Highly recommend Dr Max Marcellino, the process was great from start to finish. I have had a breast augmentation 2 months ago and couldn’t be happier with the result. (I keep forgetting I have implants - it looks so natural). The whole process was actually enjoyable, Dr Marcellino is always available if you need anything, have questions, the relationship he has with the patient is truly unique and I really felt at ease from the first meeting and really throughout the process. He is there from helping you pick the shape, volume of the implants, guiding you through all the procedures available and what would be best for you depending on the result you have in mind. He really takes time to understand what you want (I wanted rond implants to have more volume but a natural finish) and he executed perfectly. The after care is in point as well with numerous appointments with him. D-Day, surgery is everything you can expect from top professionals at a Private Clinic in london. I have been pampered and cared for throughout the day. Anyway - strongly recommend.

After having breast augmentation 10 years ago and needing replacement. I did a lot of research and decided that I would go with Doctor Marcellino to carry out my procedure. He did everything I asked and he made me feel completely that he knew exactly what I wanted and how to carry it out. I had my first breast enlargement at the age of 18 by Dr. Marcellino and he made my dreams come true. Mr Marcellino is a man I trust as he has given me beauty advices that other doctors haven’t. He suggested to do retouches as natural as possible in order to maintain my natural facial expressions. I wanted to write a review for the otoplasty (pinning back of the ears) surgery I had back in April of last year with Dr Marcellino as I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
My ears before the surgery weren’t necessarily big but they stuck out more than most other peoples and I hated wearing my hair up. As a teen and a child others had commented about my ears. And they would poke through my hair all the time. If I did put my hair up I would pull lots of bits of hair out over my ears to try and hide them but rarely wore my hair up at all in public.
I have had cosmetic surgery before and although the outcome was very good I never had the friendly experience I have had with Dr Marcelino he is very cheerful, friendly and has a calm manner that makes you feel at ease and comfortable with having major surgery. I originally had a pre op appt with another surgeon who I felt I didn’t feel quite right having the surgery with, so I’m glad I asked to see another surgeon - dr marcellino this restored my confidence in the operation. I immediately felt at ease.
I am very happy with the outcome I wear my hair up all the time now. Dr Marcelino made sure not to make them look ‘alien’. He didn’t want them to look unnatural and like they had been superglued to my head which I have seen on people before and think it can look strange and obvious. My ears are now very much back, neat and natural.
It’s made it a lot easier for my lifestyle being able to chuck my hair up when in a rush etc. Iv even had people who hadn’t seen my ears before at how petite my ears were so this has made me feel so much better about my appearance. They have healed very nicely and Dr Marcelino has been more than helpful pre and post op with any questions i have had.
If you are weighing up whether to have it done I would say definitely see Dr Marcellino you will be very happy with the outcome and the pre and post care is excellent.

Today I am 2 weeks post surgery. Mastopexy, removal and replacement of breast implants.
I was very unhappy with my breasts, I have had 2 previous surgery’s. My left breast was awful. It had dropped massively. My nipples were about and inch and a half difference in placement to each other. My left breast was also a lot bigger than the right. I had 525cc implants previous to this operation, far too big for my frame. They just looked awful and became embarrassing, heavy and painful.
I was referred to Dr Max, by a friend. I had had 3 other consultations previously. Dr Max made a great impression from the very first phone call. He made an appointment that suited me, he just seemed so friendly and caring from the start! Far from uncaring and arrogant that I had had from most.
The service from start to finish has been second to none. I would have no issues with recommending Dr Max and the London Welbeck hospital, where the operation was performed. The aftercare also has been fantastic!!
The result will take a long time for me to see fully (6-9months) but I am already over the moon with my breasts! Enfact I’m sure my friends are sick of seeing them ???? They look amazing already. Even and level, smaller as requested 425cc (as advised by Dr Max for look now and the aging process-excellent choice!) They look pert and pretty. Nothing like the mess I walked in with!!
Not only is he a miracle worker as a surgeon, he is also an amazing person. The best hands you could possibly be in. He and his team are so down to earth, honest, reassuring and friendly. The only one problem I have now is deciding what to have done next ????????????

After much consideration and visiting three different surgeons, I had my breast implants removed by Massimiliano three weeks ago at The London Wellbeck Hospital. He was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad as I am so happy with my results already.
I was really nervous about how my breasts would look especially as I had issues with my scarring in the past. Max put my nerves to rest and made me feel very reassured by giving me more options than I thought I had. His gentle, honest and professional approach made me feel instantly comforted and reassured that I was indeed in the very best of hands.
He took his time to discuss and explain all the options I had and what would work best for me and my lifestyle. He gave me all the time I needed in my consultations, I never felt rushed nor pressed for time.
Max organised that I could have my surgery on the dates that worked for me and my entire experience with the London Wellbeck Hospital was extremely positive. I was made to feel very comfortable and welcomed from arrival. I met and spoke with my nurse, anaesthetist and Max, all separately in the comfort of my lovely private room. They explained the procedure schedule to me in detail and made me feel at ease.
What a contrast it is being seen by this incredibly knowledgable and caring surgeon to my awful experiences with my past surgeon who originally did my breast augmentation four years ago at a Harley Street Clinic.
Max has not only given me better results than I could have ever had hoped for but he has restored my faith back in surgeons and medical practitioners along the way. I am so thrilled and would recommend that if you are considering surgery, have a consult with him, I am so thankful I did.
