With very much disappointment, 6 Harley St Skin clinic made me come all the way and there was no one in. They didn’t send a message or send an email to inform me of any cancellations. This is not the service I am used to get from any other Harley St clinics. I already paid for Congestion Charge, ULEZ, Parking and travelling. This new company called Skin messed me up on a number or occasion where they kept sending me from 6 Harley St to 2 Harley St. Or, tell me we can’t find your booking then I show them they message they sent. Not impressed at all and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Its awful experience, I don’t recommend to have any kind of treatment in this place, i had a consultation for tummy tuck with lovely patient adviser, then the next appointment was with the surgeon to get an idea about the operation, from first minute I didn’t feel what I expected, the attitude of the doctor was like someone who only care about money, the way she asked me about the medication iam on for depression such rude and made me felt iam from different planets, Its no wrong that i have mental health problem and i am working and living my life, such disrespectful attitude. one of her comments that my problem going to get worse in the next years in case I don’t have the treatment. So indirectly she was pushing me to decide the operation. Overall I got out with the worst impression about this kind of surgeon who only counting money. Please don’t be deceived by shiny name of this place. I never ever back to it.

Booked a consultation and was seen to straight away in Nov 2019 by a lovely lady, though slightly pushy to book fast. After consideration, in Feb 2020 I decided to go ahead and didn't hear back from the surgery. Countless calls and emails later no word. When clinics re-opened in July I got back in touch and was told my ignored emails were due to a system error and I would receive a call back to set up a consultation - never heard back! So so glad I didn't go through with Harley Medical Group, the poor feedback is accurate! Sloppy consultants and reception staff and general lack of care to follow up = no consideration for future patients. Go elsewhere please!

Worst after care. Once they had thr money they didn't care about the problems I had. In the end the nhs had to remove the ruptured implants and i still have silicone left inside me now from the PIP implants.

My girlfriend had laser hair removal and fillers done there. The fillers where done in an acceptable way but nowhere near as good as other places do them. She also got a massive infection because the doctor didnt clean her face before using needles below her eyes. The treatment was 50% more expensive than A much better place we use now. She also did laser hair removal there which was very mixed. Some of the sessions where done professionally and excellent. Others sessions where done horribly and so unprofessional that my girlfriend flat out refused to see some of the staff there again. Not what you expect for a 1200 pounds beauty treatment. And finally my biggest complaint is they messed up some payments and needed to refund us 300 pounds. We chased this payment for almost 1 year now and even though they agreed to refunding us multiple times the money is still not with us. Clearly a deliberate act to frustrate the customer to the point they will just give up on the refund. Stay away from this place!!!

I have been a client of Harley Medical group for over 2 years and have seen its service deteriorate significantly over time. They are severely disorganised, cannot stick to their own recommended treatment schedule, their better employees have either left or work significantly reduced hours. Their customer service is poor, repetitive and like talking to a robot. No one there ever provides solutions, they constantly have to refer it on to a different person or department that you'll never hear from. The treatments are rarely done to a good standard; the technicians always seem preoccupied, distracted, in a rush to finish and just generally disinterested. They are constantly running price promotions to recruit more clients which is laughable when they can barely accommodate the clients they do have. It is an expensive place to get any treatment yet they have an interesting way of treating clients. I overheard reception talking to a client who hadn't bothered to turn up to her appointment and her excuse was her PA had booked it for her. The receptionist was polite as ever and even sounded apologetic to the client, with no reprimand for missing an appointment. When I have turned up even 5 minutes late to an appointment I have been scolded and spoken to in a frustrated tone, whereas when they have been running late, sometimes up to 30 minutes late, I am still always polite. They seem to have a double standard way of treating clients, when we are all paying the same rates and should be treated with a service and respect level propagated by the company but most definitely not lived up to. It is in no way a service to be associated with the name or location of this clinic but unfortunately that is what you get. My advice would be to steer clear of them and not be fooled by their price promotions - if it sounds too good to be true it probably is, and in this case I can assure you it is.

I love my practitioners Regina & Rebecca.. they make treatments a relaxing, happy experience, which is really helpful for my anxiety. I enjoy the waiting room where I’m always greeted by the lovely reception staff with warm smiles. The coffee machine just gives me that extra joy. Always a pleasure!

I appreciated the excellent care I received from start to finish. They were kind, professional and made me feel completely comfortable. I am recovering well and has truly made a difference in my life. I thank everyone who looked after me and help me see this through I’m incredibly happy with the results. The only thing I would say is I feel it’s a bit much I’m terms of the appointments. They are not always easy to get to. Should be more accessible to people. It’s also quite expensive as you can’t drive after surgery. Other than that, I’d quite honestly recommend them to anyone considering cosmetic procedures.

Had the worst experience ! Noise surgery , not happy at all, I’m having psychology problems . Had the leave the country that’s how bad it was . I’m hoping they will help me out . Other wise I’ll have to take it to another stage . Make sure you search out Harley street before getting a noise surgery . I found out… then checked the reviews from the reviews seeming good , but then the result was what I wanted , not all doctors a professional .

This clinic has rude receptionists. I took a chance on them after all the bad stuff I've heard and I spent thousands with them already. I had laser hair removal at other places but this is the only one where they have no paper covering gor the bed. The last time I called was to book an expensive package but receptionist was giving me an attitude so I said forget this and went elsewhere.

*If you’re a POC don’t come here!* I would like to start by saying that I will take on board most of the advice given to me by the treatment coordinater (her name is Marianna) as she is of course, qualified. Yet, I was very surprised by the conclusion she reached... that uneven skin tone on people of colour can not be treated successfully, she suggested microdermabrasion which I felt was the wrong suggestion as I was looking to treat uneven skin due to sun exposure, it was ignorant of her to conclude that “this is your skin.” I believe I know what my original skin tone is... it was very apparent that I had gotten tanned in the face/neck which is very common. I left the clinic purchasing a serum, but declining the microdermabrasion treatment. I will go to someone who knows how to treat ALL skin tones. I also found it quite disrespectful that Marianne kept asking if the payment price is okay for me. The receptionist is also selectively friendly which I’m not used to as I always come across the warmest receptionists in clinics.

They've made it as painless and easy as possible, and I recommend that anyone considering laser to pick these women to do it for you!

I had a consultation with one of your "Surgery Mothers" as she called herself. Dani was very easy to talk to and listened to everything I had to say. She answered all of my questions( I had a lot) with care and complete calmness. Her kindness was so apprecieated as this is such a delecate and costly procedure. I would highly recomend!

I had a treatment with Velina who was an absolute star! She was very friendly, helpful and chatty. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and advised me of things I could do to help keep my skin in good condition. I would definitely be happy to have Velina for every procedure!

I am an active client at Harley Medical and I am absolutely shocked at how poorly things are run. Seriously regretting my decision to join them. I have had roughly six cancellations with two of which I’ve been sent home once at the clinic. I’ve been left with voicemails whereby my appointments have been changed without my consent. Appalling and would not recommend them.

Abysmal customer service. Too many mess-ups to list. Unsafe equipment used. No results seen from Derma FNS treatment course- £800 wasted. I don't usually post reviews nor make a fuss but my experience was so utterly shambolic that I made a formal complaint to the company. AVOID Update I have still had no response from them whatsoever despite making a formal complaint in AUGUST. It is unacceptable that they can get away with this. They are not responding to any emails at all! Update I have still not heard back from my formal complaint in August!!!!

i chose Harley street and am so glad up to know i did , i am going for 2 operations on the 31 Jan a tummy tuck and a breast enlargement , due to only being very slim , and i can honestly say after reading these reviews it cant be the same place on Harley street i ve been going , number 6 right ??? ... well i must be the lucky one as from my first on phone consultation to know i would only give 6 stars , the staff at Harley street are lovely and friendly and have re assured me every time i have rang , my appointments have never ran late , i would like to personally thank Lucy for your patience and help to the present time , and cant wait for my appointment after my surgery to show of my new body , 6 stars from me , i suppose its how you treat people to how you get treated !!!1

They cancelled appointments last minute (after I was already in the waiting room), failed to call me back, and make it impossible to talk to any decision makers. I felt they didn't take medical decisions seriously and that I wouldn't be safe with them, so cancelled my surgery. All the promotional material says they care about getting to know you as a person and making sure they talk to you about what you want to change. Then they only allow you to talk to the surgeon once, for 15 minutes, before a major surgery costing £5000.

Waited 40 mins in reception because the receptionist hadn’t old the nurse I was there. And the only reason I am back here is because they didn’t get it right the first time around. I’m fed up with the sub standard service. You would think that the brand and associated price would deliver a certain quality of service. It doesn’t. I wish I’d read reviews before I’d chosen to go ahead with HMG.

I had surgery that did not go correctly in 2015. The Dr said he would not charge surgeon costs for a revision, as he wasn't happy with the job. However the clinic quoted me an astonishing price - nearly as much as the initial cost. They would not budge on the cost and would not provide a price breakdown. Nice juicy profit margin I guess! When i decided to go through their complaints procedure, a lady called Bernice Berry told me i was not entitled to go through their complaints procedure, but refused to write this in an email to me.

Unfortunately, without warning or even giving me a courtesy call, my file was archived as they changed their policy on how often you need to have treatments to keep your account valid. Due to this, I have lost hundreds of pounds worth of treatments. Terrible customer service.

False advertising! I saw this company on a tube ad and looked them up for breast enlargement. I was impressed by their high ratings on Google. Then I looked closer. It is not clear where this 4.5 out of 5 reviews are from. There are not 87 reviews from any reputable source. It appears they have set up a shop as an online seller and are displaying their rating for phone response and postage as their rating for breast enlargement. This is misleading and they would do well to clarify their position! *Update* if you did not know about the rating why would you post it? Should be taken off the page! Once again this is false advertising

Recently had my "broken" veins treated on my legs in preparation for the summer. I had been thinking I had about it for years but never got round to it, for one reason or another! Finally plucked up the courage and went for a consultation with the nurse, she made it seem so straight forward and not scary at all! The treatment had a bit of a kick to it but it felt fine afterwards. I am about to go and have my second treatment but there is already such an improvement to be seen. I am delighted that I won’t need to hide them beneath a sarong this year on the beach!

I had my breasts augmented back in 2004 by Harley medical group. I paid a lot more than most clinics as I was promised the best money could buy. My implants were supposed to be cohesive and could not leak even if they were cut in half. I was also told I could have them in for up to 30 years if I didn't suffer any chest trauma. I have since been told they are pip implants. All I have been offered is an apology and told I can PAY to have an mri scan to see if my implants are still intact! I can't afford to replace them so I have to put up with pain and fear for my life having them in my chest every day. I feel very let down.

I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend. At my initial appointment I was impressed with the care and information I was given so much so that I booked in for my operation in December 2012. After the operation I cannot fault the aftercare from the nurses at the practice especially Rebecca, who I phoned on numerous occasions for reassurance that everything was as it should be. All the staff that I have had contact with from the receptionist to the consultant over the last six months have given a very high standard of customer care. It felt much more personal than I expected.

I had my breast augmentation in 2006 as I was told that this company was the best. I paid more than most other clinics were offering for a quality implant. I learnt that my implants were in fact PIP's and basically mattress grade silicone is inside my body. Harley refused to help only offering a scan at a personal cost to me of around £500 and and removal and replacement for £4800. Do you want to go with a company that puts your health at risk and offers no solution to help you when your health is comprised?

I had rhinoplasty surgery done over 2 years ago. I still have a bump which i am not happy with. I went back to meet with my surgeon within the 2 year time frame that was given to be told that he thinks my nose looks fine and that he's not going to operate on it again. He was very dismissive and disagreed with everything that i said. Prior to meeting him, I met with a lady from their Wimbledon branch who agreed that there was still a bump and that if I’m not happy then the surgeon would be happy to help. I traveled over 2 hours to meet the surgeon and as you can probably gauge i was very upset and disappointed to have spent over £5000 and still not be happy with my nose. The surgeon was generally nice and polite, just felt that he couldn't be bothered to operate again as it's more hassle for him which is a shame. I feel that Harley Street shouldn't offer a 2 year cover if the surgeons are not happy to re-do or amend a procedure. I will now have to pay another company a further £5000 to have my bump removed which I very isn't unacceptable considering they're a big firm.

Abysmal service! I booked in for a consultation and sat in the waiting room for almost an hour. I enquired at the front desk as to why the appointment was taking so long, only to be told that the receptionist 'forgot' to book me in to their computer system, TWICE. Once when I arrived and the second time when I handed back my medical history questionaire five minutes later. To then be asked to wait a further 5 minutes, which then became 15. Only to have the practice manager come over to me and ask me to wait another "5 minutes". Disgusting service. This company is obviously so big and all about the $$$ that they don't give a toss about the patients themselves. You're better off finding a smaller practice for procedures.

I have had a full course of laser hair removal done at HMG, to armpits and bikini line, and I can honestly say that the results have been excellent. From start to finish, consultancy to final treatment, all staff were very professional and very friendly. They assured me and took the time to fully explain both procedure and after care when I first approached them. I had the same nurse throughout the series of treatments which greatly filled me with confidence as she was so easy to get along with, and of course knew all of my requirements from the off. I have never had a problem booking in my next appointment for the required time between sessions and now have the confidence that I can book in for a top-up session if the odd rogue hair does pop up. I have a couple of friends that have had Laser Hair removal done at other non-HMG places and have had both bad experiences and non-satisfactory results, not to mention the lack of after-care they received. And so I wholeheartedly recommend Harley Med to them, as I certainly would to anyone else considering Laser Hair Removal. Girls (and boys) trust me, it's worth it. (Hence why this review is so glowing). Very pleased. Thank you.

I had a Rhinoplasty done, after years of wanting a nose reshape. I saw the consultant and he was extremely professional, we discussed the whole procedure and what was possible. This filled me with confidence and I signed up for the op, some days later. Patient care within the hospital was really good - the nurses really looked after me and nothing was too much trouble. After the surgery, i was really pleased with the results. I saw the consultant again 6 weeks post op, i feel great about the final result now it's totally settled. I would say HMG were professional throughout and communication was generally at a high level. I would recommend them to friends, in fact my girlfriend has now had treatment through their company and is also very pleased with results!

I waited a year and a half to write this review because, frankly, it's been a difficult journey and writing one up wasn't exactly a priority. Now that I am healed, healthy, and clear of mind, I see how important it is to review Mr. Sarakbi, since when I started on this path I too scoured for any nugget of reassurance. I hope this brings you some comfort. The decision to get a bilateral prophylactic mastectomy isn't one I approached lightly. I spoke to my family, a geneticist, my GP, an oncologist, and four separate plastic surgeons (who specialised in this field) both in the UK and in the US before determining this was what I needed to do—and once I had reconciled myself to it, I dove in head first. Mr. Sarakbi was always direct and honest in his approach with me. I admit that in the beginning there were some concessions I was unwilling to make regarding the reconstruction, but he patiently explained the reasoning behind his recommendations and even told me to take a couple of weeks to think it over. It's scary—having your breasts removed and rebuilt—and I needed all the time and information I could collect. Ultimately, I went forward and heeded his advise, and am grateful for it. The surgery, and how I look a year and a half later, far exceeded even my (secretly hopeful) expectations. I look normal in clothing. Even better, I look normal in lingerie. In swimsuits. In front of the mirror when I'm draped in a towel. Yes, there's scaring (and I haven't had my nipples reconstructed...yet), but my breasts are symmetrical and, as the scars slowly fade, I can see that the end game will be worth it. My fear of getting breast cancer is gone and when I look at myself I see a strong, healthy, happy, and beautiful woman. Mr. Sarakbi is an absolute professional, a skilled surgeon, and something of a miracle worker. I'd highly recommend him to anyone in the same situation.

I have only positive things to say about the Harley Medical Group - having had both laser hair removal (to face and underarms) and dermaroller treatments, both treatments have been hugely successful and the service I received from the initial consultation to the delivery of treatments has been both personable and efficient, especially in comparison to other clinics I have visited. I would highly recommend them and intend to have further treatments here.

Don't go here, whatever you do. The staff are incompetent and rude. They always seem to get your appointments mixed up. And offer absolutely no compensation what so ever. It has taken them 2 years to complete my course of a year. And after completion I can barely see the results. They also burned my skin, and don't seem to care much about that. They are completely overpriced for the absolutely atrocious service they offer.

Avoid this clinic, especially the staff name Nina, she is not responding calls after the surgery. She said she booked an appointment for me to see my doctor but when I arrived the clinic I went to the reception and the staffs told me she didn't book this appointment for me. Very terrible service, I will not recommend this clinic. One of my friend did a surgery at this clinic but she needs to do another revision surgery and she also served by the staff- Nina(same person), my friend called many times to ask the surgery date then she didn't give her an answer and keep skipping her calls or dont want to answer the call. My friend have been waiting since March until now they still havent give her a date. Ladies, I will not recommend this clinic. We trusted them but this is not the service that we deserve for . Made me so disappointed.

Atrocious customer service. I was left to wait almost an hour then the receptionist eventually phoned the patient coordinator who for some reason presumed I didn't show, despite me sitting in the waiting area since my allocated appointment time. I contacted the complaints office who didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my email. I received emails saying they were "out of office" last month and still have not heard a word!

I'm getting absolutely sick of this place, can anyone please recommend somewhere reliable? My "course" of three dermaroller treatments have been going on for almost a year now. I've had two and every time I go there is some fiasco, I can't count how many times I've attended for me to be told they can't carry out the treatment. On one occasion I sat with the cream on my face for an hour before I was told they couldn't proceed! Today I arrived on time to be told I was l had the time wrong. When I told the receptionist that I had an email to prove that the time was correct she asked me to show it to her. As I was looking at my phone to retrieve the email a woman called Bummi came along and told the receptionist that, indeed, I was in the wrong and that they would have to reschedule. As I tried to explain that I was looking for an email with the time she told me she didn't care as the woman who sent it to me (Gemma) no longer worked there so it was irrelevant. How did she know who sent me the email without asking me?!! I called customer services 3 times after this and they kept hanging up. Eventually I was told by one of their agents (Sophia) that according to her records, I had the time correct. I asked if she could tell me what the company protocol was on reimbursing customers for travel expenses and time taken off work. How could she know she asked?! She only works there!! Put it into writing to the manager Gemma she says. Hold on, hasn't Gemma left so says Bummi?! Completely shambolic, I hate this place. And for the record the treatment has left me with worse skin than before I started - it makes your skin break out in terrible spots and I still have scars from these since the last treatment in June...Why did I even bother trying to get my moneys worth today? HATE!!!

The fillers injected to my lines between nose and mouth (Teosyal puresense deep lines) raised the skin immediately and these lines are hardly visible now. The filler injected between my eye brows and scare on my forehead (Teosyal 30G touch up) has also helped to reduce the lines between my eye brows. The scare on my forehead is reduced, but still visible, which I expected. The staff were friendly, knowIedgeable, explained the procedure to me before proceeding and ensured that I was completely comfortable, which gave me confidence in them carrying out the treatment. I was impressed with the computer analysis done pre treatment. Overall in my book they rate ten out of ten and so I would highly recommend 'The Harley Medical Group' to others.

Had pip implants put in in 2005. These have ruptured leaving dangerous silicone flowing around my body for the past 10 years. Harley refuse to remove them. This needs to be sorted ASAP
