After a very disappointing nail experience in Canary Whatf, someone told me to come see Emily at Oki Doki. I was seen the second I walked in the door. I was also given a proper consultation which is mostly missing in many many other salons and should be standard. I was also shown around the sterile clean salon which was a great touch. I will be coming back to see Paulina for my massage.

My nails are in amazing condition and are always perfectly Shellac-ed since I started having my manicures here. Tried a few nail salons across central/East London and have definitely found my favourite. Been here 5 times over 4 months and cannot fault it, and the staff are so lovely!

I lived in Canary Wharf for three years and just moved to another area. For all three years it was my favourite place for manicures and pedicures.
A big thanks to the team for such a friendly, easy atmosphere, good job and reasonable prices. It was a pleasure for me to go there.
I will miss this place!

Quite disappointed - Had my nails done with Opi infinite varnish that should last for 10 days
After just 2 days lost their shine and on 5th day varnish started to crack and come off.
I have noticed that the lady was mixing varnish with most likely varnish remover as there was not much left in the bottle left, most likely made it less resistant!
Moreover the lady must have cut my cuticles too deep, as the skin broke and came off also one finger was bleeding.
Overall my hands / nails looked worst then before the manicure !!!! Won’t be going back.

A lovely saloon, with an amazing staff. Everyone working there is very friendly and perfection is their main goal. I have been there already 3 times and will continue to go, as the price for value is very well established and the service is very well done. Do check it out girls, I recommend 100%.

Can't rate this place high enough after receiving incredible service and attention to detail every time I have been to get my nails done. I have just had my OPI nail polish last two weeks with out chipping on top of my acrylic!! That has to be a first! It's so affordable and the staff are so friendly. Will happily be returning as a loyal customer and I can't stop looking at my freshly painted and perfect looking nails. Nail Heaven!

Very nice experience:) Express Facial is done with high quality and Vicky was amazing! Skin looks and feels amazing after! Shellac Deluxe Manicure was very good and professional. Also like the fact that it's not cramped in there being table by table like in some places but each customer has private space. Everyone was very nice, welcoming and makes you feel valued. Also seen a guy enjoying his pedicure:) The Scottish guy at Reception (sorry forgot to ask his name) who is the Owner of the business is very bubbly, nice, welcoming and hands on in operations and making sure the customers are ok and looked after. Excellent service and good prices. Definately will be back!

Did my nails (shelac) a week ago. Two days later one nail started to go off. After two more another one. It used to be better service there. Girls are nice and polite, but.. And even the owner got so defensive after he asked me how was everything and I told him it took longer than usually. To be honest, from now on I'll be doing my nails elsewhere.

Service became much more worse here. Rude staff, made me wait serving other person first when I asked when we are starting with unhappy face asked me if i chose a colour, which is not necessary to start the manicure. Express manicure done in 15 minutes rushed, bad quality as a result

I have been coming to this nail bar biweekly for just over a year. I call before hand to make my appointment and Mike is always on hand to squeeze me in for my nail emergencies.
They have an extensive colour range of high quality lacquer.
The girls are always sweet and helpful and do a fantastic job. The gel manicure never chips (and I have a 4 year old to run around after) and there is always a cup of tea waiting for me in between the scrubbing and polishing.
I can't speak highly enough of this place.

I've been getting my nails done by these guys, for around 6 years now, which pretty much speaks for itself. Over that time, I've had various different technicians, but all are friendly and professional. They do a fantastic job and are always accommodating, when I have special requests for designs. There are so many colours to choose from, that you're spoilt for choice. I'm just waiting for the day when I see new neon colours and then I'll be in heaven.
I've had beauty treatments here too, and can also highly recommend that service. Thanks Emily, Michael and the team.

I just came here to OkiDoki to have my nails quickly done as I had my kids.
The pics on their website were lovely big salon so thought my kids would be ok.
On arrival I could not believe how many mums were here with prams and NO NOISE!
I was apprehensive as my kids like to run and chatter but the staff engaged them in choosing the colours for me so I decided to have a pedicure too.. I really am so impressed about this salon it truly is wonderful service very clean and sterile.
I had a Japanese lady called Ayumi who did a really lovely design on my natural nails. Manicure and pedicure was a delight with 2 girls at the same time!!
Just like to say a big thank you to the manager who painted both my daughters' nails Free of charge... don't you just love London!

I am used to finding places that give great service and i have just found one. I came here over two weeks ago on a recommendation from a work colleague for a Shellac mani and was very impressed with the efficiency and hygiene.
I came back yesterday for a top up and had the same experience... no waiting around... in on and out which is what we like...

I am an avid nail biter but Mike and his team have miraculously managed to keep my nibbling down to a minimum since introducing me to a Shellac manicure! For the first time in my life I no longer have to hide my hands out of embarrassment and instead am actually complimented at the gorgeous colours and of course the high level application.
As well as top notch manicures I can't recommend their pedicures highly enough. It always feels like such a treat when I have one but it really is worthwhile once you see how soft your feet feel afterwards. Roll on summer so I can show them off!
One last point I'd like to make is how welcoming the team are, it really is great to see small businesses succeed let alone become a key factor of why I love living in the area. Thank you!

It's an absolute blessing to have Oki-Doki in CW! Highly professional and polite stuff! The quality of gel (and the work) is very good and of a high standard. The variety of colours available is huge! Pleasant atmosphere at the salon makes your time there relaxing and very enjoyable. And most important - very clean and hygienic!

By far the best salon in London. I have tried a lot of salons in and around London. Firstly, I thought it was too good to be true with all these reviews but now I have been here on my third visit, which was at peak times 5pm and 6pm, I both times only waited a matter of minutes to be seen. Very efficient indeed. Secondly, the ambiance and the decor are both stunning and make you want to come back.
Finally, never been to a place that invest heavily in their hygiene. They Sterilise all tools which are used on you but the one thing I noticed that I have NOT ever seen in any salon is they throw away the little pumice bar they use to scrub your feet. I'm sure this must cost quite a lot as they always have lots of pedicures when I been there.
A salon that is so close to the station, massive hygiene policy, efficient service (to the second lol) and a great price is indeed something to actually write about which i very seldom do.

Superstar service and incredible attention to detail. I'm a perfectionist but they meet my every nail needs with a smile and complete courtesy. I love the new range of gel colour! Mike and Emily, the owners, are so accommodating and keep me entertained throughout my treatments.

Michael, apparently the owner of this place, treat you according to how much money you are spending in his saloon and about your age. I am young and all I do is simple manicure (£15) once a month. I go and pay at the till and he doesn't even look at my face, just took the money and still not even looking at me! Extremely rude person. I Thought it was an accident but not, it happens again and again. Plus, I have done much better manicure in other saloons in the city of London, yes bit more expensive but worth it!!! Not going there never again.

Great place for a gelish manicure and pedicure if you need to be close enough to your office in Canary what without braking the bank and getting a lovely service. The gentlemen at the reception was very helpful and accommodating to my urgent need of a manicure, even though it was very busy before all the Christmas season and I also didn’t book an appointment beforehand. And then the highlight was a very neat and tidy French manicure from Elena which I can’t take my eyes off now! So, well done Oki Doki Nails, keep it coming!

I have visited Oki-Doki twice now as it’s just a walk away from my office.
On my first visit i was impressed and happy that they accommodates as a last minute drop in without an appointment.
My nails looked fab.
On my last visit i was not impressed at all with my pedicure as the technician i believe named ‘maria’ was quite hard on my cuticles.
It was hard to engage in a conversation as she kept saying yes yes but was clear she never understood when i was informing to be gentle.
The lacquer finish was neat but even now my cuticles are soo sore, and one is even infected which i have seen my general practioner for.
I never complained at the time as not one to make a deal, but it’s a real shame that i won’t be returning after this experience.

From bad to AMAZING! - Initially I wasn't pleased with my nails as the colour had began to chip in the first week. I called the salon and had spoken with Mike and explained what had happened. He invited me back to the salon (in my own time) to have my nails re-done free of charge. I was reluctant to begin with but so glad I went back. My nails are FAB - great colour, great shape and great service! Thanks again

Been going to Oki Doki for I guess around a year now and they've always ensured my nails are on point.
After going abroad for 3 weeks I desperately needed my nails done on my return but with one day off before work I had to find a local nail salon as a one off (not Oki Doki). On doing this, I left with regret... they didn't take care of my nails nor did they have an understanding of how to even remove my nail polish correctly!
The above is just an example of how much trust I have with Oki Doki because not only do they know how to make your nails look pretty, they understand how to care for your nails (which is very important).
Based on the salon itself, it's clean and the staff are friendly (I defintely have my favourites) ????.
On my last topic, I am very comfortable when attending appointments. They understand my needs and always look after me.

I am sure others will post to congratulate on the happy occasion.
You have been super consistent over the years and if i ever did have any problem, you made sure that i was attended to (nail fix etc) as soon as i could come in! This does not happen in most places.
It's also still great that you guys do not charge for take off Gel/Shellac if we are redoing it again.. again, not many places do this either...
I and my colleagues know and trust you so you will have our vote of confidence well into the future!

I will never go to this place again. The pedicure lady hurts my foot when she was trimming the edge of my nail. And at the end there was even no one to say sorry about it. I asked for a discount and they refused to do so. So all they did was asking me to fill in an incident book and that's it. And they also said my wound was very tiny?! Really? No feeling sorry at all? I would say it was poor service with absolutely no consideration of customer's feelings.

I can not rave enough about Oki-Doki! My bestie and I have been coming here for some time now and the level of service, cleanliness, skill and - importantly - hospitality, is truly unmatched. What I love is that they are consistently excellent. The ambiance is always welcoming, the technicians are wonderful and Mike ensures everyone is well looked after. I personally get shellac manicure and pedicure - which are always impeccable and last brilliantly until it's time to come in again - which says a lot, as I am quite tough on hands and feet! Not just nails either, recently I had a facial which did wonders for my skin and I've been enjoying the effects long after the treatment. I highly, highly recommend them. Five-star all the way!

5 stars all the way with the service we received today.. would have thought a Monday be quiet but it was busy but we were still accommodated and thoroughly looked after until our chairs were readied. This is a more European salon with British owners as we have always been to asian salons we were a tad sceptical. However, I must admit that the services were really fantastic and was assured that " no matter which therapist you have, the resulting quality and timing are just as equal"
Therapists are all very fluent high level English the salon is sterile clean.. timing was efficient and product/price were just right for the area. Ps.. what a lovely and large salon.. only dissapointment for me was that i coupd not get a massage as she was fully booked but i was given a 10% future discount on the massage for nect Monday.
I think you have to experience this to believe it. There is at least 10 or 12 major selling points here that other sslons try but fail misserably to do.

Had a super relaxing afternoon being pampered by Oki Doki. I had several different treatments which ran like clockwork and all of the staff were welcoming and friendly, whilst delivering a top notch service. The prices were very fair for the quality of materials and service. The natural eyelash extensions (which are wonderful) were a full 20% cheaper than in Canary Wharf.

The location is great, decor is beautiful and I always leave with perfect nails! I've been to millions of salons before and they don't compare.
