week I went back to work. I had my final check up recently and all is well. The results are excellent and i can honestly say that it was money well spent.

From the initial enquiry to the final check up I have had a brilliant experience. Any queries or worries I had pre op were answered and my nerves put at ease. All of the staff are really welcoming and made me feel comfortable each time I’ve been at the clinic. Dr Julian De Silva was able to suggest the procedure I needed for the result I wanted. I had a chin implant and neck liposuction, to correct an A-symmetric jaw line, and increase the size of my chin as well as strengthen my jaw line. I was able to see a realistic expectation of the result and was very happy. The surgery was performed under sedation and took around 1 hour, I had minimal discomfort for a couple of days after surgery and swelling had mostly reduced after the 1st week. I am now 6 months post op and extremely happy with my results and couldn’t recommend Dr Julian De Silva enough

I had cheek augmentation performed by Mr De Silva. The whole process from the initial consultation to the actual surgery and the aftercare was flawless. I was initially very worried about the process of having surgery, but Mr De Silva and his team were very helpful and provided a lot of honest and detailed advice, so I could effectively decide whether to go ahead with the surgery or not. The surgery itself was performed under sedation, which meant it was pain-free but allowed for a quicker recovery period. On the evening following the surgery, Mr De Silva called to check there were no problems and to answer any queries. I was very impressed with the outcome of the surgery – My face shape was initially very long and narrow but the cheek implants added width to my face giving my face a more rounded and feminine appearance. There were no external scars and the difference was very natural looking so I did not need to tell friends I had had surgery, but yet I received so many compliments on my new look! Again, the aftercare was amazing and after the surgery I saw Mr De Silva himself twice. The whole experience was so personal and Mr De Silva is so artistic and passionate about beauty and providing the best possible outcome! I would highly recommend him for anyone considering facial plastic surgery and if I was to decide to have any other plastic surgery, there would be no-one I would rather go to!

I had upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Julian De Silva and I am very happy with the results. He created a very natural look so that nobody has noticed I have had surgery but I look refreshed and my eye lids are no longer sagging heavily. The simple fact is that Julian is an excellent surgeon and to create such a natural look takes real mastery. Most of all, it was a real pleasure to go through the whole process with him as he is such a kind person. He has a very gentle, caring manner and will listen fully to all your needs. For the last 2 years, I have been concerned about my eye lids dropping more and more and having to lift them with my finger to apply the make up. My GP said to wait until it affects my sight but I wanted to do it for another reason.. The eyes, for me, are the light of the soul and I always admire beautiful eye make up.
I wasn't worried about the operation until it became official. My friends, my family knew about it and I had to go through it or be a coward. It has been the best investment I could have done. Everybody complements me. I feel a lot more confident and a little younger. I can now apply my make up and the loose skin is not there anymore to cover it up. I feel good about myself, radiant and happy and it shows.
I only had a local anaesthesia and didn't feel a thing, I even fell asleep on the table listening to classical music. I followed the after care instructions to the letter and I hardly bruised. Within a week I had the stitches removed and started applying make up a week later.
I can only say that Dr De Silva, was very professional, gentle, attentive and caring. The clinic is spotless, the staff very friendly and if anybody is thinking of having a treatment to improve their looks, to make them feel good about themselves,start saving as it will be your best investment.

I went to Dr De Silva for my rhinoseptoplasty and the entire journey was faultless. Throughout the consultation period he was honest, realistic and provided morphs (which were very accurate!). On the day I was nervous but if I could go back and do it again, I would! The sedation was perfect; I slept through the procedure and woke up very comfortable at the end with literally no pain (no pain throughout whole process). The post-op checkups ran smoothly and he very kindly offered for me to go back in 6-12 months from now if I'd like. The whole team are fantastic and offer an individually tailored service to their patients. I am so happy I chose Dr De Silva and his team and recommend him to anyone looking for facial surgery. Dr de Silva is a very nice guy but it stops there because all this surgery centre is about is money and when they have yours you're longer relevant. Things go wrong after plastic surgery sometimes and most doctors will correct this for free however dr De silva will ask for a fee and a large fee that you can go on holiday with.
Big mistake to go here.

I found Dr de Silva calming, patient, attentive, extremely knowledgeable and he made me feel that if I was going to take this step it is Dr de Silva whom I would trust. His professional knowledge and expertise, along with a very modern approach is evident when he runs through with you what he will do and how he will operate. He looked at me as individual patient, tailoring my procedure to achieve the best possible outcome for my features and individual needs.
Before making my decision I had researched many consultants & techniques, I read so many reviews and had previously met with another consultant. However, once I met Dr De Silva I felt like what everyone had said in their reviews and immediately knew that it was Dr De Silva whom I wished to have as my consultant.
I had lower blepharoplasty under sedation. I was quite nervous that morning but everyone helps you feel comfortable and puts your mind at rest. I felt I was actually listened to and heard, which I believe is quite important. For over a 1 1/2 years I had on going baggy, saggy , crepey skin and festoons under my eyes from various outbreaks of swelling that gave me a very tired look. Age (52) and sun damage did not help, along with scar tissue found in the problem area. All of this was corrected during my lower blepharoplasty operation, which also included laser and fat transfer to help with the volume under the eye. My recovery was not painful and I did not have any complications. The sedation helps with this. Dr De Silva rang me that evening and his staff phoned me the next day. My recovery was as expected with all the information I was given. This comprehensive information pack helps you greatly with what to expect and how best to help with the healing process, which I followed religiously!! I rang once or twice to ask questions and the reception and nursing staff guide you through anything you need to know.
My whole lower eye area is now smooth & rejuvenated and I am so extremely happy and pleased to say that I no longer look tired and ‘aged’ and have a wonderful fresh, natural look. A few friends that have been with me through every step and seen the before and after results have simply said, “He’s a genius”.

My experience with Dr. De Silva has been absolutely amazing! I underwent asian blepharoplasty and ptosis surgery in Feburary which took roughly 2 hours. During the surgery Dr. De Silva was very attentive and constantly making sure I was ok. I would not at all fault the whole experience and am very happy with the outcome! Dr. De Silva is very professional and well mannered which made my decision to choose him as my chosen surgeon very easy. The very first consultation I attended was very informative and Dr. De Silva was very honest and realistic with the results I was looking for. Dr. De Silva is always happy to answer any queries or clear up any confusion and always encourages you to contact him. I cannot recommend Dr De Silva and his wonderful team at The Centre highly enough. If you are looking for a superb surgeon who will provide you with expert professional care and natural looking results then look no further. I had been researching cosmetic surgeons for a good while and was myself very lucky to meet someone who had recently had surgery performed by Dr De Silva, I was so amazed that any surgery had taken place the results were so natural with no visible scars. I immediately booked a consultation and am a few weeks into recovery and already more than delighted with the results. I personally believe that you will not find a more skilled facial cosmetic surgeon than Dr De Silva.

I had some corrective surgery last year carried out by Mr De Silva. From start to finish I found that the whole process was carried out with great care and attention and I was made to feel very comfortable throughout the whole time.
Unlike other surgeons I have met, I found Julian very, very down to earth, friendly and approachable.
I also feel that Dr De Silva went above and beyond his duties when it came to making sure that I was happy with the work that was carried out. Also the after care was extensive and very, very attentive.

I had revision rhinoplasty and a first time blepharoplasty with Dr Dr Silva last year. I was initially skeptical by the five star rating, but I believe it is indeed genuine! I was also intimidated by the idea of the consultation and worried about the way I would be received, as surgery on the face is very personal and very scary, especially after someone else has already played around with it. However, the staff were lovely and booking the procedures months later was very easy (your deposit doesn't expire). As promised, the procedure was mostly painless. I loved the twilight anesthesia as I woke up quickly and began feeling myself very soon thereafter. My first surgeon over-promised and under-delivered, to say the least. Dr De Silva was realistic and thorough in his explanarions. His bedside manner was lovely. My results are very natural and I could see a difference right away, and it continues to improve. I think we all have to be realistic about what is achievable through plastic surgery and know why we are doing it. I had very specific concerns and he was able to address them effectively. I don't have a perfect nose nor a cookie cutter shape, but I have a much improved version of my own nose and my eyes are more open. Overall I feel refreshed and don't anticipate having to go under the knife again for a very long time. My questions and concerns were all addressed and the practice are continuously responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend Dr Dr Silva, he is an expert at what he does and is also lovely!

I had septo/rhinoplasty back in August and it was by far the best thing I have ever done. Dr De Silva and his team were incredibly supportive, informative and professional from the onset and I couldn’t have been more happy with my choice of surgeon. Since having the operation my confidence has improved dramatically and, in all honesty, I hardly recognise myself before the operation. The results I have gained from this procedure exceeded expectations and I thank Julian and the team for all their efforts and attention to detail throughout. You guys are the best!

Having had upper and lower eyelid surgery by Dr Da Silva has been life changing. I can see better, I don't have to worry if tomorrow is going to be a good day or a bad day, I don't have headaches from straining to 'lift my eyelids', I don't look 15-20 years older than my actual age and so on.
The service and the treatment was second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Da Silva for any procedure. Apart from being a brilliant surgeon he truly cares and he takes the time each patient needs to make sure they are making the right choice for themselves.

I wouldn't trust anyone else anywhere near my face. Dr De Silva is caring, honest, sensitive, kind and realistic with what he can achieve. The team and aftercare are second to none. DR De Silva put me at ease and worked through a programme of treatment tailored to me. He's also helped me cure my long term phobia of needles which I never thought possible!
