Great to have such a big store in central London. Great food quality and friendly staff with nice offers every week. It is very easy to eat healthy by shopping at this Waitrose. Highly recommend it, however the prices are slightly higher than other stores but I have a feeling that the quality is better

Huge store, surprisingly good selection for a city centre location. Would usually expect just a 'local' supermarket branch with a few freezers and fresh veg but this has most of what you would need. Loads of vegan stuff too and a growing range.

Went to Barbican store today at lunch time to get 2 bottles of Liqueur they were not in this store but 3 or 4 members of staff did there utmost to reserve them at another store for me to collect at my convenience. Thank you James and all ladies who helped ensure my drinks are waiting for me.

Decent size supermarket with wide range of best British products. Shops is clean and well organised. Stock is always up to date. Shop do provide seating area and few coffee machines. I am always pleased with service they do provide.
