Just left oki doki after one of the best pedicures I have ever had!
Seriously detailed and thorough to the point of obsessive.
The service was magnificent and attentive.. all my questions answered before we started and more importantly, the price I would pay was told to me to avoid any awkwardness at the end which ..... me off in other salons.
Large space which is thoughtfully designed and never been in such a large nail salon.
They have also got a new lady there who does the best massage I have had in London
Give it a try.. I'm sure you won't be dissapointed

No need to leave Canary Wharf to have an amazing pamper.
Emily on 37th Floor at Canada Square has a beautiful space with views over London to die for.
Super sterile clean and amazing concentration to detail Ive not found before.
I have had on my shellac for nearly three weeks and not a chip or scrape.
This is a totally bespoke service and cheaper than salon prices. She only does 1 to 1 to keep it safe.
Go see for yourself but you need to make an appointments before you go

If you are looking for a 1 to 1 experience, this is the place for you. I did not really want to go into a nail salon for all the obvious reasons no matter how much protection about Covidy stuff... I was more concerned about all the people.
Emily came highly recommended to us by our manager.
She works on her own so you will always have the same person which is another bonus.
The space is intimate and very smartly kitted out

I feel it's fair to take the time to review this place as I Have been a few time after moving to the area and cannot fault the staff. Originally from south London I am very particular about my nails but this place has topped my list. Friendly, clean, great equipment and will always try to fit you in with or without an appointment. Prices are very reasonable especially for the area and offer lots of other things than just nails. If you're looking for good gel sets I'd recommend them!!

I just cannot commend this salon highly enough. The first thing that you are presented with is a lovely and large white interior which has a very ambient atmosphere. The music is soft chill but more uptempo and thoughtful playlists.
The therapist I had was very polite, friendly and gentle with my pedicure and the actual finish was flawless. I even nodded off while having it so was very relaxing.
My mother wanted acrylics but they informed us of a much better alternative they have been trialling and so far so good my mum says the UV gel feels lighter and harder than acrylic. Also there was no smell (as other reviews pointed out)
My mum was given a 20% discount which we did not expect it was a lovely gift from Emily the manager.
Thank you to Maria for a lovely pedicure too.

I was visiting family in the area and needed my nails doing before traveling hence this wasn't my usual salon. I had shellac on my hands and a pedicure with normal paint on my toes. The lady who carried out my treatment seemed completely uninterested in the job. She cut my toe nails all at different shapes and angles and painted them short of the edges!
My manicure was even worse as she painted my skin around the nail bed and didn't remove it before curing it this resulted in them 1) looking horrendous and 2) peeling as soon as I washed my hands.
I have been getting my nails professionally done for many years and never had this issue before. I paid over £60 for a substandard job. I ended up having to have my nails re-done abroad as the job was so poor. I would avoid this salon as it is pretentious and over priced and do not have the skills to deliver

Just left this lovely salon and had the sweetest day. I have just recently moved into the area and starting to feel at home after today. Emily the director made sure I was attended to even though they were very busy.. Her husband is a gentleman and a fellow Scot which is always nice.
The salon is bright and promising and the staff are very attentive. Emily showed me some of the best places to go in the area for food and drinks.
Charming people with a positive mindset who are clearly on top of their business.

Reviews are very good and I came to try. They have 10% off at off peak times so I had the Full set UV gels by Maria instead of acrylics with gel on top. Not the cheapest product on the market but I can really feel the big difference already. It's nice to have a break from the so toxic smell of the acrylic and the timing is nearly the same.
Very clean salon just beside the DLR station 1 minute away.
I also noticed mums with babies attending which goes to show it is trusted
I will be coming back for refills in a couple of weeks and was informed about their polish guarantee which is decent and honest.

I booked my appointment on their Facebook site which was easy. Salon is really nice, fresh and hygiene conscious. The therapist was very friendly and paid so much attention to detail I could see how she concentrated. I like the vibe of the salon too it is chilled music and very ambient. I will be come back soon again

Lovely nail salon, very clean. All implements taken out of sterile packaging at start of treatment. Good range of colours + chrome powders. Very accurate application. Had two gel manicures here by two different staff members and both have been very good.

Amazing place! So so happy I found it. I've had acrylics for 6 years now and so far only had one nail-girl that I would trust with them. But I've recently moved and this is definitely my new go-to place. Also, they have so many color choices; I picked a beautiful blue/purple chrome that looks different under different lightings. I've been getting compliments on my nails non-stop all week, even getting stopped on the street and asked where did I get my nails done and where in london is it? Overall, very happy with the service, prices and my nails, I highly recommend!

That's supposed to a be a basic one and it was really nice and clean. Very hygienic! And very relaxing..
I took my mum along and she had a great time too.

The salon is quite nice, wide variety of nail polish colors. But, a huge vibe-killer is how much of an 'outgrown nail line' they leave. After a week it looks like you didnt change your color for a month literally..

OKI Came very highly recommended to me by a trusted colleague. Booked a deep cleanse facial which was really well done with steam and also had extractions which were very professional and lovely products which I heard of but never tried! Lovely salon in peaceful area. Very nice ambient treatment room too. Well worth a second visit. Price was also reasonable as I had the extra Serum which is a little more in costing but already feels worth as my skin still feels very tight after 3 days... great skill-good price... and nice salon!

Visited yesterday for a shellac manicure and pedicure. I was really pleased to see how clean and tidy the place is!!! The girls took really good care of me, within an hour I was done! They use proper tools which they sanitise all the time, which makes you feel safer than other places. A bit pricey but, you get what you pay for. My nails look fantastic ????

Just want to say a very big thank you to Mike/ Emily and all the lovely team at OkiDoki. My time in London has come to an end and have been posted back to Manchester. I have been a regular here for over 2.5 years and will go as far to say that they really are the best for me. I think it is that they know how to give Service! I always get an appt and never have to wait. Emily knows what and how I like my nails and she relays to the therapist and it's done perfectly. Does not matter who it is, they are all the same standard which is incredible.
Big thanks a very very good luck for the awards you all deserve !

I came here first time just over 9 months ago and raved about Oki Doki and influenced countless other friends and colleagues to try and I have not had any negative to report.
I came back at Christmas and they remembered me and gave me the same stunning service I had when I first came.
This is very very rare in London!!!!

A really outstanding salon I came here for the first time today. Very different from other salons you will notice there is no horrible acrylic smell because they dont do it.
Great service which was really unexpected in such a busy salon. Did not have to wait and the best thing was I was given my Shellac manicure a guarantee of 8 days I have never had this before. They also do not charge for Shellac removal which is another point to go back. Dont live that close to them but I will for sure continue to come back.
They also specialise in UV gel which I have not seen before

I really like how this salon operates. You don't have to wait to be seen and all the staff are happy from the Zen like vibe of the space. It's all decorated to a very high calibre in neon white which accentuates the cleanliness of oki doki. This is the type of place one can only find in London. I have travelled far and wide on this planet with my job and can assure you that this place very much ticks all the boxes (and more) than any place I have been. Great business model!

I went to Oki Doki nails at Crossharbour with my baby today. They were exceptional, as a new mum who needed to feel a little bit like me again they made me feel really welcome, even going as far a rocking my baby and doing one hand at a time so I could hold my boy. They have a chair that allows enough room for your pram. The salon is very comfortable and spotless. Staff are lovely and helpful. Well done Emily, Mike and staff, I can see why you won nail bar of the year in London 2019.

Be Successful
Really cozy and luxurious salon at the next to Crossharbor DLR station. First time I came here it is great. I did not have to wait like in other salons in London.
The shop is very hygiene and clean. I came on the Saturday it was very busy so you will have to book which I did on WhatsAp and received a reply in seconds.
Top friendly service with the staff. Warm welcome and my waxing was done very well.

This is my 3rd visit and again it is OUTSTANDING how they find the same results no matter who does your nails.
Where I used to go in central London always drilled my old shellac off but now I know it should not be done that way as I wrote to CND the company who manufactures it and they said should only be taken off with acetone and wraps.
Such a lovely and professional team or ladies I have been coming here for 3 months to do a course of Hot Stone massage and Shellac nails and pedicures
with Karina and Agnes both are amazing.
Lovely rooms also as well.

I have visited the Oki Doki bar yesterday and I couldn’t have been more pleased with their service and professionalism. The owner of the nail bar is a great person who takes care of his customers as well as his staff. The nail bar looks very clean and the Staff is professional and smiley as a confirmation they are pleased to do their work. You can feel that everyone cares about their tasks. The partner of the owner is working hard to ensure their customers are satisfied by the service and she tries to spend some time with each customer giving them attention even during busy hours.
There is a very friendly and peaceful atmosphere which makes the clients at ease and willing to spend time there.
Congratulations to both Mike & Emily but also to their great staff!

Went here for first time today for a deluxe shellac pedicure having searched for a salon near me with good reviews. I wasn’t disappointed! Warmly greeted upon arrival and very efficiently “checked in”. No tea or coffee offered as the website says but all else great! Ilona did my treatment - very professional and thorough. The salon is clean and well maintained and indeed tools are all Individually packaged for each client. Huge array of colours to choose from. The chair is GREAT - it massages your back throughout the treatment. Bottom line - I was very happy and will definitely return.
