For most people, a visit to a dentist is something they absolutely dread, but in all honesty, when our family go to the White House Dental Practice, it's something we even look forward to... Everyone there is so nice and so professional, and after so many years of some truly terrible dental experiences, we have at last found somewhere we love and will always be with... The Dental Practice's reception staffs are very welcoming and friendly. The environment is extremely pleasant. Also my hygienist, Susie is exceptional. Overall it has a very good service.

I have been visiting this practice since Manny took it over and have never had a bad dental visit. The staff and clinicians are all attentive, professional and caring. I have always had a fast resolution to any dental problem, and would highly recommend this practice.

After a not so positive nhs dentist experience finally a place I can feel looked after again with confidence. Free parking, great hygienist and friendly staff. Treatment rooms are very clean bright and hygiene standards deserve all 5 stars. Our daughter too enjoyed the visit and said « why do people hate going to the dentist ?«

The White House Dental Practice is the best I've been to in the thirty years I've lived in Brighton. I see Manny the dentist and Alison the hygienist, both give sound advice and do a great job in a non judgemental and caring way.
The reception staff are welcoming and efficient and I've also found the dental nurses to be supportive. Everyone has a sense of humour, even more important to me than the free parking!

I've had a fantastic experience with the Whitehouse Dental Practice since I started going there. I met Raquel (one of the dentists) when she treated me in an emergency and decided to change dentists so I could keep seeing her. She was (and continues to be) brilliant - great at what she does and kind and calm too. In fact, everyone I've come across there has been superb. The front-of-house staff are cheerful and helpful and brilliant at communicating. I've always been a nervous dental patient but I don't feel that nervous anymore and that's done to the people at WDP. I couldn't recommend the place highly enough.

I was a bit worried as there are decidedly mixed reviews but found everyone hugely friendly and very informative. My dentist took the time to explain to me all about enamel and how best to protect it and is a genuinely all round lovely woman. Can highly recommend. I came out with a cheeky skip in my step as they were also very nice about my teeth!

Andrea is a wonderful dentist who will got to any length to save the precious peggies. For the time, attention and peace of mind she gives me, the cost is very fair indeed. My children (all grown up now) still travel down from London to see her rather than take their chances elsewhere. The nursing staff too are super professional and Clare on reception is so cheerful and helpful. I would particularly recommend Andrea to anybody feeling anxious about dental treatment as she creates a very calm atmosphere.

I've been with this practice prior to "Dr Manny" taking over. I am extremely satisfied with the friendly reception staff and the efficiency of the dental practitioners and hygienists. Visiting the dentist may be daunting to some people but the staff at this practice are always reassuring and make you feel comfortable.

I've been going to White House Dental Practice for me and my kids for over 9 years. Emmanouil our dentist, is always amazing, he's great with the kids, always happy and engaged. Not many people like a visit to the dentist but at least with him its always a pleasure! I would recommend the practice and him as a very fine dentist!

Each time I went, I thought that I wouldn't go back but they treated me so well, and worked with me at my pace due to my anxiety. This is a wonderful Dental Practice and all the staff are very pleasant and efficient. Manny and Susie have looked after my teeth for many years now and at 74 years old I still have all my own teeth thanks to them both. They are the best Dentist and Hygenist I have ever had in my life and I can't thank them enough.

Never fear Manny, my dentist or Suzy, my hygienist, there is always care in the chair and a happy smiling face peering down from the chair light, nothing is ever any trouble and this radiates from the reception call all the way through to the next appointment. Treating their customers well is always their highest priority whilst maintaining a lovely family friendly atmosphere, even the fish love it there, they seem to have lived forever!

Everyone in the Practice is so helpful and friendly even before I attended my first appointment
Mr Manny was soo caring and gentle and explained everything as he went along during having a crown changed He put my mind at ease and the 2 different dental nurses I had on the 2 occasions were great too The Receptionists were helpful and overall an excellent service and lovely experience despite it was dental treatment The hygienist also a few weeks ago Susie was brilliant I have recommended my Family go ASAP Thank you for the care

Andrea is totally wonderful- I was failed by so many other dentists, but the work she has done with my complicated dental situation is honestly amazing. She was kind and fair, and went above and beyond what she needed to do for me. The receptionists are sweethearts and have called me to check up on me, as well as rearranging appointments so that I could be seen sooner. I haven't experienced anything close to the experiences documented in the negative reviews!

I've been with this surgery for many years and had around 3 dentists there during that time. It's a shame they stopped doing NHS work, but other than that, I have always found them to be very professional and kind. I'm currently with Mark Kimber and would highly recommend him.

Please avoid the dentist Andrea Kennedy, she has an extremely patronising old school attitude, and suggested I have some work done for £250 - which I later found out was unnecessary. Worst dentist I have seen in Brighton. The practice staff were fine. Maybe other dentists there are good but please avoid this one.

The receptionist are helpful, kind and polite, the dentist is only concern about private patient and always seem in a hurry with NHS patient like what I have in my last appointment. Im very disappointed that is taken so long to have a top plate fitted and still not satisfactory. Im sorry for my negative comments but that is my opinion of my treatment and experience.

I was extremely pleased by the work I've had done by Andrea Kennedy.
No-one else (in 15 years) even mentioned the solution she suggested but, having had it done, the result is a lot better than I had expected.
Really happy to have chosen to go ahead.

I saw the dentist in one of the front rooms, first floor ( quite a while ago) The way she spoke down to me, is still with me today. I'm not sure how those types of people get through life. I expect you are treated so much better (i would hope) if you are 100% private. I would say, go to another dentist, don't reward awful people.

I would give no stars, but there wasnt an option for that. I would never recommend this dentist practice , my daughter has always had a fear of the dentist and now into her late teenage years, it has become become a 'real' phobia. she has not seen a dentist now for over three /four years, since this practice. The dentist, who always stank of cigarette smoke, had the most appalling chair side manner, even though i had to speak to him on a number of occasions to explain how much it scared her. He didn't seem to get it. I thought dentists were meant to be educationists and teach our children how to look after their teeth. Clearly not on his remit, even though i understand he has 5 children of his own.
Now the practice wont take us on as they dont take NHS patients who have not been there for over 2 years. My daughter now in her second year at University today went to see a NHS dentist after a lot of support and help. She requires 15 fillings, some need to be white ones so there will be a cost of over £600. Where was the prevention, kindness and quality of care that this practice should have provided. I will be copying this to the CQC.
