Stefano Cotrufo M.D. Ph.D EBOPRAS

Dr Stefano Cotrufo was remarkable throughout. My surgery was a 3rd revision septorhinoplasty which I discussed with Stefano for a year before undertaking the procedure. I had a number of major concerns around fixing what was quite a agravated breathing problem but also altering the shape and appearance of my nose as a result of the required procedure. Dr. Stefano listened and advised in great detail over the year that we discussed my case in order to arrive at a sugery plan that we were both comfortable with. The case itself was extremely challenging in that 1) revision Septorhinoplasty is probably the most difficult procedure in cosmetic plastic surgery; a 3rd revision, due to the amount of scar tissue, is the highest level of complexity and there are very few surgeons who can perform this in the UK and Europe 2) Stefano achieved an outstanding improvement of breathing function, nose shape and facial balance that looks extremely natural. Even on the day of my surgery I was able to breathe much better and six weeks on (as I write this) with at least 85% of the swelling gone, the breathing continues to improve and the cosmetic result is also very pleasing. I am extremely picky about quality and my looks (as we all probably are when it comes to such a central feature as one’s nose) but I cannot recommend Dr Cotrufo highly enough. My daughter has a similar issue and I will absolutely be using Stefano for her case too. Impeccably friendly, professional and caring too as are his staff.

Dr. Cotrufo runs in my opinion the best clinic in London and always treats the patient as a person whilst offering the best in expertise and experience.

I had scalp reduction surgery in June 2017 performed by Dr Cotrufo. I could not thank him enough for the excellent results and after care. I am grateful for the care of the entire team at the hospital during and after the surgery. I have since then seen Dr Cotrufo several times to ensure proper recovery. I was given an option between one major surgery or several smaller surgeries staggered every 9 months to 1 year. I have chosen the later as it fitted my expectations better. I highly recommend him for similar procedures.

I went to Dr Cotrufo for a breast augmentation. He was patient and attentive to my needs and demands. I was able to book surgery fairly quickly and it went perfectly. The result is natural looking and the cut was tiny.I was in touch with him regularly during the recovery and he would call me if he didn't hear from me to check that I was ok. Dr Cotrufo is gives extra safe recommendations for the recovery and is always available when you have concerns. I would recommend him and consult him again anytime.

Dr Cotrufo is a brilliant surgeon;I was particularly impressed with how thorough and patient he was in answering questions & educating me about the procedure I wanted to do including suitability or otherwise,pros/cons,etc during my first consultation. The surgery went well,I am highly satisfied with my result and in recovery now(4 weeks),I have had follow-up appointments since then,Dr Cotrufo is still as patient and professional as ever;painstakingly answering any questions no matter how silly! l have absolute confidence in him and would highly recommend his services.

DR Stefano is honestly the best cosmetic surgeon in Europe. I had a Brazilian butt lift and a breast reduction last year which left me practically botched, my biggest regret is not finding out about Dr Stefano earlier, I had my first surgery done in Harley street but I ended up hating my results, my breast reduction scars were so bad and I had complications after my surgery. The old surgeon did not only rush all my consultations with him but I believe he also rushed the surgery. Dr Stefano has honestly reshaped my entire body. Dr stefano listened to all my complaints and we achieve exactly what I wanted. I am so in love with my body. A revision surgery is always really hard to correct, but he did his best, he gives you a more realistic shape with a tiny waist which is what every lady wants. 1 thing I must say I admire about him is how he truly cares about his patience, most surgeons are only about the money. He checked up on me three times after my procedure and that just tells you he actually cares about how you're doing. I will be going back to Dr Stefano in January for a breast reduction revision. I honestly wish I had gone with Dr Stefano the first time around and that is just something I will always regret because I would have honestly saved so much money. I will always recommend Dr Stefano to anyone thinking of getting any cosmetic procedure because not only is he the best in Europe but his techniques are different and you definitely scarless.

I am a 23 year old male, and Dr. Cotrufo performed a revision rhinoplasty on myself. As a brief summary of the below, this was my 3rd Rhinoplasty and 1st with Dr. Cotrufo, (this gives you an idea of how delicate/how many issues my nose had prior to meeting with Dr. Cotrufo) I will say that I am very happy with the results and couldnt be more pleased with the communication/service of not only Dr. Cotrufo, but his Patient Co-ordination team aswell who are available virtually 24/7 throughout the pre surgery and post-op process. My first Rhinoplasty was performed by a different surgeon 4 years prior and was to reduce a dorsal hump and to reduce the size of my nasal tip. Although the hump on my nose seen from a side profile was fixed, I was left with a new issue which was a hanging columella and still quite a large tip even after a year of healing. I then had a 2nd surgery performed by the same surgeon to correct the hanging tip/columella. This was done under local anaesthetic and essentially only minor results were achieved because of this. My hanging columella was reduced by about 20%, however was still significantly large, as was my overall nose/tip area and nostril width. After my dissatisfaction with the previous surgeon and results, I decided to let my nose heal and did not begin searching for surgeons until 3 years later (2019) to have my 3rd surgery (2nd revision). It is important that you have consultations with at least 2 different potential surgeons before a decision is made. When I had my initial Consultation with Dr Cotrufo, I was very at ease as we spoke in detail about my previous rhinoplasty experiences and what I felt the problem with my nose was. Dr Cotrufo was very understanding and calm, and made me aware of managing my expectations, something the previous surgeon did not do. This was integeral as this was my 3rd surgery, and I needed to be made aware of all of the possible outcomes which Dr. Cotrufo clearly laid out. Particularly, I was given the option to think about him also performing an alar base reduction (nostril width reduction) which would make my nose more symmetrical afer the columella was fixed. We went back and forth on this and after careful consideration I decided that this was something that I wanted to also do, to which Dr. Cotrufo agreed to and understood aswell. It was nice to have rapport with my surgeon and that he was able to tell me exactly what he could do, how he would do it and allowed me to express my thoughts and disagreements, something my previous surgeon did not do. After I made the choice to have Dr. Cotrufo perform my surgery, I was given a simulation of what my nose would potentially look like after the surgery. Essentially a simulated before and after picture. Although its important to say that the results will not be 100% exactly like the simulation, it is an indication of what Dr. Cotrufo will strive for. I am personally very satisfied and pleasantly surprised with my results compared to the simulation, as it looks almost identical to what the simulation aimed to achieve! The entire process was very quick, from the first consultation to the surgery it was within 2-3 weeks. I had met Dr. Cotrufo 3 times before the actual surgery to finalise/discuss the details of my surgery, and if I had any questions himself and his patient coordinators would be in contact instantly via Whatsapp or Regular text message or email. . The aftercare and follow up appointments have also been very efficiently planned and helpful in me minimising the swelling/scarring I had after the surgery. Within a week the cast was off and a week after this the tape was removed. I felt back to normal within a week or so. I cant recommend Dr. Cotrufo enough for what he’s been able to achieve and for how pleased I am with the results. He was able to achieve exactly what he was able to communicate as well as being a very attentive and great revision rhinoplasty surgeon overall.

Around 5 years ago I suffered from a trauma to my nose that left me with a twisted nose for many years. My confidence in my appearance was affected heavily by this experience and I never had the courage to go through with a surgery, as I was afraid of making such a dramatic change to my face. I have been one of Dr Cotrufo's patients for just over a year now and I can confidently say he is one of the best cosmetic doctors I have ever come across. As I was afraid to go through with a full rhinoplasty, I decided to get fillers to hide the damage caused on my nose. The experience with Dr Cotrufo was phenomenal and I would have never believed that just a filler can create such a dramatic, yet natural change to the appearance of my nose and overall face. I would highly recommend Dr Cotrufo to anyone who wishes to get this procedure done as his attention to detail is impeccable and will certainly give you results you will not regret.

I decided to have Botox injections to reduce the size of my calf (which has been a long running concern of mine) Googling I read, in Asia, calf reduction surgery was a possible option but this seem too expensive and risky a procedure to invest in. Though this is quite a common surgery, the thought that the effects would be irreversible and a noticeable scar would be left were just a few things that made me look for an alternative solution. I have undergone 3 rounds of calf injections now and have found the experience very easy, promising and much more accessible. The procedure only took around 5-10min. with minimal pain (a bee sting at most), side effects I experienced were a dull ache and slight bruising at best if not, none at all and best of all I got on with my day immediately afterwards with no downtime needed. I saw visible results within a week and I am pleased to see, overall, a long term improvement in my calf shape as well as size. Although the results need to be maintained the frequency I understand will reduce with time. It is a pity that this procedure is so under rated!

After the birth of my twins, I had a severe case of Diastasis recti which made my tummy bulge with so much excess skin. I wasn’t happy with the way my tummy looked so I started doing my research on how to correct it. I was apprehensive at first about going under the knife because of some of the horrid stories I heard about it but meeting Dr Cotrufo made me feel at ease, he paid really good attention to all my concerns even when I told him I didn’t want a blood transfusion during the surgery( which was quite tricky as I was anaemic) but Dr Cotrufo being a brilliant surgeon did my tummy tuck miraculously without a blood transfusion. My results were excellent and his assistant Wiesje was so pleasant and supportive throughout the entire process. I would recommend this genius surgeon to anyone who wants to get flawless results.

Dr Cotrufo has reshaped my nose for me, after sitting and discussing the issue with him, he was very understanding and explained everything clearly he visually showed me what he was planning on doing which made it easier for me as a patient and in turn made it more comforting. He was really friendly and maintained professional throughout our meetings. I would really recommend Dr Cotrufo to those who require a surgeon, he was absolutely brilliant.

He is very polite and caring but I had a lipo with him and my skin is completely irregular and it’s not even. I paid so much money, don’t even want to think about how expensive it was. I will have to say it wasn’t worth it and I wish I did more research and unless you have a big problem DONT do lipo just diet! It’s not worth it. This is not my real name but this is a real review.

After being diagnosed with breast cancer at 35 and being faced with a single mastectomy I decided on a form of surgery (DIEP) which offered immediate reconstruction using my own tissue from my tummy to avoid using an implant. The downside of the surgery is that it is extremely specialist and very dependant on the skill of the surgeon to produce a good end result. My surgery went extremely well with full recovery (back to the gym!) in 6 weeks and I am absolutely delighted with the result. My reconstructed breast matches my remaining one perfectly in size, shape and feel and is indistinguishable from it when wearing a bra or swimming costume. The scar on my abdomen where the donor tissue was removed is neat, low and flat. I am hugely grateful to Dr Cotrufo for allowing me to retain a 'normal' figure when I was convinced that my body would be entirely ruined. I plan to visit Dr Cotrufo again for the nipple reconstruction and scar augmentation which will complete my surgery once my active treatment for cancer has finished. I would happily recommend Dr Cotrufo to anyone considering breast reconstruction either after mastectomy or immediate.

Wow, what an amazing Surgeon. This is my first surgery and I feel like I have had he best experience I could possibly get from a surgeon and procedure. I had a few concerns before and after and Dr Cotrufo helped me through them as soon as a contacted him. I am very happy with the surgery I went ahead with and there were no complications and the result is great. He is a very professional individual and I believe that I will be contacting him in the future for other procedures including Botox :)

Extremely happy with my surgery results. Had revision liposuction and fat transfer and the results have exceeded my expectations by far. My decision to go ahead with Rhinoplasty with Dr Stefano Cotrufo was the best decision i ever made. From the very beginning he was incredibly informative, kept my expectations realistic and was very supportive. As i am quite young (18 years old) he made sure i understood what it meant having this procedure done and also fully involved my mother when it came to making the final decision to go ahead. I've always struggled with the appearance of my nose from a very young age but i was always so scared of having Rhinoplasty done. Dr Cotrufo made this a lot more digestible as he explained the process to me so well and it wasn't scary at all! I also felt very little pain during my healing process. I am 6 month post op, my nose is settling very well and it looks amazing!!!. its so natural yet so beautiful, i cant believe it was hiding under my old nose this whole time. I cant thank this man enough. The aftercare has been fantastic, any time i have needed an appointment/ check up or even just had questions it was sorted out so quickly. We could have not asked for more, we met Dr Cotrufo when my father was diagnosed with skin cancer end last year. He needed two surgeries and all the steps prior the surgeries were carefully explained to my father. Septorhinoplasty I would like to begin by saying how thankful I am to have found Dr Cotrufo. I was very scared to do a septorhinoplasty, however after years of difficulty breathing and disliking my nose, I decided to finally get it done. Dr Cotrufo exactly told me how he would operate on my nose and was very professional. Leading up to surgery, I was able to contact him for any queries I had which was very reassuring. It was very difficult to breathe through my nose and it had a bump which I disliked. Now that I have seen the results (3weeks post op) I am more than happy! I can breathe very well and my nose looks very natural on my face. The surgery itself went very smoothly and I had 24 hour care! I used the professional services of Dr Cotrufo and I am totally satisfied with the experience had. My problem was a very insignificant one (i.e.: removal of a lipoma from the interior side of my lip), but I was impressed by the way he made me totally comfortable and how I did not even realised he was actually operating me. I guess he immediately detected that I was very nervous (I never fancied hospitals/clinics and I am terrified about surgeries), so he started talking to me to make me feel comfortable. After receiving the local anesthetic, which was not noticed, he literally spent approximately one or two minutes in extracting the lipoma and stitched the area. The stitches went out in a couple of days without need to have a further visit, my lip is now fine and there are no trace on it. He was so quick and 'strategic' in his actions that I did not even noticed that he started the operation. Based on my experience and on the overwhelming positive reviews seen I would definitely consider him again.

My first visit I was very unsure and nervous Dr Cotrufo was very pleasant took the time in talking me through the procedure .The day of my surgery from the minute of arrival was just beautiful, the location the staff & most of all Dr Cotrufo, who on the day check with me before to make sure I was comfortable & also several times again after my procedure, my result is amazing, so much so I am now getting ready to go though with my second make over. I met Dr Cotrufo after several recommendations from former colleagues. I used to be a swimwear model but getting older and having a baby couldn't get rid of the flanks had developed after pregnancy. I did not really do much research online as I knew quite a few girls who d had vaser liposuction to keep their figure perfect so after asking around I knew dr Cotrufo was the person to go to. I'm so so excited about the result, going back to the figure I had a few years ago. Ofcourse nothing can substitute a good diet and exercise ( I Work out 4 times/week) but even then, I could not achieve the results I have now. I knew Vaser liposuction results were really good but I did not expect it to be so easy. I only had 2 areas (flanks & outer thighs) done so my downtime was really minimal (after 3 days I was picking my boy up from nursery) almost no bruising and yes a little bit of swelling but my clothes still fit. I had the procedure a few weeks ago so looking very much forward to the beach in a few weeks! On a side note: the hospital was super clean, in Harley street and all my consultations were also always in Harley Street, with Dr Cotrufo which was really reassuring. I had a bbl two years ago with a well known surgeon in Harley St. but I was disatisfied with the results as my bum didn't look prominent enough. This is why I went to a consultation with Dr Cotrufo with hopes that I still had some fat left to transfer (I am already quite thin and I had been told by other surgeons that I didn't have enough fat to do another BBL). But Dr. Cotrufo very quickly understood what I was looking for and we both agreed in what could be done. He took a long time to analyse my body and my concerns with the attention to detail of an artist. And most important, he listened to me until we 100% agreed of what would be the ideal result. I researched the bbl extensively and initially booked to do it in Spain before getting put off by their inconsistent pre-op admin. Then I saw another surgeon in Knightsbridge who is a well known name in the field. After reading his reviews, I chickened out as the previous clients said the results were not great. I saw Dr Stefano and instantly felt in good hands. I was reassured by the fact that he understood what I wanted. He didn’t try to push me to get as much work done as possible, in fact he told me not to touch an area as that could lead to needing more work in future- who ever heard of a surgeon passing up an opportunity to charge you more?!! He knew his stuff though as nearly 2 months on, I’m delighted with the results. He and his staff are attentive, easy to reach, always there to reassure you and genuinely good at their job. If you’re after a BBL in England, based on my own experience and opinion, you’re in the right hands. After seeing my results, a friend is going to Dr Stefano. Good luck ladies!

Nose Reshaping. For years I was unhappy with the shape of my nose. I had damaged it as a child and it was never looked at. Meeting Dr Cotrufo made the decision to have it reshaped very easy. He explained everything in great detail, he drew out what he was trying to achieve and made me feel very comfortable with the decision I had made. I could not commend Dr cutrufo and his team enough the process from start to finish With the Dr and his team was impeccable. I had been researching the procedure of the buccal fat pad removal for some time before finding Dr cotrufo . I had been researching for a substantial amount of time online for a surgeon Who had an extensive background and experience in this procedure. After reading many great reviews about Dr cotrufo’s work my mind was made up and I booked my first consultation. After my first consultation I see that the Dr was very passionate about his work and patients results. Dr cotrufo has a great concern for his patients he was more concerned for my health then actually carrying out the procedure and lining his pockets. Dr cotrufo pays very close attention and will carry out a very specific analysis before any procedure he will look at every aspect from every angle of which he had one concern with me , Dr cotrufo made sure this was rectified before proceeded any further so rather then him taking a risk and carrying out my procedure he said countless times Josh your health is more important to me let's make sure we are 100% ready for the procedure, rather then the Dr just going ahead with the procedure my health was his main concern which to me meant allot knowing that Dr cotrufo cared about me as a patient I wasn't just another person walking through the door for surgery. After my 3 consultations and the health issue rectified I was ready to proceed with the procedure. I was booked in at a hospital on Harley street where I was looked after to an extremely high standard the day of the surgery the team at the hospital and Dr cotrufo were unbelievably supporting the service was just impeccable . Throughout this procedure I always felt at ease and in very safe hands , the procedure of the buccal fat pad removal went very well and took around 45 minutes in surgery it was very painless and I was under a local anaesthetic. After the procedure was carried out the after care was just as impeccable as to be expected from a team of such high standard. I accidentally lost my prescription antibiotics the same day of my procedure , at 7.30pm I called the Dr and explained my situation Dr cotrufo done he's upmost to make sure I could collect another prescription straight away from a local chemist I cannot stress how much this man takes care of his patients he will go to all stops to insure you are a priority. After 1 week I had my first post op consolation and the Dr was very happy with the way things were healing , 2 weeks later today 20/3/19 I returned for my 2nd post op consolation , I walked in the door and Dr cotrufo was instantly smiling and extremely happy with how the healing process had gone , I was also very happy with the results I was noticing changes dialy in my face as the swelling reduced , even just 3 weeks after the surgery the noticeable changes are incredible. Why I had he surgery done ? A few simple reasons I was very unhappy in my self with how I looked I could diet and lose the superficial fat yet still look full in the cheek area , I didn't like to look in the mirror or have photos taken as I felt very heavy and full in the face especially around the lower cheek area. I could not recommend the procedure enough if you feel how I did above then I would recommend you visit Dr cotrufo for this procedure. I am excited to see my final results once I am completely healed and all the swelling is reduced. I would just like to say a massive thankyou to Dr cotrufo and his team for looking after me from start to finish with there upmost attention. Two weeks ago ( 07.2017) I had a liposuction& fat transfer to buttock, and it's the best thing I ever done ???????? After having a baby 18 months ago, I was left with an umbilical hernia and diastasis recti of 11cm apart. I’ve not had the best experiences in the past with other plastic surgeons so I was nervous finding a surgeon that I could trust. After my first consultation with Dr Cotrufo, I immediately knew he was the best person to do perform my abdominalplasty. He was very professional, I didn’t feel rushed, he listened to my concerns and was very informative about the procedure. The day of my surgery I felt relaxed and comfortable. I was expecting to feel nervous but I knew I was in good hands. After my surgery I was happy to see Dr Cotrufo several times, bedside manner means a lot to me. The aftercare is amazing, it was comforting to have a scheduled follow up appointment the week after the surgery with Dr Cotrufo to check on the progress and to take out the drains. In the past, I’ve experienced not so great aftercare with other surgeons were follow ups will be weeks after, and this was where complications developed. I never felt alone during this recovery, his patient coordinator Wiesje was absolutely lovely, she answered all my questions and was very attentive throughout the whole process. I am now 6 weeks post-op and I’m very impressed by the results, the swelling is going down and my stomach is getting flatter. The incision scar is healing nicely. My first meeting with Dr Cotrufo I wasn't too sure, as I was transferred to him for aftercare from another doctor. Dr Cotrufo deals with many parts of the body in the plastic surgery world. After giving me the aftercare I started to discuss with him about my arms, which is a part of his specialties. I finally decided that I was going to go and see Dr Cotrufo to have the brachioplasty done, as I was in doubt about having this done overseas, where holiday insurance etc. doesn't cover you and for the aftercare and the main factor is a lot of there doctors and nurses cant speak English. Being born in London this would put a question mark in your mind. For those reading I now wouldn't recommend that. Having my surgery with Dr Stefano Cotrufo was the most concrete decision I have ever made. This man isn't just good he is a genius. I am so so happy with my result with what this guy promised to do and he did it to PERFECTION. You only live once and if you are going to have some surgery done to make yourself look good or feel better please don't get it messed up by saving a few pounds because you don't want to regret it after. Go to the man who knows. Away from Dr Cotrufo's professional skills in plastic surgery, I love the fact of his skills in how he takes care of his patients. He spends time with you, more time and more time. Before the surgery he makes sure that every little detail in the procedure is 100% correct and his aftercare is even better. He will see you and make sure you are recovering. I am so amazed that I was talking to this doctor on his mobile phone and discussing some matters and he was advising me what to do. I had a thigh lift and under eye bags removed, about 4 weeks ago. I have had one procedure before by another surgeon, but my experience has been totally different. Dr Cotrufo, exceeded all expectations, as he seems to have personal touch with his patients, the surgery went well with minimum bruising and with in 3 weeks I was running again. Dr Cotrufo actually appears to care about the recovery of his patients, till my first appointment after the surgery which was about 10 days, he text and called every day to see how I was progressing and to answer any questions I had. If I was to send him pictures he would immediately respond, this is what you call customer service. I am now having Vaser liposuction so that the fat can be injected into my buttocks, his prices are very reasonable and as I have already experienced his work, I can safely say I am in the best hands of a top surgeon. Thank you Doc for amazing results and the care you provided. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family, because of my own personal experience.

Dear, I already have done a lot of plastic surgery, Before I even met Dr Cotrufo, unfortunately for my self, it all went wrong. I guess I had bad luck with the surgeons, they where not very good. I had a messed up nose, messed up breast, messed up lips from silicon and on top of that I only had one butt- implant left in my butt. I was feeling so down, I was so ashamed for my look, it really touched me in the deepest part of my soul to walk around with this messed up look. But I always kept my faith that one day, I could be decent and good looking again. I have met Dr Cotrufo true a friend of my, she was feeling sorry for me, and thats why she recommended Dr Cotrufo because she knew that he could help me out. And he certainly did. He fixed my nose, my breast, my lips and my butt into something decent and good looking again. I know it all was very difficult procedures because I already had done 2 nose breast lips and butt implant procedures before with different surgeons, but they all messed it up so badly, so it is kind of a miracle for me, that now everything is good looking again :-) I am more then happy with the results I even have a boyfriend now. I had scalp advancement last week which was performed by Dr Cotrufo. He was very professional and caring. I felt that I was involved in the decision making process from the start. My surgery went well ..still have the bandage on though but I can't wait to see the result.. I will post a review at a later stage when bandage and stitches are removed :) I would like also to mention the excellent patient service ( pre and post op service) that was provided by Claudia De Kerpel who made sure to reply to my emails even after the clinic hours .. I would highly recommend Dr Cotrufo.. highly skilled surgeon and superb patient service .. Who wants more ?!

Amazing experience! Breast Implant Renewal, Vaser Neck Lift and a Brazilian Butt Lift, all thanks to Dr Cortufo. I first had the pleasure of meeting Dr Cortufo in 2016 when he changed over my breast implants which I had done 8 years before in Italy. The results were fantastic and realistic. I am an ex model and very slim, also a fitness fanatic but the curves I never obtained and the little amount of fat I had, was in the wrong places. I was told by other surgeons I was too slim to have good results from a BBL but after my consultation with Dr Cortufo he promised me that I would not recognise my body after. So I travelled to London, and I had vaser neck lift and a bbl 3 weeks ago which I am delighted with. Not only is Dr Cortufo an amazing surgeon he is also very caring, patient and focused on what you dream your body to become. Dr Cortufo’s aftercare has also been exceptional. If I could give 10 stars I would.

My Brazilian butt lift experience with Dr Stefano Cotrufo has been absolutley amazing from start to finish. I researched so many surgeons and Dr Cotrufo's name kept coming up for body contouring and cosmetic plastic surgery. I initially thought Harley Street might be too expensive for me, which is why I hesitated at first, but it was the best decision ever. The level of professionalism, experience, care and thoroughness of Dr Cotrufo was so much higher then anywhere else. I came to see him 3 times in his clinic in Harley Street. He explained carefully and clearly what was possible to achieve by using VASER rather than traditional liposuction. I initially wanted to do liposuction to arms flanks and outer thighs without a fat transfer to the buttock but Dr advised (and showed me in a picture) that the result with adding a small amount of fat would be much nicer. I am so glad I followed his advice! The hospital was very clean, modern and the staff super friendly. I stayed overnight, saw Dr Cotrufo when I woke up and went home in a taxi (sitting on my knees :-) ) after breakfast! I went from a oldish looking bum to a perky, round but not too big one giving an overall very natural hourglass look! My arms and knees now are much slimmer and I can’t even see any of the skin incisions! I have been sharing my pictures with my friends who now want the same surgery but if I would not have told them it would just look like I naturally have this amazing JLo body! The first week after the procedure, I did not even need all my painkillers, and was walking (carefully) around the house, up & down the stairs, cooking within 24hrs. Dr Cotrufo called personally to check up on me and I have been in touch with his assistant Wiesje regularly for advise on garments, post op massages and anything else. It has been wonderful to have total peace of mind throughout my first cosmetic surgery procedure and to know that I can always talk to someone if I need help or advice. I went to Sr Stefanie Cotrufo to get lip fillers , he is very kind and listened to what look I wanted to achieve, I have natural thin lips and previously had them done before but was not happy with the result, Dr Stefano used 1ml in my lips and made them plump and I noticed a different straight away and even after the swelling went down I was still happy, I had a follow up 6 weeks later (today) and had 0.5 in my top lip because I like my lips to look big and full, he put me at ease because I'm quite nervous with needles and was on the chair no longer than 10 minutes and yet again the end result is fab!! I'll deffo be going back for more and reccomending to friends etc, thankyou for my new lips! Very happy girl!!

Dr Cotrufo is amazing, he helps me correct my gummy smile keeping a very natural smile ! I also had filler to plump my lips it looks very natural ! I will definitely recommend him.

I have recently just had surgery with Dr Cotrufo. I had fat transfer from my back, flanks and upper arms to my buttocks and hips also from under my chin but that wasn't used for the transfer. The type of liposuction was Vaser what is recommended for better overall skin tightening and less agressive than normal liposuction. I wanted a more fuller, firmer buttock I also wanted a smaller waist and hips, not a lot to ask for! Dr Cotrufo was very reassuring on my consultation and made me feel at ease about the procedure. I can honestly say I never imagined the results would be as amazing as they are! When I came around after surgery Dr Cotrufo was there and reassured me everything went to plan what I was happy to hear. When I looked at my results that night I thought I had imagined what I saw, I couldn't believe I finally had hips and a peachy bum! I was no longer straight up/ down I had that smaller waist and finally some shape to my body! I have been so amazed by the results from this fat transfer I cannot stop looking at it!I would highly recommend anyone thinking of getting this procedure done to go to Dr Cotrufo, he has not only has changed my body but my confidence I am very grateful. I think it is also very good service that he provides in the way you can call him or text with any concerns. Dr Stefano Cotrufo is one of the best plastic surgeon I’ve ever been in my life. He does any type of facial surgical reconstruction but also amazing non surgical treatments like Botox or dermal filler. I had some Botox done in his surgery and the all process was impeccable. Top top top!!!! I will definitely recommend dr cotrufo to all my friends interesting in Botox and other non surgical procedure that can give people the confidence and the look they are looking for. I know now how I can trust to refer all my patients that are interesting in some excellence facial aesthetic work.
