The new salon setup/atmosphere and staff has a renewed zest and professionalism. Price is also reasonable for the area and services. The new blow dry setup is handy to have in the area. The place gets booked up very easily on weekends. So call in advance for a slot, you will rarely get walk ins for a mani/pedi.

The review was a 1 star because there's no lower than that.
My experience at this venue was really bad and the manager/owner (female) was very rude when explained that the service wasn't done well at all, specially for the price paid and years of experience having the same service. This manager/owner is a very judgmental person. Will never go back!
(As you can see I did speak with the owner/manager, actually with both. Firstly with a gentlemen who was nicer but a bit ironic and afterwards with the lady who claimed to own the place).
Just to inform you, I have never left any reviews on McDonald as mentioned by you as I don't visit such places.
I left a star because I didn't want to leave a bad review but thanks lot for answering to my star rating and now you can find the review which is not as rude as yours.
Everyone has the right to an opinion and it should make you improve your services.

I got a gel manicure which faded a little bit after about 8 days. I called the salon and informed them they then invited me back to the salon and they took off the old gel and replaced it. I think that is very good service. I said i was happy to pay for the express gel and they said no as it was their product.
I will be coming back!

The salon is very clean and tidy. The atmosphere is great, stuff is very polite and friendly. One of the few places that actually does cuticles properly, plus manicures & pedicures last for a long time.

Cold and rainy Saturday 02/02 we arrive at OKI DOKI... How can anyone be so busy on a day like today? I am about to find out why!
For a Birthday present, my sister, who lives in London invited me here to Oki Doki near Canary Wharf. I am not one really for doing nails but she ordered me a Shellac Mani & Pedi. I am actually sitting here now 4pm having the time of my life. The salon is beautiful, super sterile clean and really nicely designed (I should know I'm an architect in my real life)
Lovely girls who are not too chatty just right.
I started to look at the reviews while I was waiting and they have a lot and if most people are like me, I can see why they are popular.

By far the best nail salon I have ever visited. It is the cleanest, most professional and friendly nail salon in London. I used to be a very regular customer for a gel manicure. I have now moved out the area and it is hard to find another salon that is almost as good as oki doki :)

Totally disgusting experience and savage behaviour from the owner himself & lost his temper on a customer just for a reason upon cancelling the appointment, this person started intimidating and abusing verbally.

I found it hard to believe that such a place exists when i read all of the reviews online on Google so me and 2 friends booked up to come on the Saturday just before our holidays.
All 3 of us were fully loked after and finished at the same time which was terrific timing!
I also must say that the girls who work at OkiDoki are first rate, well disciplined, polite and curteous!

The nail bar is really Nice and clean and the staff and the owner are really welcoming and nice. I had a pedicure sitting on the massage chair which was really relaxing and enjoyable. And my manicure was perfect and the product are good (OPI). I would recommend this place at 100%

I won't write reviews about a place unless I've been several times to be sure that it's not a one-off.
That being said – I've been coming to Oki-Doki every 3-4 weeks for nearly a year and it is consistently top-notch. The products are of high quality, their service is excellent and it's great value – I've paid more for worse results elsewhere. My nails are healthier than they've ever been; my shellac manicures usually last 3 weeks (and the rare occasions it's chipped or peeled, it was fixed without charge). The fact that they can achieve all of this while maintaining a sort of production-line efficiency is remarkable.

What prompted me to leave a 5star review besides their wonderful staff and great treatment of clients is the advice they readily give you over the phone before even booking an appointment or face to face. I'm a time-pressed, busy Doctor, but some how Mike and his amazing team always manage to bring five star service and sanctuary (each and every time) into my hectic week with their amazing mani-pedis and all-round nurturing. The girls are all lovely and bubbly.. I had waxing which was very professional and attentive.
While I was there I was introduced to Michelle who runs MiracleBrow she does Microblading and gave me a consultation there and then.
You gota be impressed with such a salon on the doorstep of Canary Wharf

I came to Oki Doki with my baby last week for some essential maintenance.
I just moved from Dublin where I had my regular salon who got to know my needs and quirks... which took quite a while to get right to be honest...
However, these guys at Oki Doki instinctively got me soo right within 20 minutes.. I chose them because of the reviews and the lovely Google images of the salon which is large and stunning!!
They have a designated mum & baby pedi chairs where buggies are adjacent.. amazi g..
It is a true family place.. Prices are very reasonable and they don't charge dor take off old gel on hands or feet if you are getting gel done again!

I love this place. Owners are always friendly and helpful. The nail technicians are also always friendly and take such pride in what they do, it never feels rushed. Atmosphere is very welcoming as soon as you walk in. I had to try a different place recently as it was last minute and they were busy - I was left thoroughly disappointed only for the Oki Doki team to fix it for me a few days later. Would now much rather wait a few days than risk it with another place. I had my nails done again today - infills + gel french manicure - and left with a big smile as always (thank you Kim! x).

I have been coming to Oki Doki for around 4 years now and I can say that they have always offered me impeccable service.
This is def a Brit salon with good old fashioned service at its heart.. no tutting or huffing if you come back to have a nail fixed like soooo many other places which has always put me off.
I like the way we never wait to be seen! Like the fact nails are guranteed for near 2 weeks.... and there is a lovely gentle and thoughtful mix of Vietnamese and highly skilled European girls with very strong emphasis on perfection.
You just have to look at their POSTS where they are seeking new staff to see the direction this company are heading in.

Oki came highly recommended by one of our models who is a regular.
I came a bit early for my appt and was very surprised that when i came, every chair and table had been booked but the place was so really chilled and quiet... Never seen this before WOW!
Hygiene was super detailed with a proper Autoclave (135' dgrees) and they dispose of purple pumice after each pedicure use.
i am pregnant and the service towards myself was outstanding and i mean attentive but not fussy. Mike is a true gentleman and knows how to read the moment!!!

I was really impressed with the size and layout of Oki Doki, it reminded me of the places you get in the States, even down to the champagne bar. They don’t use drills on natural nails which means things take a bit longer to get done, but with such a friendly and luxurious service it’s not a bad thing! I also had threading and tinting done, which were on the pricey side but very good. All the staff were lovely and friendly, and it’s easy to find from the DLR. Will definitely be back in a few weeks!

I have been to many nail shops over the years and Oki-Doki are by far the best nail shop I have ever visited! From the moment you walk in it is so personable. The ladies and owner do an amazing job, both times I have visited my nails have been perfect and customer service has been spot on! Just moved to Greenwich from Surrey... I miss my old salon soo much and had to find a new one... one of my husbands' colleagues rrcommended OkiDoki to me. Although not in Greenwich, it's only a short few stops by DLR and convenient beside the station which is gresat because I have the double buggy.
I checked before that my buggy can fit through the door.
I think I found the place to go to in this area as it is very large indeed and has lots of space for the pram and stuff.

From the moment I stepped in the door and was greeted to the impeccable cleanliness of the salon the modern new decor soft white lighting... the girls were all dressed very nice from the hygienic techniques to the kind helpful technician Susie who listened to what I wanted. The acrylic refill and gel polish manicure was perfect my nails were shaped perfectly she has an in credible attention to detail and uses the drill like a pro as was the same with my experience with the gel pedicure the skills and techniques utilized were exactly what I was accustomed to in the US... As an American I am very picky about my nails. Oki Doki is worth the 8 stops on the tube train a must go to and you will also be hooked... yes the is a real review... I usually do not write them but this review I felt was worth the time...

Fantastic large salon not exactly in Canary Wharf but about 4 min by DLR.
We had to wait for 30 seconds to be seen but that was made up for by being finished in 38 mins for an express Shellac mani with take off... (not bad at all considering they do not use drills to take off or charge for take off)

Terrible experience, had my nails done last May and still suffer from trauma due to bad pedicure!
Generally the place is over expensive, owner only cares about the money and “demands” cash payment at every treatment.
Find a more friendly and reliable one, if you can...

Amazinnnnnggggg ..... Middle of summer everywhere is insane and queues are preposterous in most nail or beauty places... A colleague told me about Oki Doki so she called and booked ( she's a regular)
I booked shellac Mani&Pedi combo and some wax.. I came at 12pm sharp/was seated in pedi chair while 2 of their best girls set about making me look presentable again... Great chats with Melissa and Ruby too.. Waxing was really speedy and above all they Do not double dip!!!!!
I was out and back at work in 56 mins

Outstanding salon! I've never shown loyalty to any one salon, preferring instead to go somewhere different each time I get my nails done. That stops now! I'll be returning to Oki Doki for a long time to come.
Many of my friends have waxed lyrical about them for a while and I didn't quite believe the hype. I was wrong. The salon is beautiful but the service is way beyond. Everyone there is really lovely and they take their time to do a job well done. I defy anyone to go there and not be impressed. I'm off to book my next appointment. :)
