Best nail salon in London without a doubt. You will be met with smiles, a professional and extremely hygienic service. Mike and Emily run this place like a well oiled machine and care about their customers. I have been going here for nearly 6 years and despite now living in Wembley - this is the only place I will trust with my nail care! Book, you won't be disappointed!

I want to thank the owners of Oki Doki for their lovely gift to my family.
I brought my mum and her sister today for pedicures which were done with gentle care and attention and they had a really lovely time with the staff.
When I came to pay for the pedicures, the owners asked me if I would accept a gift from OkiDoki that the both treatments should be on the house.
I have never seen something like this before .
I am truly thankful for the gifts and such a wonderful way to start the new year.

I work in Canary Wharf and usually get my nails done at the spa in my gym. However was unable to get an appointment for this weekend. My local salons are cheap but then quality and experience is poor. Thus I googled pedicure Canary Wharf and this place come up with some great reviews. I've just come out of the nail bar and I can say this place definitely exceeded my expectations. Great service, quality of pedicure and great value for money. The place is clean and has many staff providing treatment making it handy for last minute bookings.

Even though the salon was fully booked today Mike managed to squeeze me in last minute for a pedicure. Had heard about the salon from Hair & Beauty website..
Staff were very professional and polite.
While I was there I had Sports massage from Polina who was absolutely amazing. She works with most of Londons' top football clubs on the physio side.

I love visiting this award-winning nail salon; Mike and Emily truly make you feel at home. All of their staff are highly skilled and have specific tips and tricks that keep your nails lasting longer. They provide a wide range of services and all at a very reasonable cost, you really do get your value for money.
Hygiene levels are consistently maintained at the highest standard. In fact, this is the only nail salon in the area that doesn't reuse foot scrubs for pedicures. They even have science laboratory incubators that make sure everything is sparkling clean.
It must be said that I live locally but the service provided here is so stellar, it would be worth travelling across London for.

I loved my experience here today... The girls were so friendly and the service was fast but def not rushed.
I had a lovely gel pedicure and then a Thalgo facial for 1 hour which was bliss... lovely scented products too and very calm atmosphere.
I also liked very much that i did not have to wait to be seen like in other salons in the area even though the salon was fully booked.

Absolutely unprofessional salon. Attempted to book on the phone, got advised it was "fine" then went in to get told it didn't get booked as I was not a "high value" customer. Never got told this on the phone and got told I could get a different appointment booked at another salon. He also scolded another customer as I was at the salon and also said his staff were going to smudge multiple peoples manicures. Basically doesn't respect customers or his own staff.

Think I have just seen one of the best services in a salon for a long, long time..
Not only was I attended to very efficiently and professionally, but, a mummy with baby were treated to the most amazing set of services which looked like they have done it a 1000 times before... Arms of pedicure chairs lifted, prams positioned adjacent to mummy, 2 therapists given to speed up service and lots of attentikn from management and staff.. I spoke to the mummy who was recommended by an online blog who gushed about how she had been taken care of.
If this is normal service, as one of the therapists told me, I will be back!!!

I have been a costumer since they were in their old site and it is really nice to see how they are growing and developing their beauty treatments even further. The hygiene is absolutely outstanding and both the girls and the manager are lovely.
Service is always of high quality, this place really can't be faulted. Chairs are very comfortable, refreshments are always offered upon arrival and they have a great team of professionals available. Prices are very competitive - they are fairly cheap for London actually and the results are superb!
I used to attend more regularly when I lived in the surrounding area but I moved houses although I still go back whenever I get the chance. From all the places I have used for beauty treatments since living in London this is by far the best and the most fairly priced for the truly outstanding service they offer.
I would definitely recommend!

Really professional cute and chic place. Feel right at home and you're sorted as soon as you walk in the door with a cup of tea if you like. Nail technicians are quick and clean and lively to speak to. Flexible if you change your mind or want to squeeze in a pedicure too. Been to quite a few nail bars in London - gel powder extensions from here have lasted the longest.

I've been going there for one year. The service and the staff has always been amazing but the owner is very rude. I wasn't able to go to two appointments and I apologized. However, (I don't know who was behind the phone) they sent me messages on whatsapp like "you don't get it, don't you" or "thanks for letting us know lol". After they blocked me on whatsapp!! I am very disappointed and never had a bad experience in a nail salon like that. Never and nowhere! In addition, the owner never let me use my phone with sounds or talk because he wanted the place to be quiet. If you are looking for a fast service and good results, go for it. But if you are looking for customer service, choose somewhere else.
I'm very sorry for the people who work there, and I'm 100% sure this review will be replied as rude as I have been treated.

Went there the second time now with my wife who convinced me to get a pedicure. It is fantastic I must admit. Friendly and helpful staff, warm welcome when you come in. The chairs you are sitting on are massage chairs. Absolutely great. I (as a man) can recommend the luxury pedicure which includes massage with oil as well. Everything inside is very modern, new and fresh. I will definitely go back for more treatments. Enjoy ;-))

Fantastic experience as always. I have shellac on at the moment but have had gel and regular polish manicures and pedicures in the past here which always last and look amazing. Currently visiting every 3ish weeks for new shellac manicure and 6 -7 weeks for pedicure, all technicians are brilliant and complete the treatment to a high standard. Very clean (you can tell hygiene is taken seriously) and very welcoming, always offered a drink and somewhere to sit and wait if I am early. Have been coming here on and off for 4-5 years (even in the smaller location across the road) and will continue to do so! If I didn't work locally I would still travel from home in Essex.

I hate to admit it but I loved the place. I have never had a shellac manicure and wanted one as I have a you child and constantly clean the house or the baby, as well as work as a lawyer. So I needed something pretty and practical. I went without an appointment and was able to be seen either immediately or at a suitable time. I had my manicure with a girl called Mimi. Was given colour samples to chose from. Quite a variety so spent some time choosing. She filed my already short nails, removed cuticles and soaked my fingernails. Then the manicure began and I really enjoyed it. I was worried she wouldn't be very attentive to details as she hardly spoke to me but that shows the more how focused she was. My nails were beautiful, and really neat. I also didn't want thick layers of varnish and she actually made them very nice and thin layers. It's been a few days and still very nice. Will go back for sure for retouch and new colours. So yes I'd definitely recommend it! Oh and a lovely hand massage at the end was also included. ????

I love this nail bar. Small space that is packed with high quality staff and materials. I used to work in Canary Wharf, close to the nail bar so it seemed the easiest place to go. The staff are well aware of lunch time restraints and always aim to finish my nails to an amazing standard with speedy accuracy.
The manager is an amazing character and always remembers me, whilst being very welcoming.
Numerous times I haven't been charged for shellac or gel take off, which is a bonus.
I now work half an hour away but I'll still make the journey here.
10/10 from me.

I booked an appt at very short notice on Saturday for myself and my mum. My mum was treated like a queen it was lovely to see such beautiful and respectful service which lack in most other salons where you are rushed in and out. It is true, one does not wait (I have been here now 4 times) and it really is super hygienic and not a marketing trick they really do sterilise tools to high temperatures.
Bring your mum and you will see what I mean.

I was on an important phone call but got told that I wasn't allowed to talk on the phone. I think it's TOTALLY RUDE and RIDICULOUS!!! People next to me were chatting, I wasn't the only one talking there. Plus I don't think people pay to enjoy the silence/ music there. Moreover it was only 15 mins. I went for Shellac Express Manicure, the price list online says £25 but I was charged £28.
The only good thing was that it's really quick - I was there for 15-20 mins max. If you just want some colours on your nails and don't care about details then go for it. Otherwise I wouldn't recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a voucher for my wife for facial & Massage and made an appointment for the following Saturday. When I picked her up from the salon she was so pleased with her present and how lovely her time had been. She had 2 exquisite and top treatments one after the other for 1hour 50 mins with a lovely therapist which was 10 times better than a well known spa in London and half the price too...

I decided to come here because mainly the excellent reviews i read on Google Maps.
There have been lots of times I read reviews and realized that the high promise of WOW services was just a marketing ploy by the salon to get more clients but when they visit they are left wondering what all the hype was about!!!
Not here, They do not market themselves very much but the reviews I thought would be hard to follow up.. To me and my guests' suprise, everything was outstanding from the welcome, the consultations by highly trained and disciplined staff to the advice about where to go in the area.

I saw oki from the DLR train and decided to try them out after seeing the positive feedbacks from their reviews: first of all, they did not have any appointment at peak times over the week but they took my number and kept me informed continuously on Watsap as soon as they had a spot (someone moved) on the Friday. This is a thoughtful touch which I've never had.
I was seen as soon as I came in with a warm welcome as a new customer and a very speedy service.. not rushed, just proper. I also have to say the attention to hygiene is awesome too. Yes I shall return!!

I'm so glad that I found this place. Mike and team are simply amazing!!! My first time there they made me feel extremely comfortable and truly made me see how bad the nail place was that I previously went to.
The place is clean and of high standards, the team are friendly and professional and nothing seems too much for them.
Travelling from Essex to them is well worth it!!!!

What a lovely salon near me at Canary Wharf. Right next to the DLR platform at Crossharbour.
Very detailed and ultra clean. Sterile packed instruments from an Autoclave. Lovely girls who are attentive, knowledgeable and concentrated.
I like the way that people do not wait to be seen you are seen as soon as which is usually in minutes

Never been one to write a review but I just needed to let other people know about this corker of a salon near Canary Wharf.
This was my 3rd time here and each and every time I was treated fantastically.
First of all there is a no waiting policy in place by the management so you get seen right away... Then the Hygiene is the best I have seen.. EVER! They are always cleaning and polishing which is rare to see.
There is a mixture of vietnamese and european girls all very highly skilled but above all, the attention to customer service they all give. I had 3 different girls in my visits which only shows depth and quality of the team.
Thank you and I will be seeing you more in 2019

As an American living/working in London, service is very important and hygiene even more so!!
I was recommended highly by many of my colleagues and I am glad I came.
The girls are lighthearted, knowledgeable and highly skilled but not too talkative and know when to concentrate.
I sat in the salon for nearly 2 hours having various treatments (nails - wax and threading) and saw how smoothly it is all pulled together and very subtly transitioned.
Another very important point to mention: How can at least 26 people in one space make so little noise???? Come to Oki Doki and see! I read about the ambience and chilled vibe but wow it's totally correct...

This nail salon is one of the best in London, for me it is 'the best'! The services delivered are flawless, very clean and hygienic and the nails artists are absolutely amazing. I travel frequently for work and unconsicouly I end up comparing services. Oki doki has spoilt me because the quality of their products is exceptional that will never disappoint you. The owners are welcoming and I love how they respect and value time of the customers as well as their staff. You'll be asked to ensure that the appointment is confirmed a few times but its equally important because cancellation costs their staff! Pricing wise I find it affordable than other salons in Canary Wharf but for me its about good value for money which Oki Doki offers. I love their Shellac mani and pedis, its stays for over 2 weeks for me without any scraping!

Discovered this little gem last month. The owners are very friendly and the staff are very professional. I don't get my nails done regularly, but my last two manicures were so well done and lasted ages- I will definitely be a regular! The pricing is incredibly competitive and the shop itself is very clean and well decorated. Hands down the best nail bar in London! And I'll be back this afternoon for a pedicure.

Total confidence in all of the nail technicians- all highly skilled, efficient and friendly.
Gels easily last a couple of weeks in perfect condition due to the skill in application.
The salon is very clean and well organised. Appointments are always stress-free.
Having found this place I have no intention of going anywhere else. I recommend it to everyone!

We had a lovely time at oki doki both my mother and myself. My mum was really looked after by all the girls. It's such a surprise to see old style service being employed it really is a breath of fresh air.
We came because of the High Hygiene policy they have with the tools sterilised before each use and more importantly, the single use pumice for pedicures.
I will be coming back and hope these words help people to decide to come here.
Good old fashioned service with top sterile environment and fair prices for this area

I decided to go to this place because close to my house. I couldn't find a better place! Mike is amazing, he's able to make you smile and laugh after a stressful day. All the ladies I saw working there are very friendly and always smiling. Definitely a place where you can go to relax, have a laugh and get an incredible and professional service. Again and again we have found this particular salon of outstanding value in London and head and shoulders, the cream of the area. The whole team know what they are doing, help each other and when I have been there, they never stop cleaning the salon and little things like cleaning the bottles of varnish, the skirting boards etc.. saoln has just had fresh zesty new paint job.. so if you like the smell of fresh paint, its for you!
I had a lady from Japan doing my nails she is soo sweet and fluffy and had a lady called Karina to do my waxing.. very talkative in a knowledgeable way about cleansing and skin.

I have been in the beauty industry for over 14 years working mostly in Dubai and Cruise Liners and I have become a beauty trainer/ambassador in the last 2 years and really admire when i see something notable. I can see this team have worked at perfecting their services as well as all the behind the scenes necessities the client's seldom see or know about.
My friend recommended it to me while i am in London and she knows how choosy i am.
Their salon was incredibly busy when i was there but i noticed that not one person waited to be seen and their transitions were smooth and subtle with no fuss.
Another thing i must mention is they use a machine to sterilise all their metal tools which only very high end salons/labs have.
I also spoke to both therapists who told me they really liked to work there which is a massive plus to have people who enjoy to work in the industry.
