I like going to the restaurant here, there are always a lot of seats and the service is very friendly, and they have a good selection of cakes and coffees. They food hall is also very good, it is nicely laid out and there never seems to be much of a queue. The staff are friendly and helpful. The toilets on the first floor are a bit small but they are generally clean.

Very convenient branch, well spaced out shelves, and distancing marks on the floor. Clean toilet for public use a bonus of the store chain, specially when shopping in Oxford Street. On this visit i couldn't find many staff available to query items, other than the cashier staff. Overall it is a huge store, and you can find all you need from M&S

What more could you ask for? The best store in London.
Great choice of groceries, hot and cold lunch & breakfast. Oh, once you are done eating, go buy yourself something nice to wear.
Massive collection of great quality clothing. Ladies/Gents and brats ;-)

Best M&S in London with a wide range of menswear at affordable price. Really great choice of casual and office clothes. The sales are really good too with very good quality suits going for really cheap. The staff is always really nice and happy to help. Nice fitting rooms with space to try clothes and take time to choose what is right whilst not being rushed. The food hall is quite big too for a central London location and offers a relatively wide range of products.

M&S never fails. Reasonably priced, a good place for a meal, coffee, to buy clothes (men’s women’s) and especially attractive to do your supermarket. It has some great loose tea, try Gold M&S, chocolates, cookies etc.

Very clean and tidy with a one way system in place. The staff were all wearing masks and were nice and friendly throughout. M&S have put safety measures in place which make you feel comfortable shopping there. No issues and would happily shop again.

Always liked M&S because of their variety of sizes, fabrics and clothes' coulours - I'm sure other stores may be better, but for me M&S has enough. I can always find things that fit (very important after having a baby), and the fabrics are always comfortable. Went there today, not much has changed, there are safety measures in place and everything feels safe. The only issue I have is that the fitting rooms are closed. I can understand why, but it's a bit of extra leg work for me if I need to return any of the items. And it's not like I'm able to wash them at home after I try them on.

First off this is one of the nicest buildings in Oxford Street.
There are two entrances.
The main one on Oxford Street and the other round the back on Great Marlborough Street which gets you to the lovely Food Hall quicker.
What can you say about Marks and Spencer! First floor is first port of call for socks, underwear, shirts and of course ladies wear. Still good quality clothing and the staff are very helpful and service is good. Then of course there is the Food Hall in the basement.
Typical Marks and Spencer quality and do all my small shops there.
Highly recommended
Still shopping here so loyal customer and the staff are very helpful
Best to go earlier in the day as it can get very busy

Mission: order flowers for Mothers Birthday.
Problem: M&Ss useless computer system, staff can't log on, staff going off duty, sent to wrong department, had to choose flowers from a hand-held device smaller than my own phone, unable to add a message, delivery in 4 days time, a day too late.
Their IT systems are a DISASTER.
Their staff are wonderful and do their best and they get 5 Stars any day.

Great space. Even can call it enormous. It's just beautiful.

I found literally every part of my need for clothing.
Even school for 6th form.
Prices are better then in Zara. Even some £20 cheaper of same item.

I had chance to buy suits from store Oxford street after trying it I had to exchange for better size staff was very helpful and very friendly if I do remember name of sale assistant was *NORI* he was amazing person without any doubt he’s on the right place excellent customer service and very helpful.

This M&S is absolutely massive. Granted because of this during sales, it can be incredibly unorganised. Granted this is not the branch's fault, but it would be better if there was so more effort put into placing items in better places eg. Putting ALL the sales items in one part of the store for convenience. Otherwise it does stock an immense amount of items, and the staff are friendly.

The quality has declined considerably, and the expertise is lacking. As with Brooks Brothers, Marks and Spencer was a rock, the epitome of sober taste. Now sadly poor cuts and even poorer quality.I have not returned

Great place for shopping casuals and formals for men as well as women. They often have good discounts and offers which are difficult to resist. The MnS food section is also quite good. They have one of the best brownies and smoked cheese. The ready made food packs and trays are really scrumptious and sometimes a life saver if you want a quick and a tasty meal.

Clothing sections are quite extensive. Prices are not competitive with other high street shops but bearing in mind you will appreciate the quality. Best of all are the drink & food sections in the lower ground floor. Good selection of hot and & cold food. Try to avoid lunch crowd though. Love the chicken salad baguette.

A grand store housing a large collection of clothes for all the age groups. The quality of clothes is quite impressive.

The food hall offers a good variety of food and some time to relax!

Everything M&S and a bureau de change: almost perfect ! It is sad to see M&S fans from abroad, where stores closed down, still coming here to do shopping, like clothes and similar items, fashion or otherwise... That's what I call "loyalty" !

Love the bakery, who cleverly began packing their delicious freshly-baked croissants individually in secure packets,
The asparagus-farmers might copy this hygiene idea for their lovely loose bunches, as customers get cautious about buying loose things they can't peel....!?
Excellent Marlborough Sauvignon in plastic "wine-skins", very light to lug home in my once-a-week heavily-laden sorties.
Delicious (freezable) fresh pasta and super freshly-made sauces (the Carbonara is yummy!), very useful at the moment.

M&S is still a great place to shop. Today I bought a shirt, a pair of trousers and a jacket - all with a bit of style and good quality for under £90. I thoroughly recommend a visit, you might be surprised.

Great for good quality men's formal suits / shirts/ ties. Good value . Probably the best on the high street. Their men's casual clothing's OK though on the rather conservative side. Great also for sports/ casual socks and men's accessories. Formal shoes look good too. Casual tho' I'm not too convinced.
Their food department is excellent but with high prices to match.

Food hall runs out after 1pm!!!
It's your typical M&S, but the food court, particularly the hot food counter runs out of popular dishes by 1pm and the staff/store have no interest replenishing these options for people who have a lunch break after 12:30pm. My advice would be to go early or don't bother going at all as you'll almost certainly be disappointed...I am, on a daily basis almost.

We were interested in the food hall downstairs.
This one is geared towards the quick meal 'heat and eat' crowd - not so much for someone looking for staples as we were.
If you looking for ready meals though, this is one of the better venues with loads of choices.
