This store is always immaculate, fresh, bright and cheery. All the staff are so helpful, patient and positive; even during these challenging times they always greet you warmly. I work as part of the transport team so I know how important customer service is and the team at this Waitrose store are fabulous.

Super safe inside when shopping as limited number of customers in, therefore plenty of space to move about. Had to queque outside for 15-20mins as too many customers queing.
I used the click & collect service and partners are readily available to acknowledge and serve.

My friend (who is 28) tried buying a bottle of gin and was ID'd. She is Greek so showed her (valid) Greek ID but they wouldn't accept this. So she showed a copy of her passport and they wouldn't accept that either. How is someone meant to buy alcohol if they have a foreign ID and a passport isn't good enough?

Good choice of products. This one is the best in the area and definitely the biggest one. Strange lay out but look up for the signs for easy navigation throughout the store. Lovely and very polite staff, not many places in London can say the same. Not sure if they offer cigarettes, everything else is available.
