I placed an order during the Black Friday sales and still have not received my order a month later. My order was sent out and then returned to the shipper for some reason. I contacted customer service numerous times asking where my order was and received only generic responses apologising but with no information of when I’d receive my order. Any tracking information I received shows my order has still not been sent out. Avoid if your in need of supplies quickly. My order was for Christmas items which I will obviously not receive in time. I will be filing a PayPal dispute.

I ordered over a month ago for a package that was worth $200!! I’m a small business and I can’t afford to lose that much money all at once. Their policies say they ship within the day but that’s a flat out lie. I’ve emailed their customer service repeatedly and it takes almost half a week for a reply each time. They claimed to have sent the package over 3 weeks ago but just got a shipping notification September 24th (I ordered on the 2nd). It still isn’t here. It is now October 6th. By this time the colors I ordered are out of style for this season and I have to order a whole new selection, which for sure will not be coming from here. If you can’t do your job, at least have the decency to admit it so smaller businesses don’t suffer because of your short comings.

Love the gels, but I've tried several times to get in touch with someone who can help, by email, phone and Instagram!
I was over charged £24.95 at the Manchester beauty event for a pack of 5 brushes and glue £8.99 that I never got and as a small business it's a big hit!
Will anyone bother to get in touch?? Especially when the girls I work with email and recieve replies in half a day getting free pens and help with any queries or products??
I love the gels but it's so frustrating when I company cant rectify their mistakes!

Super helpful. Annabel and Elliot customer service is the best. Glam and glints, glitter bells and kiara sky are all amazing products that they sell. We use them in our salon and our clients are in love with them. I would highly recommend nails by Annabel to every one not only for the products and customer service but Annabel is outstanding at nails too .

Excellent products, Ive purchased 4 glitter acrylics they’re amazing, so sparkley and so easy to work with. There is a huge colour choice in the acrylic powders, not to mention crystals and so much more on the website, will certainly be ordering more! Customer service and product support is also excellent too! :) very inspiring seeing all of the beautiful nails created with these products :)

Really like the products. The shop looks amazing. However, the website is an absolute nightmare to use. I don't know if it's because there are tons of people using it or what. Each time I try log in it takes an absolute age! I have to put in my password at least 2 times for it then to say it's incorrect then when I do it the 3rd time it works. (I have the password shown so I know it's entered correctly) The website itself is so slow to load, pages are slow and laggy and I often get the internal error message. Due to the website issues, it puts me off placing any more orders unfortunately as it really is annoying. (For anyone wondering I have Superfast fibre plus broadband and have absolutely no issues at all using other sites)

I have not purchased from Annabelle yet but I have been looking at her products, reviews, Instagram, u-tube, FB and all I see are positive. She is generous with her knowledge and always has time for others. By looking at her nails and the nails others produce using her products the pigment in all her acrylics are very good. Prices are affordable and loads to chose from. I am looking forward to the future when i can purchase from her.
