Great shop ! Spoke to Sondel at 1030am about a Tracer 900 GT , was riding a Tracer 900 an hour later. Litterlay chucked me the keys and said be back before closing. Now that is a service !! I didn't end up taking them up on a very good offer as I found a 9 month old Tracer 900 GT £3k cheaper with lots of extras (I would of been mad not to) but because of the fantastic service I was shown i will now be bringing my Tracer to Sondel for all its maintenance requirements. My Dad also bought a Tiger 800 from them and was given a great deal and was very happy with the service. If your local with a Yamaha go see them ????

Yamaha T7 is the first bike I have purchased from Sondel Sport and am very happy with the service they have provided. From the start they have been helpful and friendly, didn't try pushing for a sale which is nice in this day and age. Would highly recommend a trip to this shop ????

Customer service at this dealer is simply fantastic. Simon went extra mile to find the bike I like although the very poor stock in UK.
Unfortunately we could not close the deal but I was impressed for the professionalism and transparency of details and information.
AT Sondel i did not feel afraid to be overcharged with hidden costs or poor service. Everything sounded really smooth and honest.
I will be there as soon as the 2021 bike will be available! Definitely recommended

I have been riding for over 40 years and have been lucky enough to have owned a fair few new motorcycles over that time.
Never before have I picked up a motorcycle so well prepared. Every nut, bolt and electrical clip had a chalk mark on it showing it had been checked.
The wheels had been taken off, spindles greased and brake pads had copper slip added to the back. Exposed cables and foot rests were also greased.
It was so good I have taken it back for its service and was equally impressed and nowhere near the normal main dealer prices.
I can't recommend Simon, Ashley and the team highly enough. Thanks you.

The bike was much cheaper than that I could get one locally.
And the bike was serviced before I got it. I was a bit sceptical at first as the distance but I was reassured
With plenty of texts and Emails and phone calls.
So if you are reading this Review as I did, you will have not problems with this 5 star Yamaha Dealer.

I brought a brand new bike from Lamba Yamaha motorcycle n after 3 month of riding out of nowhere my bike couldn’t start so I call Lamba then book in and on the day I arrive I explained the problem after 6 hours of waiting I decided to give them a call see if everything alright ???? they say today we have no electrician mechanic ????????♂️ so why do they book me in that day then? I have had spoken to them over the phone too and on arrival very unhappy ???? so I left went down to Sondel Yamaha. The first time I take my bike to Sondel Yamaha dealer to have a look at my bike I explained the problem bike couldn’t start the engine, 2 mechanics + a salesman immediately take action for just about 10 minutes they found the problem it’s was a start motor faulty so they order a new 1 free of charge as I still had warranty and after a week of waiting for part I pop down they fitted problem solved VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICES THANKS U...

Very friendly and professional service. My bike was not used for 8 years. They sorted it out quickly and without fuzz (unlike another mechanic nearby who refuse to assist me). The bike went back on the road in no time and they didn't overcharging me either.

Had such a great experience with these guys. After a nasty experience of having my Vespa damaged I decided to upgrade to a racing motorbike. Recommended through a friend - within a day the guys at Sondel knew exactly which one would be perfect for me and were happy to have my baby ready within 24hrs to come pick up. It was a very comfortable & pleasant experience - no push to up-sell me anything else but I was in need of updating a few of my accessories and they were more than happy to recommend the best (as opposed to the most expensive) for what I needed. We shared riding experiences & best ways to ensure I stay upright and safe on my motorbike. :) I left very happy, with a full tank and beautifully purring motorbike. :D Will be back when my girl needs servicing! Thank you very much again guys!!

Recently purchased a Tracer 700 from the guys at Sondel. What can I say, very very helpful team! I was very picky with accessories and knowing exactly what I wanted on the bike, these guys made it all possible and so easy! By far the best bike shop I have come across. Will always come back. My bike was stolen a few days ago, the guys in the shop saw it in an alleyway nearby, realised it was stolen and locked it up for safekeeping. Because of them I've got my bike back - great guys and I'm sure a great shop ????

The guys at the center were very helpful, had a look at my bike, as soon as I arrived. After a few short minutes, they had already checked every possible cause of the problem and ruled them out, explaining to me afterwords the reason.
I originally bought my bike from different Yamaha dealership and now I wish I would have bought of these guys. Superb service, very very helpful.

I have been suggested to come and make my MOT service with genuine Yamaha. Thankfully I had only one error to fix, which it was fixed same day by P&P. And they made a slight mess with it, when I have returned to Sondel Sport Yamaha to finalise my MOT Guys at Yamaha went extra mile to reverse all errors made by P&P professionally and at no cost, now that's what I call a real customer service all thumbs up and big thank you, you have another one happy customer that will return to do all services and recommend others to follow my lead ????????

I've been visiting this shop for years as they are so helpful and knowledgeable despite my not having a Yamaha!!! I've got a wee girly Vespa! Despite my choice of transport, Ashley and Simon are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond when you visit. I had a potentially lethal scenario with my Vespa yesterday when I had trouble getting it to start with no ignition lights coming on so once it did start, I pootled down to Blackfen hoping they might have a bit of time to take a look. Probably just as well that I did as it was a faulty ignition and the scenario could have been much (much) worse. The stressor for me was I had an important appointment in Welling and I'd planned to visit there first and bring the bike back.... which on the face of it wasn't sensible - Ashley vetoed that idea (I'm very glad he did) and Simon kindly gave me a lift which reduced my stress hugely!!!
I always visit this team when I get my bike serviced and MOT'd. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they are always cheerful, incredibly knowledgeable and if they feel that the bike is headed for some work (it is rather old now!) they tell me in advance and it helps me to prepare for the next visit. Always very reasonable but the best part is that I feel I can just stop by without feeling it's an imposition.
They are true heroes. Thank you Ashley and Simon!! I recommend them to all bikers but in particular to lady bike riders as I guarantee you will drive home feeling safer.

Great team, always happy to help and pass on advice. Bought my R3 from them and was professional from start to finish, Lee made sure it ran smoothly. Ash is the mechanic and he has helped me out of a couple of jams and is very helpful. I used to be a suzuki fan but I'd stay with the Yamaha brand just off the back of these guys.

I recently purchased a MV Augusta he had in stock and i must say the sale was straightforward and friendly. I often walk past the shop when i am out with my daughter and i like to go in to have a look around. even then they always offer me help and answer any questions i have. I agreed to purchase a quite expensive motorcycle from Sondel Yamaha did the deal over the phone and paid in advance, based on the very detailed description provided by John at Sondel. When I arrived at the shop I certainly wasn't disappointed, I found them to be very honest and absolutely trustworthy.
I travelled over from my home way up in the far North of Ireland to pick up the bike, John was very helpful, he had the bike all ready to go and he laid on every possible assistance for me - above and beyond what's normally expected these days. The bike was exactly as described and had been given a new MOT and a comprehensive pre delivery check up which was great, I had a 540 mile road trip to do on my new Yamaha! Before setting out on my long journey I was given a very helpful instruction session from the garage staff who were also superb and very knowledgable . Needless to say, the bike performed perfectly all the way home. In all honesty, I couldn't recommend Sondel Yamaha highly enough and will always check in with Sondel first before buying any parts or accessories for my bike, or when buying another Yamaha. Great people to deal with.
