I love Marks & Spencer. There is something truly British about this store. Reminds me of the days when they were still in Canada and we’d go to take in a bit of Britain.
I often find a few clothing items at good prices. Not a place of high fashion, but good for certain staples.

Perfect place for grocery shopping. Veggies always fresh and fruits delicious. Only let down is plant department and it’s little on expensive side otherwise i definitely recommend.

Just felt I had to write to praise one of your workers - I took his name as I was so impressed with his attitude. His name is Steven Garrett , he works in the food department. I left your Pantheon store feeling that just maybe the world wasn't such a bad place. This guy was more than helpful when I was unable to find something, not just pointing but actually escorting me and carrying my basket. Good old-fashioned manners - lovely lad - thanks Steve for making the world a better place.

An evening visit to the Cafe was a well earned break from the Oxford Street crowds. I had the pie and mash and it was really nice. My Wife enjoyed her toastied sandwich too.
The customer loos though could do with a revamp and with only 2 cubicles for the blokes and ladies for such a large busy store and add the number of 'visitors', the planners got that wrong.

Disappointingly I could not find a jacket and trousers aka a complete trouser suit my size that fitted well.
Either the arms were too tight, or as I went up one and later two sizes. The sleeves were fine but the jacket main body two sizes too big. I did not buy anything and wasted two hours.

Good for a quick shop with a choice of everything that you expect from this brand. It has a popular coffee area were people also eat the quality M&S sandwiches they have just bought in this bistro-like atmosphere. Staff are helpful and pleasant too!

Marks & Spencer is my new found love! This Diwali when I was gifted 3 shirts of M&S, I got my first brush with their quality and finishing. So I made it a point to visit M&S store when in London. And the store didn't disappoint at all. The collection, the pricing, the discounts were all mouth-watering...but what topped it all was the warmth of the M&S Team! Ended up purchasing a lot and yet felt so less! Kudos to the M&S Store!

Not the biggest of stores although it does have quite a bit in it. Had to go elsewhere as they did not carry the full range of colours or sizes. You may be best checking that they have what you want before going for a specific item. I had to go to White City to get what I was looking for.

M&S shop with basement (foodhall and home items) plus clothes etc over 3 floors. Went on Saturday so extremely crowded, best to go early morning. Good variety of stock.

A variety of items for sale such as homeward, men and women's fashion, kids fashion and lingerie. They also have luggage for sale. The foodhall is available in the basement and an area where you can stop and eat. The store is clean, good lighting, toilets available, the store is wheelchair accessible. I also thought the staff provided an excellent service

I personally hate going to the shops, I shop online normally, and the etiquette of physically shopping dont come to me naturally. Normally when you need to exchange an item you would go pick up what you want, take both items to customer service, however, I totally didnt think of it, and went straight to the tills, I went to M&S after work at around 19.15 this evening 11.03.20, I headed straight to the mens section to exchange two items in sizes, I went straight to the tills where I was swiftly attended to by a young lady called Dominique, I told her that I have mistakenly bought the wrong sizes online, I just needed to change sizes, she must have sensed something. Dominique confirmed the sizes I required, she asked me to wait for a minute, and it was literally a minute later when she showed up with the right sizes, swiftly did the exchange, and I was on my way. This process exceeded my expectations, the manner it was conducted was very professional, efficient and timely, this young lady is definitely an asset to this branch, and I hope that she gets the recognition she deserves.

Really great store that has lots of stock and staff to cope in the food hall and covers a wide variety of their plant kitchen products. Would be great to see a bigger free from food cupboard section! The mens clothes section could be slightly better organised and offer more but is solid if you need something in a pinch!

Marks & Spencer Pantheon is a very large store with a variety of items they sell. The food choices were ok, but with a very very limited selection of cheese and not very great bread. The staff were nice though. It was convenient but a little disappointing

A very good size M&S store selling everything from food to clothing and household items.
Easy to find what you're looking for as everything well signed.
Clean store and all the staff I have dealt with have been very good.
I left some rings in the gents toilets and when I realised I went back to the store and reported them but as was too soon after leaving them hadn't been handed in but when I called a few hours later they had been handed in. When I went to collect the staff were amazing.
Food hall is excellent and a nice cafe eating area too.

Good quality meals. I especially like their quick ready meals which you can make yourself, especially the prawns and sea bass. We also love the wood fired pizza variety, yum! The fruits are always so fresh and tasty. Never been lucky with the coconut though, need to source for sweeter ones like my local Asda branch does!
