Usual Marks and Spencer quality and service. We need to keep using our high Street stores to continue enjoying what they have to offer.

Went in to grab lunch from the food hall, was pretty impressed. Had a hot food counter serving a variety of lunch items. As well as sandwiches sushi etc. Also had a well stocked gluten free selection. Only let down by layout which seemed to make moving around difficult with the volume of people.

Huge M&S with big grocery store and big clothing store. They have a bar and fresh food hall that is nice, plus the same M&S’s usual range. Lovely, clean and most of the food is affordable. I wouldn’t buy normal grocery here, but for something special or for prepared food is amazing.

Usually visit the branch close to Selfridges, but happened to be at this end of Oxford Street. Was only looking for one item, Men's Fragrances, of which they had absolutely zero. Spoke to a very friendly assistant, he explained they'd all been mislaid, in moving between the ground floor and the Men's department on the 1st floor.

It's a decent sized store on Oxford street. The clothing collection is average. The food hall is larger and by London standards reasonably priced. It's quite spacious, so shopping can be a nice experience even on busy days. The staff is quite helpful and returning items is not a hassle.

Good lot of variety, quick billing. Trolleys must be provided in the basement food item section.

Just like any marks and Spencers. Pretty straight forward to know where to go to get what you want. There have a washroom and the lines were not as long as other branches.
