This store along with many others that are currently having problems selling their goods are choosing to ignore their core customers. They all need to try talking to the prospective buyers as they enter their premises. Completing questionnaires on line is not the answer.

Sad to say cafe staff we're not up to the m&s standard. This was entirely unexpected poor service.
Dear M&S, I do not get this poor and unclean service anywhere other M&S store particularly in the North of England. Rest of store great.

Decent sized store. Plenty of choice. M & S have certainly become more competitively priced over the years. Food Hall is quite good for London. Much more choice than the Simply Food shops. Good selection of Christmas oddments which were all half price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Layout of the shop is quite good, and there is a fair choice in the menswear section. You can order from the online site from the machine.

Had a breather from the shopping at their food hall. Toilets were free to use (could have been cleaner), and there was a small area with tables too. Hot food selection was nice (roast chicken was very good), as was their nice choice of freshly packed sushi. Bakery area had a nice selection of items too. Recommended.

A good outlet by Marks and Spencer on Oxford Street London. The quality and texture of the materials is good here. The Apparels are long lasting, you can keep on wash and wear for long periods of time. The staff are good. The food hall is also good. While shopping you can go there for a quick bite and coffee.

Food selection is impressive and the staff even more so. I really love their pasta, and sandwiches but as always the prices could be lower. It would bring in more customer, but I understand why it's so high.

A nice spacious store. I shop in the men's which is for me a bonus of not being to big or spread out. It has a great selection of shirts, ties and suits. I generally think the quality of m&s shirts are some of best on the night street. It's a good location and would recommend.

A bleeding great Marks and Spencer's. They sell blokes trousers, women's tights and baby's bows. The staff are super friendly and as suppourtive as can be. One of them was more than helpful when I wanted to check a pair of undies would fit, assisting me to get my legs in and out and helping to check the aesthetics of my package.

So came to M&S straight after work to change an item. Was in need of a cup of tea (Only) and nothing else....
Firstly the customers waiting to be served didn't know that the girl behind the counter was already serving someone, because we couldn't see what she was doing and the customer was already seated, this is where communication is KEY! This girl simply did not know how to open her mouth. DISAPPOINTED! One customer walked away.
Trays were dirty, all the food was packed with sugar and gluten. When you put to much sugar into something, it spoils the flavour. The food becomes flavourless. All you are tasting is sugar. DISAPPOINTED!
M&S at one time, was really good; they were guaranteed to deliver excellent customer service. DISAPPOINTED!
Tables not wiped down properly. Not like they didn't have time because the place was almost empty. DISAPPOINTED!
I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TELL AN ESTABLISHMENT OF THIS STANDING TO UP YOUR GAME. DO BETTER. BECAUSE NOTHING IS FOREVER.

Local knowledge, you can get a good lunch deal at the food hall here if you're a tourist. Good price, check it out. Nice food options. Otherwise good for anything else you might need. It's a proper department store in Oxford Street.

Cashiers are lovely. Staff in fitting rooms have let me waiting for ages and still didn't show up after having to repeatedly press the bell. Both in the lingerie and the women's department. Terrible service.

The store is nice and clean. Wish the marketing of the store attracted young shoppers. I felt like the store was for a much older crowd. ???? I like the location. A little too pricey for my 2019 New Years purse but thinking about coming again during summer sale season.

The visit to this M&S is enjoyable big store so have mostly everything available how ever some items are a little costly but some prices are good on clothers need more out door mountain style clothers and shoes, modernising a touch 1/4 of the range available

Food store downstairs. Usual good quality food. There's hot & cold food served from a counter or you can buy anything from the shelves & eat in. Can get hot drinks too.
Unfortunately there was only Quorn nuggets for the vegetarian option! Very disappointing! I went elsewhere for my lunch!

I loved this store for the simple fact that it's on Oxford Street and it was practically empty. Sadly, there's only so many sandwiches I can eat and there are many places around Oxford Street where sandwiches are tastier. The clothes are dated; [men's stuff] good for attending Job interviews at third rate employers and funerals. I'm not at all sure of the purpose of M&S ????

Best of all the M &S I have been to . Clean and tidy. For the first time in a store a staff asked me if am going to claim any VAT. Thumbs up! They should pay attention to their tie section. Well displayed but too many out dated ones.
I took 2friends with me to the tie section without saying anything to them. Their first jokes was at the tie section. Recommended store anyway.

Business must be bad at M&S. They have moved their customer support out of the UK. I rang about a problem with my loyalty card and was transferred to South Africa. The first representative didn't know how to issue a loyalty card and left me hanging on the line until I had to end the call. The second person was having a private birthday party with so much background shouting I couldn't even hear her. I tried several more attempts to call a UK number including head office and got rerouted to South Africa each time. They should fire their current CEO, I've never experienced such poor service from them in the past.

The lesser of the two M&S shops on Oxford Street (flagship is near Bond Street) but this is nevertheless a fully functional M&S. Men’s cloths section usually pretty good but the kids clothes section is not so great and doesn’t have a good range. Great food-hall/supermarket in the basement including a fresh sushi bar.

Got to love a bit of shopping on Oxford street! Good displays good choices. Just busy... really busy. I advise going first thing and getting out before 11am when everyone else seems to swarm the shops!! Great cafe. Great atmosphere.
