Quite a small pharmacy but I got everything I need, had to wait a bit at the OTC medicine desk but friendly staff, absolutely helpful.

Absolutely no one at the OTC medicine desk. Stood for 10 minutes, no one. Ended up finding a staff member who was stacking shelves. She moodily found someone to serve. When I explained that there was no one there for 10 minutes, she didn't apologise or care. She seemed to think that was normal.

Annoying experience while trying to use my Boots advantage card I have loaded on my Google Pay app.
'We have been instructed to only accept Boots official app' they said.
After having to download the app and load the card to it I just found is exactly the same barcode. No difference.
Just a dodgy strategy to get users download the official app and then present nice and big statics on a power point. 'Look how great our app is'

Firstly, this boots is quite small! I can't always find what I am looking for but I've had luck on a few occasions even though the store has several different sections as a normal store including health products/pharmacy just not always available what I'm looking for.
Can I just take a moment to point out a member off staff at the till (looking below at reviews I am assuming his name is Craig) he is the definition of a customer service robot! It goes without saying his service is exceptional and he's very VERY formal and professional. If I didn't know any better i would assume he's a robot (in a positive way) as no human can deliver such amazing customer service and talk such way as he does.
I do have to give 1 less star rating ONLY because the service at the till can slightly delay due to Craig over talking whilst giving excellent customer service which has caused me to be delayed when I am in a hurry.
I wouldn't blame this entirely on him as I am usually running late by own fault. However, their will be customers whom may get frustrated with this.
If you haven't been to this store yet I think it's worth going here just to experience the great customer service you'll receive from this man. He should be used for advertisements purposes.
PS: this store does not have self check out points! (Which means you can't avoid paying at till) :)

Clean and well laid out like practically every other Boots branch. What made this visit stand out was the service received by Craig. He is without a doubt the most impeccably well mannered person I've ever spoken to. It's almost unreal. Perhaps he used to be a butler, or he's an Android.
I sort of feel for his colleagues. He's set a standard of service that's unachievable.

Friendly staff at the pharmacy will take time to answer your questions and are very proactive in helping you understand your prescriptions in detail. It has most things a small Boots always has and the only knock is that the place is probably due a bit of refurb as it sits just below street level and therefore can feel a little dark, not helped by low ceilings. It’s a great place to also get your annual flu jab, you’ll be in and out within 5 minutes and you book a slot online or in person.

We just had an office discussion about that cashier at Boots Farringdon who would normally hold people up for at least 5 minutes by talking very slowly and rather creepily. It's amazing how many people have been affected by his mannerism. Is Boots aware that this has affected its customers' visits to that branch?

This Boots, not the largest but the best.
I always found everything I wanted here. Everything is well marked and neatly ordered that it is so easy to find what you are looking for.
The staff are friendly.
P.S. One of the chaps, is overly talkative and refuses to stop talking. I always try and avoid him

Useless. I fail to see the added value of the pharmacies inside Boots. No clue. What they recommend is what everybody knows. If I go to seek advice for something, am obviously not looking for Paracetamol or Ibuprofen!

Five stars for the cashier. Anyone who has visited this branch knows who I'm talking about. Delivers great service, speed is the same as with others, he just manages to talk to you the whole time, nonstop. Thanks Boots for employing this man and don't listen to the critics.

I always enjoy my trips to Boots in Farringdon mainly due to one star that shines brighter than all the rest. The level of service I receive from Craig is nothing short of breathtaking, his unique unorthodox style topped with his love of customer service makes him one of the best there is in the retail world. He takes the time to ask me how my day has been and always ensures I leave with a smile on my face. Great work Craig and I hope Boots realise the fantastic job you are doing!

Staff here are always lovely and happy to help. For a store so close to a big station its rarely that busy and service is always prompt. Its surprisingly big too meaning its almost guarenteed to have what you need from fake nails to tights, hair straighteners to your prescription. Theyve got it!
