I've been with this dental practice since it was taken over with the recent dentist approx 3-4 years now. The staff at this practice is always so friendly and helpful from the moment you walk in. In the past, I avoided having dental treatment but not Any longer due to the staff making me feel so at ease. The dentist/owner of the practice is so friendly, bubbly and professional. I've had numerous issues with my wisdom teeth and recently had to have one extracted. Him and his dental nurse were very professional and competent. They put me at ease promptly. Tbh I didn't even know the tooth was removed until he said. If I could give this practice more stars I would and I highly recommend this practice to anyone and especially those who has a fear for dental treatment.

Update, Six weeks later after this complicated route canal treatment I’m so pleased and reassured that I’ve joined this dentist practice. Ali is a excellent dentist and the staff are very friendly.

Amazing service! I am so pleased with my treatment. I am terrified of dentists and have bad experiences in the past, but this practice has been taken over by a new dentist, who is so lovely and genuinely wants to help. I had a root canal treatment and was very nervous, but the dentist and assistant were so reassuring and every 5 minutes checked to see if I was ok. The most friendly staff, very happy and will continue to go there!

Not even worthy of a single star because of the behaviour the dentist here. Aggressive and rude on the few occasions I have visited. Advised I needed multiple fillings at best but this now feels like a money making scheme since I have been told otherwise by a much more professional practice. Do not recommend.

I was actually thinking of moving to different practice due to the rude behavior of the old lady doctor. But just came to know that new management has taken over this place this November. I’m glad there is a lot of good changes in this place now. Mr. Ali is one of the best doctors I have ever seen and uses nice advanced techniques. Very kind and professional. Very very impressed with his root canal procedure. Highly recommend it.

Terrible experience here, secretary was rude on the phone to me and tried forcing me into booking an appointment over the phone after I explained I was busy at work. The main dentist is atrocious and rude, my only filling still hurts over 8 months on. DO NOT GO HERE, THE LONG LIST OF BAD REVIEWS DO NOT APPEAR WITHOUT REASON.

I waited a long time to register and then be seen. I paid for a white filling and I was sat in the chair for around an hour and a half. As soon as the numbness went I was in pain! I went back and they tried to correct it by filing the tooth! This was done without any anesthetic as they wanted to see the 'hairline' fracture in the tooth and where the pain was coming from. It made it worse. This was done just before I was working abroad and I am still unable to go back to the UK until the new year. In the meantime I have to chew on the other side. I cannot even brush my tooth where it was filled-down! It is a pain to say the least. I feel forced to go back to them for the third time, rather than paying for it again by another dentist. They did in fact promise to fit a crown which is helpful, but the whole situation of making a special trip there is inconvenience to say the least.

I have just been to this dental practice under a new management. My wife and I received special treatment. The staff is very polite and they are very curious. The practice is run by Ali Mubarak along with his assistance and a very welcoming receptionist. We felt as we were treated with utmost care regardless of our NHS status. We personally recomend this practice to anyone whether private or under NHS. The negative reviews if any were given to the previous owner.

Fixed my front teeth after I cracked them both in half. I would highly recommend this dental practice for their care and expertise. It wasn't an easy fix either. Other dentists were very unsure of their ability to fix it and so I lost confidence in them too. Eaton Road Dental Practice, however, got the job done, showing diligence, skill and compassion. Now I have two crowns over the broken teeth, and my smile looks better than it did before. Massive thanks to Vida and her assistant Maggie.

Veda is my dentist for an year now. Very,very good work!!! I would like to recommend the place!

Dentist Vida lied to me. When I first came to her office I complained about three black tooths on the top of my jaw. I ask her whether she is able to clean this tooths. She promised to clean all of them. This is why I decide to sign a documents and say ok to treatment in that office. She said that first she'll put crown on one of my tooths and at the end she gonna do what I asked her. On my last visit in her office she finished a crown and give me a mirror to let me know if everything is good. Then she spend around 3, not more than 4 minutes working on three black tooths on the top of my jaw. I was suprised when she said that she was finished and this is my last visit. I ask her if she cleaned this tooths. She said "Yes". I went from office and I go straight to the toilet to check in mirror if she said the truth. She lied to me. I dont see any difference between how this tooths looks earlier and now. I immedietaly come back to the office. It was probably less than one minute from the moment when I leaved room but there was already new patient preparing to treatment. I ask her why she dont do what she promised me. She literally push me out of her office (sic)! Unfortunatelly I paid her for treatment before and she feel free to treat me like that. P.S. To let you know even better how they work in office on Eaton Rd. I need to tell that when I had second visit in office they tried to cancel appointment 15 minutes before time. I was on bus one bus stop before Palmeira Sq. and lady from Eaton Rd. called me exactly at 9 o'clock and she said that she made a mistake one week before. She informed me that I shouldn't have next treatment earlier than next day afternoon. I was 5 minutes from office so I went there and ask about take care the rest of tooths. Vida decide to accept me and ... she cured tooth which allegedly (if it was true what lady in reception and later Vida's assistant said) shuldn't be treated earlier than next days afternoon.

Disgustingly rude dentist that should be reported. Do not trust this dentist.

The whole practice is very clean and the receptionist's are very friendly.Vida has been my dentist fir the past 5 years.If yiu are looking for a dentist look no further.I highly recommend Hove Dental practice..Simon Bowles

Despite having had numerous opportunities to exploit my teeth and make money through unnecessary work, Veda (the Dentist) has been open, honest and trustworthy.
