Excellent salesfloor layout. Could see all the garments clearly with no clutter. The best I've seen, better than Bluewater too. Food hall was a little disappointing. Untidy displays.

MS a big store where you can buy from clothing to food all items at reasonable prices. A well maintained and organised store find items you want to buy. Accept both credit and debit cards. Staff is cooperative and helpful in finding the goods or item you need. Parking big issue. A bleeding great Marks and Spencer's. They sell blokes trousers, women's tights and baby's bows.

The cashier checkout experience was poor today. The staff had little eye contact to me and spent time chatting whispering to the other staff as if they were talking about me. It was very rude and unpleasant to treat customers disrespectfully. I was not handed the receipt but she put it on the desk and turned away so I collected it myself. I felt irritated as her behaviour was just off-putting even though I am and I look Asian and I bought discounted items today. There is no way the staff should show their despise in such way regarding their own impression of me and showed such attitude against customers.

A gorgeously sunny day and my M&S sunglasses had broken in my coat pocket. Bought them a while ago. Walked into this Oxford Street store. No receipt. Picked up a new pair of the same price, different from last time, squarer frames.
Refunds and exchanges couldn't have been lovelier. Exchanged no bother and even chased me into the department to give me the glasses case.
Unbelievable customer service. And thank-you whoever served me.

A must stop when I visit London. Kids clothes and basics for me. Plus the food hall in the basement which is always a delight. Everything from gin in a tin to Christmas cakes and chocolate.

What a pity that M&S is no longer in other countries as we absolutely loved the clothes that were available at this store. Very colourful, good collection of trousers/shorts/dresses/summer stuff etc. We were assisted by Mohammed on the 1st floor when paying for our goods and found him very friendly and customer focused. Quite hilarious is the machine that calls that "help is on its way!".

Came here for a bra fit.... felt rushed and unattended too. The lady seemed more preoccupied and attentive to certain customers. Wouldn't waste my time and go back, understandably it is a free service but whatever happened to customer service in general?

Love this Marks and Sparks... let's ignore the dated clothes and just go downstairs to the food hall where they do hot food.. it looked and smelt delicious. Rotisserie chickens and other things that looked good!
I didn't have enough time to stop as the lunchtime queues were huge !
Downside is basement toilets are a bit grotty ????

The store has almost everything, from clothes to food, and they're of very good quality. My mom had a good time hunting for M&S underwear which according to her was one of the best, while I searched for some food like biscuits and brownies that can be brought home as souvenirs. Picked a small packet of coleslaw for dinner and it proved to be a wise choice as it tasted great. I could say everything in the F&B section (Food Hall) is recommended ????

A good marks with a large food hall which caters for any lunch desires. The standard Sandwich options or can opt for sushi or hot food too.
Good here as right on Oxford Street too so helpful as so close to the station. If you want to buy something for dinner, can do that too

I like it here as usually a bit quieter (during week) than other branches. Maybe a sign that M&S are struggling for customer numbers. Same goes for cafe, today had yummy fish fingers sandwich, coffee and chocolate cake in nice quiet place to escape Oxford Street hordes. Basement there is large food store. Free wifi is good for store but but my device sees it as risky for secure sites so not good if you want to do banking while you have your coffee.

The Food Hall in this particular store has a wide range of good quality sandwich/snack items, and fresh sushi. There is a nice cafe seating area in which you can take time out and eat your food. The staff are polite and friendly.

Marks and Spencer get a five star simply for customer service. Don't shop here much as not my style but when I do end up going in here the staff are very helpful. Shops more for the oldies not my style of clothing. However the food section is quality. Always will find quality food in M&S

Space was immaculate. Very clean and bright! The staff were a bit impersonal, and I had to search for somebody to give me advice multiple times. In the end, I am happy with my purchases! So it was time well spent!

I would like to sincerely thanks Julia and Latoya who are working in the Home Section of M&S at Regents Street, London. They are very professional, friendly and supportive. The items that I wanted to buy were not available in shelves, Julia went to the store room and found my items.

Five stars goes to Emanuel! Wanted to change a size to an item previously bought, checked on the internet they had a few items left for that size, one of a cashiers checked for me whether they have the size i wanted on the floor, couldn't find and was directing me to another M&S store, whilst Emanuel heard the conversation, was serving another costumer and asked me to wait, he went to look for it everywhere (on the floor, in the storerooms) and brought a right size for me. He went an absolute extra mile and made me very satisfied and happy costumer! Thank you, Emanuel, you made my day! He is worth a promotion since he takes his job seriously, is very responsible and truly polite, the real example of a good costumer service!

Utterly bland, boring clothes unsuitable for anyone under 50, hence why you only see older people in the fashion section.
However, this shop does have toilets on the 1st floor which is very handy on Oxford Street, and the food hall downstairs is fairly large with a nice range.

The customer service processing tax refund was incredibly rude. She insisted that I come back another day for tax refund because I have a few more days in London. Like she knows my plans better then myself. Spoiled my mood for the evening.
