From a very young age I have been self conscious and paranoid about my very 'round' face shape, I have tried many things in the past such as jaw exercises and losing weight, however no matter how much weight I lost my face shape still remained quite round/square which made me look chubby. I found Dr Cotrufo on the internet and booked a consultation with him to originally undergo buccal fat removal. When i met with Dr Cotrufo he made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed, I told him what issues I've had with my face shape and that i would like to slim my face down so I was looking into the Buccal fat removal surgery, Dr Cotrufo examined my face, and told me about masseter botox, which is a safe and reliable procedure which has less down time than the surgery... and also a lot cheaper! The botox was injected very gently and didn't cause any pain surprisingly. After the procedure Dr Cotrufo carefully explained all the after care I needed and told me when i would be able to see visible results. After 3 weeks my face looked drastically slimmer and progressively slimmed down till the 6th week. My cheekbones are very prominent, and my jawline looks impressively defined. I would strongly recommend undergoing Masseter botox if you have a round undefined face shape, and 100% recommend Dr Cotrufo as he is amazing at what he does!

The procedure I was looking for was a Tummy Tuck coupled with Lipo and fat graft to buttocks for a BBL. It was a complex combination from a recovery point of view. Following a year’s worth of research which included consultations with 4 different Harley St surgeons and 1 Spain based, I met Dr. Cotrufo. Dr. Cotrufo on my first consultation very quickly recognised my nervous enthusiasm. He put me at ease and answered every single question no matter how silly. Following this first consultation I researched more about Dr. Cotrufo. Aside from real-self where most are paying private patients, I researched wider and came across reviews from NHS (National Health Service) patients that Dr. Cotrufo had worked with. Some of these reviews were from people who had undergone complex reconstructive surgery as a result of cancer. The patient spoke of how delighted they were with a natural looking scar free outcome. These were reviews that mattered to me personally; coming from non-paying patients speaking highly of a Dr’s craft. Dr Cotrufo stood out from others I had met on Harley Street for his sense of duty of care towards his patients as opposed to others that saw me as a paying customer. I felt safe and reassured that I was in very capable hands. I booked my surgery for 6th of December 2017. Everything went to plan and I was home following a two-night stay at the hospital. Soon after surgery I was surprised at how little pain and discomfort I felt after a combination procedure on 3 different areas of my body. I found that this procedure was far less painful compared to the episiotomy I had during labour. At day 3 I stopped taking my painkillers altogether. This was amazing, as I’d seen some really unsavoury recovery experiences on YouTube from people with similar combination of procedures. I sincerely believe this was down to Dr Cotrufo’s outstanding skills as a surgeon. Once home I unfortunately caught the Noro virus from my lil one and had to be taken back to my primary care provider, the NHS. The doctor and the two surgeons who treated me in A&E examined the tummy tuck incision and complemented the skill behind it. They said that I would have a great cosmetic outcome when I was all healed up. I am now 4weeks post-op and each day I am happier with my results and my choice of surgeon. My tummy tuck scar is so thin almost like a light pencil line and the bellybutton is very natural looking as the suturing is from the inside. I have seen some pictures of mediocre tummy tucks with stuck on bellybuttons and I can confidently say my own result is elegant and natural looking with no scarring on the outside. I am fairly slender and did not have much fat to give for BBL however the Dr managed to transform my entire shape with the little fat I had. He’s an artist as much as he is a surgeon. I have a better body and contours now than I did pre-preganacy and am well pleased with the outcome. The icing on the cake is the fact that Dr. Cotrufo is always accessible. He personally texts and phones regularly to check on my recovery and to address any questions or concerns I may have, including on holidays. He also has a committed practice manager (Claudia) who is prompt and professional. I cannot thank Dr Cotrufo enough for giving me a body I am happy to live in for the rest of my life. If you are considering cosmetic or reconstructive surgery I would very highly recommend Dr Cotrufo; not only are his surgical skills exceptional he genuinely cares for your outcome and is with you every step of the way. I wish him a long and rewarding career and wish many more people can benefit from his skills.

I had multiple areas of Lipo done and a BBL with Dr Contrufo. I had visited other surgeons prior and I can honestly say that he is the best! I called through and spoke to the receptionist at first and was not expecting to get a call back from Dr Contrufo personally. We spoke about the procedures I wanted and then I went for my consultation. Dr Contrufo was great, he is a lovely person and completely understood my areas of concern and others that I had asked his advice on. I was happy with all his recommendations to achieve the best possible results and decided that he would be the surgeon for me. At the hospital Dr Contrufo made me feel at ease. The hospital was immaculately clean and there was a friendly atmosphere. After the surgery I saw Dr Contrufo and following that he called me personally to check how I was getting on. He made it very easy for me to contact him throughout with any questions or concerns. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is by far the best surgeon I have ever seen and I won't hesitate in going back to see him for any future procedures I may have. I am beyond pleased with the results I have had. 5* service and a genuinely lovely man!

I have just recently done fat grafting bum augmentation , Dr.Cotrufo did a miracle job. It is very beautiful and natural and I am enjoying a very beautiful bikini body . He is by far the most experienced Dr. with very good eye to create a magnificent body.

I can't rate Stefano highly enough for his medical expertise in helping save my leg, his amazing talent at making you feel at ease, and his vast knowledge is astounding. I couldn't imagine having anyone else help me as much as he did.

Due to an ongoing medical condition (hidradenitis suppurativa) that I have had for approx 28yrs. I was referred to a surgeon by my doctor back in Nov 2015. I then met Dr Cortrufo in Jan 2016 and had my first consultation with him. He was very natural and relaxed in his consultation and explained the procedure that he would possible do. During other consultations he was always thorough and always asked if there was anything else I was unsure of or needed to ask before leaving. On the day of the surgery I must admit even though I had never had surgery before I did not feel nervous. I believe this was down to Dr Cotrufo as I knew I was in good hands, and that I trusted him. Also him knowing about my condition also helped. Well after surgery all I can say is my recovery has been great and all my follow up appointments with the hospitals and doctors have been very impressed with Dr Cortrufo's work. I'm excited as this is a new chapter in my life to less pain and would like to say THANK YOU for helping me getting a better quality of life back.

Having had the misfortune to remove my thumb whilst using a circular saw, i then had the very good fortune of having Dr Cotrufo as my trauma surgeon.My thumb was successfully reimplanted and has healed really well. Unless you look very closely,you cannot tell anything is wrong,as it is such a seamlesss reattachment.I am so pleased with the outcome and so very gratefull toDr Cotrufo.

Vaser liposuction with shaping - Absolutely thrilled - best surgeon I have had problems with stubborn fat on my upper arms which I wanted to tackle. I also had unsightly "love handles" (i believe they call it flanks) which was also recommended to be done in the same time. The price was right so I did. Firstly I saw Dr Cotrufo at Transform but they haven't managed the booking properly and I have lost the slot which would have allowed me to show off safely my new figure on holiday (at least 6 weeks before exposure to sun). I loved his way of dealing with me as a customer so I "hunted" him somewhere else. He was the only surgeon for me, such was my positive experience in the consultation. Dr Cotrufo has explained well how the surgery will work a number of times to ensure We both have the right expectations. He called me a few times before the surgery to help me getting mentally and phisically ready for the procedure. There have been also a number of calls and correspondence after the surgery. He responded to all my questions, worries, etc. I felt really well looked after. My procedure was done in one of the Harley St hospitals and because I had to stay overnight having reacted badly to the anesthetic (NOT allergic reaction!!!!) I had an extra charge. Also my procedure had to be done in slighly longer time than planned and that was also at extra charge but I believe to have been the right decision by my surgeon. I'd rather have the job done properly. I trusted my surgeon 100%, this is very important when you undergo any procedure. My arms are now lean and beautiful, I was happy to wear sleeveless, short sleeve and strappy, garments and beautiful flattering swimming suits :). My waist is to die for... I am wearing very fitted, figure hugging outfits and I feel absolutely great in my skin. I had quite a number of after surgery care appointments which were included in the price of the surgery (very important to me). If you take nothing else from this review, just take this: If you choose Dr Cotrufo, you have made the only right choice. I have to iterate that this is based solely on my personal experience. Dr Cotrufo was the surgeon for me!!! I knew that before the surgery and I am convinced now. I wanted him to perform the vaser liposuction and shaping so much that I "hunted" him :)... Dr Cotrufo's experience exceeds his youthfulness, do not be fooled. He knows what he is doing. I had consultations with other surgeons but I felt they were a bit greedy and selling me some other procedures I didn't actually ned. Dr Cotrufo is honest in what he can achieve for you, that is very important. I cannot fault anything about him as a professional or about the procedure...
