Best Chemist and got quick service over prescription taking gentle care for patients they serve. Well behaved staff with excellent service.I got incredible service by a Indian lady in counter she did really appreciable work with good explanation over counter products. I would prefer this pharmacy in future and could recommend for my friends too.

Really Wonderful service in this pandemic time. They did really great job by doing delivery service in time and late night service is appreciable. They do open in weekends that could help in any urgency. Kind people and I got really best service. Bravo ????????

Don't buy any counter products from this pharmacy everything they sell is way over priced, same for all the post office product they sell if you go to the off-licence next door they sells the exact same things for half price. Also they don't offer refunds or exchange worse service ever stay away from this place.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced! The staff at this pharmacy seem to have never been taught basic communication skills or manners from their parents. I wouldn't return even if they offered me free prescription refills for life!

Terrible customer service. Honestly the worse pharmacy I have been to.
In one occasion they lost my son’s medicine and I had to ask the Gp for a new prescription, in another two occasions the staff made me wait for one hour and then said that they didn’t have the medicine I needed and it had to be ordered for the next day. I asked the staff to realise the prescription back to the cloud so that I could pick it up from another pharmacy . The staff refused and insisted That I had to wait for the next day . I then had to call my gp and ask for them to call the pharmacy so that they understand it wasn’t there choice but my choice if I wanted dot have the medicine that same day .

The only good thing to be said of this establishment, is that it's opening hours are very good. But the staff are just useless! Lazy, dim-witted, and very lacking in general knowledge, even of the most basic items and healthcare. Many times I go in, I can be the only customer and I'll still have to wait a good 10 minutes to do something as simple as picking up a repeat prescription. The pharmacist can see me looking at him, waiting for service and he waits until he's finished whatever it is he was doing before I got there, to even acknowledge me. Once or twice I can understand maybe it's something he can't leave sitting there, but it's habitual and perhaps intentional! My advice: Go anywhere else, unless it's outside of normal hours.

I've been using this pharmacy for yrs as its the nearest one I should not still be going there because they have an appalling record of supplying my repeat prescriptions - just 2 items every 3 months and never there sometimes even when I have phoned them a week before - useless service. Late delivery blamed on the drs surgery..Today they didnt even answer the phone forcing me to go out despite being in the vulnerable corona category

Bought tablets here only to find the packet empty! Returned the next day to be told that, perhaps the tablets had fallen out on my way home? Diabolical customer service, I am hardly concerned about £5 but it's the way you treat your customers...I'm surprised they can afford their overheads.

They sell over the counter products really overpriced.
They sold me a cream for £20 which I found out that is only £6 at Boots. And they told me it's good for the problem that I showed them on my skin.
Then I went to GP and they told me I needed antibiotics not that thing they gave me.
Be careful with them.

Amazing staff always friendly never rude and do their damnest to help you. had a problem with prescription GP issued me one that was one month out of date, the pharmacist (Solomon) well he put on his cape n took upon his self to go down to the GP and sort it on my behalf that's amazing WHAT A GUY!.. I'm guessing he flew there as well.... ????

Rubbish. They didn't have items stocked and told me to go back next day which i did. Went back oh no sir they've not been delivered. So said they can deliver to me. 3 days later I'm now told they could not deliver as they couldn't find where I live. Funny I can find it on Google maps!

Whilst the people are nice, the service is rubbish. They are completely disorganised, nothing seems to arrive on time, and when it does you spend 20 minutes waiting for them to find it because they can't remember where they put it. I find it shocking this place is still running.
