As if that wasn’t bad enough, a member of staff walked past me loudly moaning to the woman serving about people coming in so close to closing time.
Expensive products, rude staff.

Friendly staff but take so long every time I go in there, and often don’t have things ready when I go back after dropping a prescription off. Very slow service when you’re standing in branch and little sign of any haste at all from anyone. Suspect they mostly serve people who can stand around all day waiting, which I am not.

Popped in just before closing and was immediately met with an unwelcoming member of staff who blurted out that they were closing soon. They then proceeded to advise that they didn’t have time to process the transaction. I was left feeling disappointed but not by the fact I couldn’t buy the item but with the treatment I received whilst on the premises. Some customer service would be appreciated.

£20 for a pack of 7 nicotine patches when they are £20 for 14 patches on Amazon. Even normal Tesco stores sell them £20 for 14. TALK ABOUT OVER CHARGING!

The Pharmacists and staff are extremely helpful and friendly, regularly going above and beyond wherever and whenever possible. The first time I got my prescriptions here they took the time to inform me how I could get my prescriptions for less and assisted me to do so. I routinely require quite a number of prescriptions and this saving is far from insignificant. I had been going to several other local Pharmacies for some time prior and no one had previously brought this to my attention. I am extremely thankful to the staff at Rose for this, as well as the other assistance they have afforded me over the last year. On more than one occasion they have lent me items to tide me over when I've forgotten to request repeats in time and have also made a special effort to get me in specific medication which isn't on the regular NHS list. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service and recommend this Pharmacy wholeheartedly.

Everytime i go to this chemist, there's always a problem. I collected my meds on new years evev, only to discover that the box was empty!
By the time i got back there, the chemist was closed. This is not the first time they've messed up my meds. I doubt they'll be open on new years day.
How could they get that so wrong? Were they that despararte to get away on new years eve?

This pharmacy is just incredible, dont know what i would do without it. Customer service is on point and up to a good standard. Highly professional staff know exactly what theyre doing and therefore i can always rely on them getting me just what i need without me having to mention it to them. Especially would like to point out this beautiful girl with long black hair and deep eyes, i regret not asking for her number ????. Shes very good looking and intelligent young lady who helped me out on many occasions. Would like to highlight her good sense of humour and professional working manner. Overall i would give this pharmacy 10 stars if i could.

I've been going to Rose's for my prescriptions for years now and though there are chemists nearer me, I wouldn't dream of switching away. Fantastic staff, always helpful, never once have I had the sense that they can't be bothered. They've even gone above and beyond when my prescription got delayed, making phone calls and chasing the surgery. An absolute gem.

My daughter Michelle called to order her medication the other day and was asked by staff ( PJ ) if she would like her fries supersized , and what drink she would like with her order ! She thought she'd been pranked by somebody . She said it was one of the funniest thing's that's ever happened to her, think she's still laughing now !
