The staff do not wear their masks properly and have no sense of spacial awareness. It makes for a very bad combo. What's the point of having COVID-19 procedures in place if even the staff cannot handle it.

Free parking so long as you spend a tenner and don't stay longer than 2 hours which is always a bonus in London. Fresh deli/ pizza / fish and meat counter. Big store plenty of choice and not too long a wait at the checkout. Could have better and healthier sandwich and salad choices for lunch and better hot food selection

Lots of tills to pay for your goods.
Sometimes queues can be quite long,but move quite quickly.
Good Assortment of fruit and veg and meat products .Also have some home items pans, pots ,baking tins.
Towels etc.
Staff 99% know were items are stored.

Thought it was going to take ages to get in due to covid restrictions and panic buyers, but i was in the store in less then 10 minutes. The queue was very well organised and in store they had everything in stock that i wanted. Staff are all friendly and helpful also.

Good shopping experience. Large sainsbury's that sells everything except clothing.
I went at 7am(opening time) so there were only a few people inside. The self help cash out has glass panels to make it Covid19 safe and social distance.
Staff are friendly and helpful because it is for the locals.
