Absolutely agree! Very rude and arrogant security guards in this store! I went there the other day to buy just a few items and as I was entering the security guard told me to take a basket. He was so rude that I forgot what my wife asked me to buy.
Also, no one of the security guards I saw that day wore any face mack.

Run down, the outside especially looks like it hasn't been cared for for in a decade, the Old Kent Road side has overgrowing weeds coming out the paving, masses of birds muck, and the smell of urine to greet it's it's customers. I live nearby but get a bus to further away shops instead. Always has beggers outside as well.
