Fairly ordinary supermarket, currently operating under Covid19 rules, including One Way system for shoppers. Stocks the usual items found in any supermarket so is fairly uninteresting. Large car park at rear of building with space for disabled drivers/vehicles. ATM available at entrance to store from car park. Not particularly good for the bargain hunter, rather, pricier than similar stores. Large selection of own label for all major stock items - packaging always unappealing and a little anonymous but products of fair quality.

The shelves are moderately stacked during the day and early evening. The isles are generally clean and products displayed professionally. All this effort is let down by the rudest staff members. Been quiet a few visits during quarantine but the same pattern can longer be ignored. We know everyone is stressed during these times; but my goodness, not all staff wear masks! Or bother to help you search for items. And to top it off; have the audacity to shout at you with venom, when your card doesn't work on their cellophane patched up - because its mashed up - card machine! (See pictures) I'm now sticking to Sainsbury's where the staff remain respectful and have MANNERS! Therefore, not adding to the stress that l already have. Will be emailing the manager of the store to help fix this lack of customer services problem.

No shopping trolley for customers to use for their shopping, not just for today but always. No bananas.5 small unripe bananas in a pack for 77p.They would not ripe for next 2 days.you would expect that Morrison would expect more shoppers at week ends.Therefore would stock up groceries & trolleys in particular . There's no way I will use hand basket for my shopping in Supermarkets.my back is hurting most of the times Shopping trolley is a must for me.Put it another way, carrying hand basket makes life very uncomfortable for me.

The service at check out is abysmal, with one register open for queues of 15+ customers. Cashiers leaving for break with no replacement and hoards of people waiting. If you want us to use the self check out, increase the number of machines. Worth a few extra quid at M&S for better service.

This supermarket has pretty much anything you need. They also have an Irish snack section! However the people that shop here are pretty sketchy... I wouldn’t go here by myself at night as a girl. You’re better off going to MS just on the other side of the road, shoppers there are nicer.

I like the morrisons products, but be careful when paying for some products the discounts do not apply it has happened to me several times. Today with a coffee, of 1.00 pound at the time of paying 1.60 pounds, the cashier said that no that was the price. customer service had to look to see that I was right, that's called cheating customers.

Really disappointed to learn that Morrisons has refused to sign the Better Chicken Commitment, so all the chicken they sell is super low welfare :( Will have to look elsewhere for my poultry needs...

There are never any trolleys available for customers here. I spoke to the manager and was told its a problem they are trying to sort out. But it has been an ongoing problem for a very long time to the point that I no longer go there for a big shop as no trolleys are available.
Also the shelves are never very well stocked. Difficult to get what I need here. So unimpressed with this store. Would not recommend!

The supermarket is fine with little car pack space. Today's shelves are full. But there is NO social distancing obsevation at all during a lockdown. Too many shoppers in the shop at the same time. There is no control of one way system. The till areas are fully packed. People standing in queues are less than 2 steps away from each other especially the self service tills where there is no trolley being used by the shoppers. I don't mind shopping at this Morrison but not during a pandemic where infection is high in indoor space and no observation and control by the shop itself.

Our deliveries from morrisons over the last 12 months have been very good, very few missing items and substitutes have been ok (nice sometimes to try different products!) The delivery drivers have all been polite and efficient.
However our main problem is all the carrier bags!! The plastic waste problem appears to have been ignored, unlike other supermarkets

Rudest and careless staff ever seen.
Waited for 15 minutes for a fishmonger assistant and no one could even bother replying.
A woman even dared saying that maybe no one was available (and what is that fish doing there? Sunbathing??). So disrespectful to the nature and the animal rights altogether!!!
No manager available, and what would have this ...done anyway??
Needless to say no one apologized.
Very sad experience overall.

This Walworth Road branch has turned from bad to worse. Cleanliness is less than average, product freshness is poor, ailes are filled with crates or piled up boxes, and there is no shopping trolley available. Worse is concerning their face mask policy which is really worrying: they do not enforce face mask to customers who do not wear any and some staff do not wear any either. Avoid this place at all costs

Man behind me at the Morrisons Walworth Road check out not wearing a mask. I asked him if he was exempt from wearing a mask. He said he didn't know what that was and what had it to do with me, even when I said he was close to me. I spoke to the check out lady and two security men. The closest told me to let him by. The one at the exit/entrance just laughed when I said he should have been stopped entering! So much for your Covid safety rules - only for show?

Is a nice store and has loads of variety, the problem is that the shelfs are empty most of the days so you could go sometimes even for weeks without one specific product. Staff is nice and specific days of the week their fishmonger products look great.

The “food to order” collection point was not as instructed on the email. You have to go through the carpark and entered the store. Then look for a colleague who will go to grab your order. Store was very busy but none of the check-put colleagues wear masks. Shop floor staffs wear masks around their chins, not covering their noses. Quite bad especially now that London is in tier 4 with new mutant Covid

Always a busy location,very good social distancing measures in place with plenty of sanitiser available.
Buy of the day is Yorkshire still water at 17p for 2 litres.great value when you can't use the local tap water.

They claim in the news there not allowing people in without masks *due to covid19*
However the security in this particular outlet really dont do the job I was waiting outside for my friend to finish shopping and leave I saw a stream of people entering not being challenged around 9pm.
I found this extremely disappointing due to the coverage given in media only 2 days before.
