Morrisons have a car park, pay and display and you get a refund after shopping which can be used towards shopping at checkout(minimumshopnof £5). Access to walworth road from shop so convenient

First time in a while, still can get bargains and they always have a variety of foods, reasonable priced, some items cheaper than Sainsbury's, or they match. Good shopping experience today and felt safe doing my shopping although not everyone follows the rules during these crazy times. Still had a good shopping ecperience.

It's a good shop but it feels like the variety is poor. I don't always the specific brands I am looking for but it is a decent emergency option if it's the closest place or your usual shop is closed.

The butcher is always friendly to help today with the sole !
I walk 30 mins to come here friendly , clean and professional... great customers too. Tesco could learn a few things at this Superstore!

Queuing system in store is ridiculous. No staff in place to tell you which line to be in, or a poster of any kind. The checkout person i spoke to said this is a known issue to management. This is in addition to customers clearly wearing their masks around their neck and not their face with no challenge, and a sign at the front saying you must wear a mask.

Usual shop; one I go to because of its proximity rather than its quality. Oh boy though when will there be enough workers? The population of the area is growing but yet they can't afford to fill for tills to ensure a quicker and better experience for everyone.

Good products at good prices. Helpful staff. I asked for a product which was not on the shelf. A chap immediately went to fetch new stock from the storeroom for me. Super.
I would have given a better rating but the toilet was awful. WC not flushing properly. No hot water. The soap had apparently been watered down so much it barely felt like soap. The drier blew cold. And then there was the coup de grace .. someone hadn't waited to get into a cubicle. Mess behind the door. Oh ****

Bad service I ordered from walworth road / London branch online and they substitute half of my shopping with more expensive stuff .
No body answers the calls or emails .
Their delivery comes randomly not in the booked slot .
They sent me vegetables & fruits that are expiring the following day and when I complained they said they are allowed to .
I stopped ordering there .
As they sent me notifications of the substituting things just few hours before it arrives I ended up keeping it & lost my money .
Bag got holes and it looked like it’s been dragged on the floor and some stuff opened and leaked inside and all over the floor .
Driver ran away , how you want us to return substitute items then ??
I complained and no help or refund .
I will never order again .
Shopping in store is another nightmare, it’s packed and they don’t care about social distancing. Slow queues and it’s always packed with people !

An already good and improving selection of vegetarian foodstuffs. Sensible layout and choice. Above everything else, extremely high level of customer service standards from staff members who seem to enjoy working there and interacting with customers. Special mention for a delightful and professional lady called Wilhelmina. Cheers, sweetheart!

Rediculous, could not enter or exit through the carpark,I had to walk around the external of the building along a main road with a toddler and my shopping. Did ask a member of staff if he could allow us to exit as he was physically locking the door as we approached (he had just let someone else exit.) He refused said it was "company policy" we questioned why he was key locking a fire exit and he said there is another one and pointed to the opposite side of the building!
The shop had only been open approximately 30 mins let's hope that, that fire exit is not needed... Will not be returning any time soon.
