A bit of a waste of time really. Booked to view / test drive a car, however when I arrived someone else was already in the process of buying the car. The salesman, Ashley, had been aware we were travelling a long distance but didn’t bother to call ahead and warn us, despite ample opportunity. We were then treated like complete idiots by his colleague, Callum, who couldn’t wear a mask properly and tried to fob us off with an entirely different car for considerably more money. And, of course, neither Ashley nor Callum showed a hint of remorse. Avoid!

Last year I brought a vehicle from them and when I brought it they had a promotion of 2 free services
This went down to 1 after I enquired for the voucher so I could get it serviced. The reason the salesman gave me was as they gave me a small discount on the price of the vehicle so we’re only going to honour 1 service. This was not the case at point of purchase I was told 2 free services
After numerous emails and calls 7 months later still no service voucher all I get told is because of corona virus there head office is closed. This is not true as I have contacted head office to see if this is true.
So please don’t trust anything this franchise says or any of there promotions

We recently bought a Nissan Qashqai from the Derby dealership. Due to the ongoing restrictions this was done via the internet and phone. We dealt with Kevin at the Derby dealership and he was brilliant. Made the whole process very easy and answered all our questions. Kevin even took the time to do a full video of the car so we could see all the details before deciding to proceed. Having the 14 day returns guarantee gave us the piece of mind having not seen the car in person - but this was not required as the car was pristine when we collected. Would recommend Bristol street and will be using them again!

Fantastic, efficient service from Tony. We already knew what we wanted but was encouraged to test drive before committing to make sure. Brilliant service from start to finish, Tony couldn't have been more helpful. The used car when collected was immaculate. It could easily have be mistaken for a brand new car. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole process of part exchanging was a breeze. Will 100% use in the future should we wish to exchange again. Thank you!

After shopping around for a new Nissan, I knew I’d found the right one as soon as I turned up here and was greeted by warm, friendly staff who couldn’t do enough to assist. Grace in particular sorted everything out for me, being completely professional but friendly and not at all pushy. Just a great all round experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.... oh and of course, I got myself a fabulous used car and a great deal !!

I’ve just picked up my new Qashqai 1.3 DiG-T 160 [157] N-Motion 5dr Auto DCT Petrol Hatchback). The sales executive name is Stephanie, who was just amazing. The customer service was unequivocal to any other I’d received when acquiring a new vehicle, she was polite, professional, efficient and informative. Communication was clear and consistent, a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived to collect the car. I can definitely recommend Nissan Derby as an excellent place to visit when buying your next vehicle.

I would definitely recommend Bristol Street Motors, Nissan, Derby for buying your next new or used vehicle. The service I got from Grace Walker was exceptional, from my initial telephone contact until driving my purchase off the forecourt. I live near Norwich but Grace made it worth my time to purchase my Nissan Micra from Derby and even collected me from the train station! Her advice to my questions (emails and face to face) were always answered and she has since followed up on how I am enjoying my new car. She also remembered some other events I discussed with her and asked how I was progressing which was exceptional!
