Best nail salon in E14!!! The salon is clean and follows all social distancing reg. The staff are friendly and warm welcoming. The girls are creative and work is very professional ! wouldn’t dare go anywhere else! Would recommend anyone in East London to get there nails done here.

I have been going to sassy nails for a few months now and trust me you will not be disappointed the shop is lovely decorated and very welcoming... I I always have acrylics done with so many options I can never decide which one to have the owner of the shop is lovely and very experienced and very good at her job she done me a lovely free hand design at Christmas and can do so much more trust me
You will not be disappointed.... and they last always willing to help if anything goes wrong ...

I've been coming here for several months now and refuse to use anybody else except Alana. I can show her silly photos of crazy nail designs and she's just like "yeah, i can do that and put my spin on it". Legend.

I’m really lucky this is my local nail salon! Its by the waterside and decorated nicely which makes it a calm and relaxing experience. Staff are friendly who know what they’re doing and will also take requests. I find the prices affordable here too compared to others nearby.

I've been going to Alana (owner) since September and honestly, the best nail tech I have ever been to. She is super friendly, listens to what you want and perfectly creates it onto your nails (nail art). The salon itself is super clean and extremely instagrammable, cute terrace and flower ornaments everywhere. If your nails get damaged, you are able to come back and get it fixed really quickly and Alana really cares about the quality of the nails, so you can trust that you will get perfect nails all the time:))

Incredible service, communication, easy to use, great location and the kindest staff at a nail salon I've ever been to.
I have been to Alana for months and she never fails.
Acrylics are thin, long lasting and durable. The designs are unique, personalized and gorgeous.
The shop has Covid restrictions in place and ensures the correct hygiene and safety for everyone.
I would 10/10 reccommend Sassy Nails!

Alana was amazing as always, professional, super friendly and welcoming. The whole experience start to end always feels like more than just getting your nails done, you feel pampered, definitely a luxury service.
The salon is beautiful inside, very cosy and the outdoor terrace is a lovely touch for summer coming up!
Always leave with perfect nails and always get asked where I had them done, would 100% recommend

Alana is fantastic and friendly, and my nails have always been top quality after an appointment! One time I accidentally bent an acrylic nail backwards after a few weeks and was super sensitive to the touch, Alana was very gentle and slow with the area when it came to the infills.

This place had good reviews but my visit was disappointing. There were two people working when I went, one was the owner who was really rude. Had a gel manicure but it was rushed and looked shoddy, she also cut too deep into one of my nails and it started bleeding. Not impressed and she didn’t apologise either. Will not be coming back, save your money there are other nail shops in the area that are much more professional

I was super disappointed with how my nails turned out. Their instagram page looks amazing but the service i received was terrible. My nails were so uneven, thick in places and sharp in others. I asked for a simple coffin shape but this hardly resembles that. The worst part of it all was that I tried to message on instagram and received no reply. Within a few days multiple nails were lifting and one even fell off. Not impressed at all.

I had my first ever manicure here today and I must say, the experience was amazing. Alana and the team were extremely professional, friendly and welcoming and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Overall was okay, but won't be coming back.
Cuticle removing part ended up with two bleeding cuticles. Never got "sorry" either. Nail filing I continued at home as after removing the hand cream I noticed nail ends were left rough, not smooth. Shellac was painted outside the nails themselves too (that I was scraping off at home afterwards).
Plus sides: Covid safe environment, got the colour I really like and a nice interior.
I really wanted to like this place, but really felt like my nails were not taken care of and genuine care of craft was missing.

I don’t normally don’t write reviews but just had my nails done there and have to say it’s the prettiest manicure I’ve had done! Already had compliments! The owner, Alana, is a lovely girl and took her time to make sure my birthday nails were perfect. She also had on a mask and visor so I felt super comfortable there.

By far the best nail salon I've been to. Perfect service. The salon is super pretty and I couldn't ask for better nails. Alana is lovely and she's so good at what she does. Her hand drawn shellac designs are beautiful! Will be choosing Sassy everytime!

Hands down the best nail salon/ tech I have ever used, Alana is so friendly, professional, clean, affordable and overall a lovely experience! My nails never break (apart from my clumsiness) and they look amazing 4 weeks later! I would recommend Sassy Nails to anyone who wants an amazing set of nails, from simple to intricate designs she can do them all!!
The location is also really easy to get to if you are in the East London area, girls pls pls book yourself in, you won’t regret it!

Absolutely loved getting my nails done here, everthing about the quality and service is spot on and the salon is so pretty! Was skeptical about going to a nail salon with Covid-19 but they have all the measures in place from nail stations being 2 metres apart, plenty of ventilation and technicians wearing masks/face visors. They definitely made me feel so comfortable! I'll be back soon!
